I truly enjoy reading on this site, it contains superb articles . "Those who complain most are most to be complained of." by Matthew Henry. hcg drops hcg drops

Argh.. lost all photos from December and January as computer broke down. Boo hoo. Everything on computer lost but upset most by lost of photos. Luckily I'd put a few up on Facebook. Thank goodness for Facebook. I've asked everyone to send me their email address again and got back up of some of the photos. Lesson learnt - back your photo's on a regular basis. I was just about to back them up as guests had just left our house after saying for 3 weeks and computer crashed. Cannot believe it...

Hi kimmie, i'll put this up as a new topic and see if anyone can help you out :)

I am going back to work full time but my hubby works for St John, shift work which is different each week. He can take care of our little girl on his days off but because this is different each week, we can't find care for her for the days we are both working. I have tried Porse and Home Grown and they have said no and day cares want her there the same days each week. There must be others working for emergency services, i.e. ambulance, police, fire, what do they do? A nanny for one child is very expensive.

Hi vam, I invested in a digital thermometer like SarahK mentioned. It was about $80 four or five years ago but makes taking the kids' termperature so much easier (and more reliable).

Thanks for your reply SarahK.

Hi vam. I have found the best thermometer is the ear thermometers like the ones the drs have. Im not sure how much they cost now. I brought mine over 11 years ago now. It was quite expensive but has been the best investment ever!

Just wondering if anyone could tell me what the best thermometer is for baby? Thanks

Hi, I am looking for a cot mattress but have been reading about how toxic the materials in standard mattresses can be. Also I hear some of them get fumigated for insects which can not be healthy for a tiny baby to breathe. The two natural alternatives I have found are a natural coconut fibre and latex mattress from Innature or a futton from Nature Baby. Both are quite expensive. Does anybody have any other ideas?

Hi theboysmummy, we don't have such a group at present but you are more than welcome to start one, or if there is interest in this idea from others Kidspot may look at setting one up.

Hi all, is there a group on here to buy/sell kids toys? I'm having a clear out and have some things to go to a new home :)
Jackieb - 4:00 PM on Wed-8-Feb-2012 reply | message
we get it at Supervalue 2 for $6 - not so long ago they had it 4 for $10. They only do blue and lite blue at that price so I get my green at the other supermarkets
