Group Name: Toy Testers
Description:

Mums Say has teamed up with Planet Fun and formed the Toy Testers - groups of Mums just like you who, with their children, test a range of toys from Planet Fun. Feedback on the testing is then posted here on Mums Say forming a fantastic resource for mums who want to buy fun & educational toys for their kids.

We are now taking registrations for the following toys.

LeapFrog Fridge Phonics

LeapFrog Count & Scan Shopper

LeapFrog My Pal Scout

Please do not post your comments here, please use the individual links above.

Please note that, if you are selected to trial a toy, you will be required to post your reviews here on Mums Say. There will be specific topics that we will ask you to consider when reviewing.

Read what our previous Toy Testers thought of the following:

LeapFrog's My Pal Scout

LeapFrog's Tag Junior

LeapFrog's Scribble and Write

Hey everyone - if you are wanting to register for the Mums Say trials you need to post your comments using the links for each toy, as above. If you have already posted here, please go into the toy you wish to register for and post again - thanks :)

Any of the above would suit my sons development at the moment. He loves anything musical and his current obsession is drawing. LeapFrog are always fantastic and my son loves their products to death!

My nearly 3 year old just saw me looking at the leaptop on the screen and said that it is her computer! So I guess she is very keen to trial it. My 5 yr old would also be very keen in trialling some of these- he has recently started school.

this would so suit both my kids, age 6 and 3. they would so love their own laptop and we would so love our laptop to be used carefully?! perhaps they'll learn some wonderful skills to show us on how to use laptops. also the scribble and write would be great for our eldest to practice and show his younger sister who is now trying to write hers and other peoples names. please let us give them a try. :)

My Kids would love the chance to play with these! They are 7yrs, 5yrs and 19 months, as well as foster babies we will have from time to time. We would certainly be able to test these and give you our honest opinion!! The only Leap Frog toy we have owned is a Baby Tad, which my 19 month old goes to sleep with, and he loves it, and to try out some more Leap Frog products would be awesome :-) I am always intrigued by them and they look great, but im never willing to fork out the money for them incase they aren't!!

My kids would love to trial these toys. They come home everyday eager to play with their toys so my kids would surely give a fantastic review. They would be over the moon to see new toys!!!

Hi
We would love to trial these - my 19 month old and my 5.5 year old would both love all of these things for different reasons. Please pick us. We like getting old fashioned mail deliveries and we like writing the reviews together!

We would LOVE to trial these. My 4.5 yr old is really interested in learning to write the alphabet at the moment and we've gone through a few trees to get this far! Both my boys, especially Mr 1.5 yr old would love the musical table - he was definitely born with something I wasn't - a musical ear! Poor we lad's toys are all hand-me-downs from the big brother as I just don't know what else to buy him so he's the only one I haven't bought a single thing for for Xmas! We bought Baby Tad for my first boy who loved it and still does, and Mr 1.5yr old has started taking him to bed now too :0)

Leapfrog toys are awesome and appeal to all sorts of ages! I would so love to be able to trial these - with 4 kids (9, 7, 5 and 2) we can give an all round opinion of how good they are!

I have a four year old daughter who is really zooming ahead with her interest in letters, words and numbers. We would love to trial any of the leap frog products that would encourage and help her to keep this interest alive

My wee man would love to trial these toys. He is the youngest of four and our toys are not that new anymore. Something new and exciting would be fun for both him and mum (and of course the other children!!)

OOOOOH! DS 14 months would love to try out the Learn and Groove musical table! He's a real rocker. With the words "dance" and "nod' and "bang" just in his vocab he's always grooving out to any music that comes on! It would be awesome to have him making his own music!
gemsmum - 11:46 AM on Mon-18-Oct-2010 reply | message
My 2 year old would love to test these products.....not to mention the 7 and 9 year old who always give any of Zach's toys a good work out too! Hehe. I think he would especially love the leaptop, as he has recently developed a huge interest in our laptop!!
jessw1 - 11:45 AM on Mon-18-Oct-2010 reply | message
I have a three year old boy who is just starting to show an interest in writing and so on an anything that will encourage it I would love to try. I also have a 16 month old girl who loves sitting down and learning things - and the two of them are actually quite good at sitting down together and 'teaching each' other with their toys. Something I always encourage, especially since we have number three on the way! I love to encourage the kids to concentrate on one activity and things like LeapFrog's products can certainly help to do this.
I would also love to have a little laptop for the kids so they don't think mine is so interesting - especially when I am working - I work from home and they would just love to sit in the office like Mum does!
lotsakids - 11:45 AM on Mon-18-Oct-2010 reply | message
Oh wow now these would be totaly awsome for my children to try out.. i think that my family would be great at reviewing these are there are a lot of age rangers in my house and as a mum with kiddies that are suffering from the EQ, it would be awsome for them to having something nice!

My 14 month old daughter Zara and I would love to test and review toys from Planet Fun. It can be a bit boring playing with the same old toys all the time.
