This premium range of nutritional supplements has been developed specifically for Kiwi Kids (from 2 years and over) to “bridge the gap” between what a child’s growing body needs, and what their diet provides.

These well balanced, tasty, essential nutrient blends have no artificial sweeteners, flavourings, preservatives or colours and are available in six (soon to be seven!) fantastic chewable tablet formulas - Kids Multi, Kids Immune, Kids Bone, Kids Vitamin C, Kids Vege, Kids Colostrum. The seventh product (each mum on the trial will be the first to try these in NZ) is the New Kids Probiotic. I thought I had posted feedback on the supplements ages ago - but was mistaken.

We had no issues with our 10 year taking any of these tablets - she happily took them all.

She has in the past been very prone to catching every cold/flu that is going around.
After trialling the Immune tablets, we decided to carry on with these over the rest of winter. We are pleased to say, we have had a winter without any colds or flu or trips to the hospital. So we will definitely be taking these again, plus some of the other ones as appropriate.

Thanks Kidspot & Radiance for letting us trial these - sorry the feedback was late.

I posted feedback months ago regarding these as basically my son tried a few and spat them out. He is currently on antibiotics and his stomach is a bit dodgy so I thought I'd give the Probiotics another go. Thankfully he now takes one a day. Only problem with these is they advise you to take 3 hours before and after taking antibiotics. My son has to take his antibiotics 3 times a day with food so there isn't much time in the day to take them, however, when he has an early breakfast or late tea, then I pop one in to his mouth quickly.
I was going to give these away for someone else to give a go, however, think I'll preserve and now I know he will take them, will try him with some of the other supplements once he has finished his antibiotics. If your child refused them at first, try again and they may just surprise you. I had more or less written them off but am hopeful now.

My 2.8 year old son trialled these. Overall, he was pretty keen to take the supplements, though he did spit some of them out. I would recommend these to other parents. And I would definitely buy the Probiotic and Vitamin C for my son after doing this trial. I would like to add kiddy proof lids would be helpful.

- Probiotic - Smells yummy, loved the cute animal shape, good size. Son LOVED it and wanted more.

- Vitamin C - I can safely say, this was his favourite. I'm not sure if he memorised what the bottle looked like, but when ever I asked him which one he wanted, he always pick out the Vitamin C one first, have one tablet, then want more.

- Colostrum - He didn't like these ones much, he would suck for a few seconds, then spit it out. He also didn't like the smell.

- Vege - Would suck on these for awhile, but again I found he would spit them out. He did like the smiley face on them though.

- Immune - He liked the smiley face them, but wasn't overly keen on them. In saying that though, he didn't spit these ones out.

- Bone - He liked the smiley face on them. He would eat them, not overly keen on them though.

- Multi - He liked the smiley face on them. Had no problems with him taking these, seemed to enjoy the taste/smell of them.

I am a huge Radiance kids vitamin fan. Firstly because my 4 year old girl will take no medicine or pills whatsoever. However, we started her on the Bone calcium pills as 'happy face' vitamins that are good for her bones. (we have explained they are not lollies and she understands it's important not to have more than mum and dad give her...plus we keep them out of her reach cause they taste good.) We have great difficulty getting milk into her so these supplements are a godsend. We are now on our 3rd pottle with her.

The multi vitamins are great too. Originally she would only eat cherry flavour but now she enjoys all three. These are great when I feel she hasn't had a great days eating. I am now on my second pottle of these. The vitamin C is great, however, when she required vitamin C I would tend to use the Kids Immune with Vit A, C, E plus olive leaf and Echinacea. (I'm a big echinacea fan) These saw her through 2 colds and she enjoyed the taste. (So does her dad who also caught a cold). The Kids vege went down well. My little girl loves her vegies so we didn't use these much. Kids Colostrum is a fantastic product for parents peace of mind. Great after she had a tummy bug and had refused to eat for some time after. I haven't tried the Kids probiotic as I am waiting for her to go on Antibiotics before trying them...and touch wood, she hasn't needed yet. However, I am a big advocate of probiotics to put healthy bacteria back in the tummy.

In conclusion, we now buy Kids Bone and Kids supplements. In future, when needed, I will also continue with the Kids Immune and Probiotics. Easy to get into kids, great peace of mind for mum and dad.

sorry! i just realised tha I hadn't done my post. I did it ages ago, but had trouble posting it so typed it into a word doc to copy/paste. I must have forgotten that last step! oops. Here it is:

Ok we have finally finished trialling them all!
Multi – these have three different flavours, which I think is great to keep the kids guessing! The flavours are orange, berry and cherry. Over all we found they are quite sweet, but not too bad overall.
Vege – These are the ones that I’m most impressed with! I think its great to get a vege replacement. I also tried these ones and was pleasantly surprised by the taste. My kids happily ate them… then didn’t believe they were vege tabs! Haha I’m buying these again!!
Bone – These smell great! Makes you want to make a vanilla milk shake!! The taste of vanilla caramel was a hit too!
Colostrum – These also smell fantastic! General thoughts were that they didn’t taste as good as the Bone tabs, but still good.
Vitamin C – Well need I say anything more… My kids think these are Fab.. I have already purchased these. They taste like they say they should.
Probiotic – My daughter felt these smelt so good, she actually tapped them up so prevent her from trying them until last! The shapes of these are awesome. There are a few different ones to choose from, just adding to the excitement… oh and they are pink, so my girls thought that was great too. Flavour wise, these were my children’s favourites. These too I will be purchasing. I’m really impressed with these ones!

My little boy refused to take the multivitamins, immune and vegs ones. Always complained they taste 'yack' after trying them. His favorite was the animals looking probiotics. Was ok with colostrum, vit C and bone, especially bone which had smiley faces. Thanks for choosing us to trial the products.
IceKiwi - 12:41 PM on Tue-28-Jun-2011 reply | message
Finally got to put the Probiotic to good use as one of my children had to go on antibiotics. First time he has had no red bottom during a course. All my children loved these especially because of the animal shapes and the taste they said was delicious i also tried one and thought they were quite nice. So this one ranks up there with the vanilla flavoured ones. Definately worth having alongside anitbiotics.

Having finished our trial packs of supplements I'd say that they were a success! My son loved taking them especially the vitamin c. Every time I got the little bottles out he came running asking for 'lol lols'. They seemed to being doing him good then he got the chicken pox so he was't feeling well for a while. I will buy more of the vitamin c as he loved the taste & I will also try them on my 8 year old daughter. I see on most of the comments below that people had problems with their children not liking the taste of some of them but my son loved them all he never spat any out & chewed them all up!! Thank you Kidspot for giving us the opportunity to sample Radiance Kids Supplements!!!
Bubbaboo - 10:17 PM on Tue-21-Jun-2011 reply | message
After finishing our trial with these supplements I would say that it was a partial success. Vege got the big thumbs up and once they wre finished he kept asking for more, so that's great! Vitiman C well down well at first but he soon decided that he didn't like them that much and wanted his Vege ones back. Multi tablets - he didn't like all of the flavours, and he also seemed to be doing more chewing/crumching to get it down and didn't look like he was enjoying it so much! The other supplements were much the same. we didn't sample the Colostrum ones. Overall I would be happy to buy the Vege ones for him and would be interested to know the price on these? It's interesting reading the other reviews as it seems that each child had their own favourites and also ones that they really disliked! I guess that's the nature of kids, but I think it might be tricky for other people reading these reviews trying to decide if they will purchase a particular product or not. It would be such a waste of money if you bought a big bottle of a supplement and your child refused point blank to take it. I don't know how Radiance does their range, but I think it would be helpful if parents could just buy a trial sized bottle first and then make a decision from there. Just a suggestion anyway. Thanks for the trial Kidspot and Radiance .... it was really interesting.

Well I have tried nearly every day to get Miss 3½ to try the vitamins but have had no luck. She has licked 1 or 2 of them but does not like the taste of them, so refuses to even try any of them. I can't say I was that impressed with them and my husband tried two differnet ones and he didn't like them either. I am going to pass them onto my sister-in-law and see if my nephew will take them.
Devilgal - 9:38 AM on Wed-8-Jun-2011 reply | message
Ok, still have the bone and probiotic to go as trialling each one individually but so far....the Vitamin C, Immune and colostrum were big hits my son absolutely loved them, tried the multi and vege with my 8 year old brother and he didn't like either, to the point of refusing to take them, my son didn't like the taste either but still finished them.
raglanmum - 8:47 PM on Tue-7-Jun-2011 reply | message
Sampled the Radiance Kids VITAMIN C with my sons soccer team... they just loved them! "mmmm", "yum!", "taste like lollies!", "can I have another one?". A definete success I'd say.
KGolds - 8:22 PM on Tue-7-Jun-2011 reply | message
So we have tried them all now thank you. I had no trouble getting most of these in to my 3 year old son. If I had left him the box I think he would have chomped through them all in one sitting! He wasn't too keen on the colostrum, he said it tasted yuck but then in the same breath said it tasted like icing (which he likes) and still ate it but it definitely wasn't his favourite. If it was one of 2 that I gave him he left it till last. Also wasn't that keen on the vege either but again still ate them. I'm not sure which I would buy again because although it was great getting to sample them all, it gave you no idea of effectiveness and I probably wouldn't have more than one on the go at a time either. I would definitely get the probiotics again should he end up on antibiotics because that's a whole lot easier to get into him than some of the other options out there. Also if the price is comparable in the multi vitamin to what I normally get then I would buy that too. Thanks so much for the opportunity, it was a fun trial :)
janeehaslam - 4:59 PM on Tue-7-Jun-2011 reply | message
Well I now have the results of my daughters favourite vitamins from the trial packs sent. She loves the bone ones, probiotic and colostrum but would not really touch the others, especially the vege ones. She loved the fact that some had smiley faces on and some were shaped like animals. I am still trying to get the others down her and some days she takes them and other days she tells me they are acky :) Will let you know if we actually finish all the bottles sent .
tammyd - 5:13 PM on Mon-6-Jun-2011 reply | message
I have already posted my review, but would just like to add that now, three weeks after first starting these supplements, my son refuses to eat any of them! So I'm not sure if he's just over the novelty of it all, or whether he actually doesn't like them anymore. But thought it was worth mentioning.
kiwinutter - 9:51 PM on Sat-4-Jun-2011 reply | message
Thanks for giving us the opportunity to try these out. My kids were so excited and I had to keep a close eye that they didn't take them all at once! The vit C and animal shaped probiotics were probably their favourite. They didn't like the veg one at all - not because it was veges, they just didn't like the taste. and no-one was very keen on the vanilla flavourings. I too wouldn't get all of them as it would be a contsant rattle of containers but at least they were very happy to take them. With four kids consuming them there was no way of telling if any health improved but it was really nice to be able to test out so that it wouldn't be a waste of money to buy something they didn't like! :)
lynay1 - 11:44 PM on Fri-3-Jun-2011 reply | message
Ok my last review. My children liked the mutli vits and vitamin c. That was it for my son. My foster daughter one was ok with the immune ones and vit c and multi vits but didnt like the others. said they tasted horrible. Their colds cleared up and foster daughter 2, cold sore went away. However the other ones apart from multi vits, vitamin c and immune they didnt like and really I couldnt see any difference myself. I wouldnt know if it helped their bones or not but they said the bone was was horrible to. Thank you for allowing me to review these.
lynay1 - 11:41 PM on Fri-3-Jun-2011 reply | message
well it took me about an hour to find this again lol. I for got to say at the beginning that the packaging and arrival of the vitamins was good. But I wasnt sure what to do with them. Use them all at once or 3 one day and 3 the next. With 7 bottles it was a bit scarey trying to figure out when to use them. Im an older mum with a large family so was a bit nervous. Information with so many bottles would of been good.
raglanmum - 12:19 PM on Fri-3-Jun-2011 reply | message
Mr 7 had some friends over on the weekend and they sampled some of the Radiance Kids Vitamins... they tried BONE, MULTI & IMMUNE. They loved the smell and taste of BONE, and the fact that it would make their bones strong! They thought the MULTI smelt ok, and tasted ok too, orange was the fav flavour. IMMUNE smelt a bit funny, but tasted ok, although they seemed to think the tablets were quite big.
caelbug - 2:17 PM on Thu-2-Jun-2011 reply | message
The colostrum was by far his favorite - perhaps being a breast fed child to 19 months this was the most similar to the taste?
caelbug - 2:15 PM on Thu-2-Jun-2011 reply | message
I received the 7 samples of these and thought the sample size was very generous. I was expecting there to be 2-3 tablets of each type. The jars all had yellow lids so you had to pick them up to see what was in each bottle rather than grab them at a glance.

I decided to try them also as they were all different sizes, colours and flavours. The berry, strawberry and orange ones went down no problems. The vanilla one (Bone) smelt delicious yet to consume it tasted like eating white chalk. We would not be buying that one.
The pro-biotic said you do need to store it in the fridge once opening - this was the only one that stated that (some one below said they did not need to be stored in the fridge).
My son, just on 2 years, managed to eat them all well, though supervision is required as he did at one point choke on one (even though it was chewed up at this point) which could happen to children of all ages as the tablet itself is hard and requires really good chewing - they do not dissolve as expected (like fizzy type supplements like Iron Melts) The minimum stated age is 2 years.

Some of the bottles state to give at meal times the others state between meal times. If you were to buy all bottles you would feel as though you are giving your child tablets every spare moment between mouthfuls. I gave my son 2-3 tablets with breakfast and alternated what he got on what mornings, otherwise he would have expected them every day. He seemed to most like the strawberry ones and thought the lions and cats were the best shapes.

But yes, I would consider buying the pro-biotics, multi vitamin and vitamin C tablets for him in future.
Mamabear - 12:10 PM on Thu-2-Jun-2011 reply | message
We have now tried out all of the supplements and finished some of them too. The last one we tried was the Kids Probiotic and again, it was a hit! I don't think the animal shapes made much difference to my 6 year old, who would have loved them even if they were plain and round! He said they were delicious! To conclude, he liked them all very much, we give them a 10/10 for all. The initial enthusiasm hasn't faded, he is still very keen to continue taking them. We had never tried supplements on him before, but now we will be buying the Kids Vitamin C and Kids Multi, and maybe the Kids Bone later to keep those famous "growing pains" at bay! Thanks for a fantastic trial that gave us a chance to check out the entire range so quickly and so easily!
motherh - 11:47 AM on Thu-2-Jun-2011 reply | message
We only received the vitamins a few days ago and Miss 2.5 was very excited to receive a package! we sampled only three of the vitamins; VitC - Which was just 'good' and 'sweet', Immune - 'taste's like Milky Way!" and Bone - 'mmm good and Milky" although needed to have a drink of water with them.
Even though all the rest had lovely smiley faces and were mostly purple (her favourite colour) they were not enough to tempt her and refuses to even attempt them. (sigh...)

I'm going to attempt the grounding of a couple in her complain milk drink she has each morning as one tester suggested.

Other than that I will attempt again in a few days, with less options I think.

Hi, my 5 1/2yr has now finished reviewing/trialing the Kids Radiance range. He liked them all. I trialed them in batches as I didn't want him to rattle (with too many suppliments - LOL) and he had the following comments about each
Batch One:
Kids Vege - 'they taste space stick lollies'
kids Immune - he picked out the strawberry flavour
Kids Bone - He said they tasted like coconut - go figure
Kids Probiotic - He said 'they're fizzy can I have another one?'
The 2nd day he came home after school and asked for them straight away.
Batch Two:
kids colostrum - he liked them and said 'these are so yummy'
kids multi - he said 'they taste like fizzy lollies'
Kids Vit C - he said 'they taste like oranges'
In summary: I would buy all but would probably buy the Kids Probiotic, Kids Colostrum, kids bone and kids mulit first.
Thank you for choosing us for the trial. I would recommend the Kids Radiance Range to other mothers.

Hi, my 6yr old has now finished sampling all of the supplements.....she didn't like the colostrum tablets very much but did finish them. But she said she really liked crunching up all the other ones & said they were really nice & liked their smiley faces!!! She also said that she liked the brightly coloured labels on the bottles too. Thank you so much for choosing us to trial a fantastic range of Kids supplements....We will continue to buy the Kids Multi & the Bone tablets.....looking forward to the next trial. Thank you once again

Futher to my last comment we have now tried all the the other supplements and i am happy to say that both my kids liked all of them. I will be buying the Vit c for winter, these went down a real treat! Thank you so much for letting us be part of this trial as i now know what my kids like, and dont have to spend lots of money trying to find out!
Bubbaboo - 3:46 PM on Mon-30-May-2011 reply | message
So far we have been using the "Vege" and "Vitiman C" supplements. Surprisingly my son LOVES the Vege tablets and will often ask for one of his "treats". I am quite pleased about this as vegatables can be our downfall sometimes and he needs a boost in this area. He loves to see the supplement next to his plate at dinner time and there is no trouble with him eating it. Based on this I would be happy to buy a full sized pack for him. Vitiman C also goes down well so this is good.
He has had one Multi tablet and spat it out not liking the taste, but we will try again and see ...
Haven't tried the other ones yet but will work my way through the Immune, bone and Probiotic and post results later. Not really sure on the whole concept of Colostrum tablets so I don't think we will be needing these ones.
Some of the tablets are quite large and depending on the flavour can be a bit powdery. The ones with happy faces printed on them were more exciting, so I think all of them should have some kind of picture to make them more appealing to children.
more to follow ........
CatMumof2girls - 2:38 PM on Mon-30-May-2011 reply | message
ok after a week or 2 of trialling both Miss 3 and Miss 4 have decided they don't like ANY of them :o( It seems the novelity has worn off.
Both are also down with colds so could do with a boost.
They will take the BONE and PROBIOTIC ones still reasonably happily.
They spit the MULTI and IMMUNE ones out oh and Miss 4 spits the VEGE ones
VIT C is hit and miss, some days they will take and eat others they will just refuse.
Miss 3 takes direction from her big sister so I think I'll try giving them their tablets alone so they can't influence each other.

The girls finished the IMMUNE and VEGE ones this morning

I would like to give them a regular vitamin however do not want to spend the $ if they are going to spit them out... unsure what I will do
NikD - 2:13 PM on Mon-30-May-2011 reply | message
OK, so carrying on from my initial rewiew now that we have tried a few more.

VIT C are all gone so have been a huge hit, and great at this time of year with all the colds around! Would definitley buy these ones.
MULTI - tried the orange ones now - Mstr almost 4 spat it out and gave it to Miss 22mths, she ate both but wasn't so sure about it (so cherry was preferred but these have not been a favourite. they prefer Healtheries fizzy multis).
PROBIOTIC - got Miss 22mths to try them as she missed out last time and she liked them.
VEGE - still not a hit so I've given up on these ones!
BONE - Mr almost 4 liked them but Miss 22mths spat it out!

Only Berry multis to go now I think!

We had family over for dinner on sat nite so I brought them out to show everyone what we were trialing. I thought it might be a good way to get mads to try another one as she still wasnt keen on putting them in her mouth. We gave the vitamin c another try which she said she liked the first time but the second I found on the couch so while everyone was over I got my sis and mum and bro in law to have one (my dad wouldnt!) haha to make Mads try one again, well that worked and she tried tohe bones one. Dad said isnt she a bit young to trial and Mads pipes up with yum it tastes like icecream so proved him wrong sinstantly. My sis is very fussy so I was suprised that she willingly tried one, she tried the probiotics and said it was yum. I tried one too and it tasted nice but didnt like the after bits that seemd to be stuck in my teeth. I will give it another few days then offer Mads the same one again. She has a cold now so would have loved to get the immune ones into her but she wouldnt have a bar of those ones :(

Thanks so much for giving us the opportunity to try these vitamins without having to buy a whole packet to eat and having them go to waste if the kids didn't like them!
Well after getting a tummy bug after starting these vitamins and having to stop we are back on track again with trying them. Both my girls love the multi vitamins and the immune system tablets. They can't wait to see what flavour they are going to get with the vitamins. I haven't tried all of them yet as I didn't want to overwhelm them with tablets. So once they have tried all of them I will put up another review. But all in all they seem to be going down a treat!

We have almost completed our review which I will post either tomorrow or Wednesday; sorry it has taken a bit longer than normal, its because there are so many different suppliments for KWolff to review. :-)

Firstly thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to trial these wonderful vitamins. M y 8 year old was very excited and very interested in the whole trial. Looking back I would only introduce one at a time as it became overwhelming for her after a few days. We decided when she would take each one and wrote these details on the lid eg: breakfast x 2. With the amount she was taking we decided 2 was enough of each to take each day.
Rankings - favourite to least and comments:
Kids Multi- Shared favourite, likes smiley face on it. Said fizzy and yummy.
Vitamin C- Other favourite , fizzy tastes like mango, delicious and scrumptious.
Immune- 2nd favourite, tastes like raspberry fizzy drink but not fizzy, ok taste.
Bone- Ok tastes like vanilla ice-cream which is her least favourite flavour ice-cream
Colostrum- Not liked much. Really powdery and stuck to gums, need a drink with it. Sickly after taste.
Vege- Started off nice than bland then after taste is not nice. Wanted to spit out and did not want a 2nd one.
My daughter got sick while taking these due to a bad cold. She spent 6 hours feverish and sleepy then was back to normal. I hope the supplemnts helped it move through her system quite quickly whereas her friend was home sick for days with the same thing.
Multi and Vitamin c easiest to take. Had to resort to disguising colostrum and vege.

Thanks for picking us to trial these. I must say my kids were overly excited to try these supplements as they usually think they are just reserved for adults. I have been letting the kids pick which ones they want to take. They don't mind the vanilla scented ones, but aren't too keen on the strawberry flavour.

The bone ones appear rather large at first sight, but the kids don't seem to have any issues chewing them done.

The immune ones were taken as though they were biscuits - disappearing in seconds.

Thanks very much for picking us to trial these great products.
Straight away my children were keen to try them. I gave them a choice of what flavour they wanted to try and they were excited to see what each one tasted like.
The Bone and Vitaman C flavours were the favourite with my 5 year old and all flavours were a hit with my 2 year old. They both thought they were receiving a treat each time they had one.
I think they are a great way of getting the essential vitamans into our little ones to ensure they are getting topped up with those they need. I will be recommending these to all parents and will be purchasing some in the future.

My 3 older chidlren got to try out these great vitamins by Radiance Kids Supplements. Thank you so much for letting them trail the supplements. Vit C and any strawberry favours were a hit, then animals shapes were a hit too.
Thanks again, highly recommend to other parents for their children.

Thanks again for letting us trial these wonderful products. So far the vitamin c are a huge hit, loved the taste of it. I really like the probotics one and will be buying this one again. The one which was liked the least was the flavour of the immune vitamin, on saying that will also be buying again. Have also started to tell our friends about the range and they seem quite interested as well.

I have not had a problem with any of them. They are excited each morning about having their 'pills' They loved the animal shape of the probiotiacs. Good timing as my son started a dose of antibiotics. We did not have any scewed up faces at any time. Congratulations, I think they are a fantastic range . We regularly use the immune one over winter but I would easily use any of the others and would recommend to my friends.

Right, this is my first review and I’m not sure how to present it so I’m posting it just as it ‘came out’ when I typed it…

Kids Radiance range trialled by my 7yo daughter

APPEARANCE
The Probiotic animal shape was a hit, as were the smiley faces

SMELL
Strongly disliked the odour of Immune and Multi

TASTE SCORE, (10 being delicious)
Probiotics 10/10
Vitamin C 10/10
Bone 3/10
Colostrum 3/10
Vege 1/10
Immune 0/10
Multi 0/10

After the first attempt, my daughter would not eat the ones she found unpleasant.
I cut those into quarters so she could take them with water and swallow without chewing. That was successful but not practical given the number she needed to take.

Had a better idea and ground the tablets to a powder in my juice wizard machine, (like the Magic Bullet), adding a little warm water plus a ¼ cup of orange juice.
We had brilliant success with that. She loved the taste and I think it’s a sensible way to manage it, especially if you’re using the whole range, as I certainly would. The recommended daily dose for my daughter would be 14 to 24 tablets.
The tablets are easy to crush and you could do this easily with a mortar and pestle or maybe even the back of a tablespoon.

Probiotics is my favourite. Unlike the ones we currently use, no need to keep this one refrigerated and it has a long shelf life.
Where applicable, the Radiance supplements are 100% vegetarian and I did find the labelling informative. However, I would like to see the country of origin listed for each ingredient.
During the trial, I ceased most of my daughter’s dietary supplements that are known to work well for her. There were no side affects and I would use the Radiance supplements with confidence.

Thank you for the opportunity to try this range Julie.
I intend to test it further, observing the health benefits over a longer period.

Radiance Kids PROBIOTIC: Yum! A big yes from Mum and Mr 7! They smell and taste very very nice! What a great idea to have a probiotic especially for kids. I would definetly get these for my kids if they need antibiotics.

So far we have tried Rohan on
Kids Bone- He really loves the taste, said that it tasted just like Ice Cream.
Kids Immune-As it's coming into Winter & on Monday he had his op for Grommets,so doing all we can to get him boosted up.
Kids Multi-He did say they were a little too sweet for him.
Kids Vitamin C- Again due to his Grommet op on Monday doing all we can to keep him boosted up so he doesn't get sick.

He took all of these with no issues,I was a little worried as he has been on one brand for a long time, that I thought changing to another brand course some problems, but yay none at all.
Sterling really likes the colour of the packaging & wants to hold them all the time but then yellow is his favourite colour.
Will post again once we have tried the
Kids Probiotic
Kids Colostrum
Kids Vege
Hopefully these will be received just as easily

Thanks for letting us try these,as I don't think I would have gone out & brought them otherwise.
Rohan seems to really like the taste of them which is one of the biggest things as he is very fussy with what he eats.

Wow is all I can say about the Immune!! As said in earlier post, put both my two onto the immune tablets as they were both showing signs of getting sick, also alternated with the multi and the vitamin c ones! Worked a dream, both of them barely got sick only a slight cough and a runny nose, whereas dad and I both got it really bad!!
Summary of tablets - Mine liked ALL of them, didn't have any problems with flavours or anything. The faves were probably the vanilla ones or the animal shaped (probiotic) but all were great!! Definately will be buying again, especially the immune!
Tested flavour of Probiotic on the kids but waiting until one is on antibiotics to trial properly so will post when I have :)

All finished now. Summary: Creamy vanilla was top 'seller', Smiley faces and animal shapes are a win. Jumbled flavours and strange orange one not so cool. Great range. I will be happy to recommend these when Mums are looking for a well-tolerated children's supplement range.

Well guys, I would have to say that these are great as far as I am concerned. As said lower down, my daughter recovered from her cold rather quickly and I wasn't sure if she was already on the road to recovery when starting, but my son was just getting one so I put him straight onto the Immune, Multi and the Vitamin C. All Reece ended up with was a blocked nose and nothing else ever came of it. It didn't get worse, no infections or anything so in my eyes these 3 work. I have no problems with the packaging, no kiddie locking lids or anything as I am very careful and all medicine, vitamins etc are on the top shelf of my cupboard.
All in all this was a great trial to be part of, I will be purchasing the Immune and Multi again for my children.
Thanks for the great chance Kidspot and Radiance® Kids Supplements!!

Miss 2 was really eager to try these and would often ask for more after having had one or if it time to have her vitamins. She has slightly changed her tune after having had the immune one as this has been the clear favourite being that it is strawberry flavoured and a pinky colour (or turns pink in her mouth, and she keeps wanting to take it out of her mouth to check how pink or red it is looking). That is the one she is always requesting now but is happy to have another after I explain she has already had that one today or it has to be eaten with a meal.

She has been having the bone tablets daily and tells me which has been reassuring for me after her having broken her colar bone just days before the products arrived to try.

She has only tried the vege ones twice as she is a good eater and I have saved for when we had fish and chips or something not so vege-y.

The only ones we haven't tried are the probiotic as I was hoping to save these for when she was on anti-biotics but no doubt these will be a hit with her as were the rest of them.

She liked the smiley faces and was drawn to specific flavours. She commented a couple of times on not wanting vit-c or multi as they were too fizzy.

Thanks for the opportunity to try these especially with her starting kindy been good to give the old immune system a boost and with the broken colar bone has been great to know she's getting the little bit extra to help her heal quicker.

The Probiotics were a definate hit! If only all the others tasted this way they'd be in!
Master Moo was devastated when I told him the Probiotics were all gone, so we're off to buy some of these.

The other types he wasn't really fussed on, Immune he wouldn't even try due to the smell. He does eat whole cooked garlic pieces so I figure his immunity must be right up there anyways... :)

I really liked the idea of veggies, mainly for days when I know the diet has left a bit to be desired or he's having a growth spurt so eats everything in site.

Thanks so much for the opportunity to trial these products. I think it's a great opportunity to try something different and it's great to get other mum's takes on the product too.

OK. I REALLY REALLY wanted Mr 3.5 to take a liking to the supplements because, let's face it, on some days his diet isn't the best. I was really impressed with the range - exotic ingredients like olive leaf and echinacea blew my expectations of the normal vitamins out the window. Mr 3.5 was extremely excited at first and asked whether these were "juice lollies"? After a brief discussion about medicines, I gave him the Vitamin C to try. Nope, too sour. The next day, I tried the multi-vitamin. Nope, too sour again. I've since tried to connive him into taking them at any opportunity but alas, he hasn't taken to them as much as I'd hoped and I'm quite often finding him storing it in his cheeks some time after giving him one. Me, on the other hand - I LOVE em. I think it's such a great idea to ingest vitamins in this form, but I'm not a kid and I happen to love sour. Perhaps if they were made purely of cocoa or ice cream taste you'd have a fan in my son. Sorry!

When we received the trial packs Miss 7 had a tummy bug so the Kids Colostrum seemed perfect, as they say for poor gut health .She didn't love them but didn't hate them either.
Kids Vitamin C were a big hit with Miss 4, she would constanly ask if it was time for vitacims, Mr 1 and Miss 7 also liked these.
Kids Immune, Miss 4 also liked the strawberry taste of these
Kids Vege, Now Miss 7 and Miss 4 wouldn't even try these perhaps the smell or the green colour, but Mr 2 who is terible at eating vegetables ate these fine.
Kids Multi, Miss 4 tasted but didn't finish, Mr 2 however ate these fine.
Kids Bone, Miss 4 liked but was a little hesitant at first as they are a bit bigger than others.
Haven't tried the probiotics, but thinking would be good as they smell nice and are a cute shape.

Thanks for letting us sample these, I will definately buy the vege ones for my fussy vege eater and the vitamin c ones as they were a hit.

Hi, it’s Radiance® Herbal Hero Here, the crusader for being well and staying well!

Thanks to all the Mums and Kids who tried our Radiance® Kids Range. We are so thankful for all the positive and constructive feedback on our wonderful products.

Our range encompasses a full spectrum of tastes, colours, flavours and shapes. From creamy vanilla to tart strawberry, from white smileys to pink hippos, we have covered all bases!

At Radiance we strive to produce a product which is therapeutic strength and possesses potent biological actions. Unfortunately some of the core health promoting ingredients in our products may have less than yummy tastes. We think we have excelled in our canny taste disguising without diluting or forgoing the health benefits for your littlies.

That said, we accept that some kids may not like all of our products. We don’t want your kids to miss out on the health benefits of the whole Radiance Kids Range so we have formulated some shrewd ways to bypass the yuck detector!

As one clever mum said you could crush any refused tablets and add to milk or juice, or you could sprinkle crushed tablets onto food. And remember, littlies taste buds are still developing - there is often 10 yucks for one yum and their favourite one day, is yuck the next! So maybe put those in the cupboard and reintroduce in a few days. Perseverance is the key!

If you have any specific comments or concerns dont hesitate to contact<br>herbalhero@healthandherbs.co.nz

Well, we've just completed a week of trialling the products with my Miss 3 and it's been semi-successful in terms of getting an extremely fussy eater to at least open her mouth to get one in - the only thing was that we could never actually get her to keep it in her mouth to finish it!

Kids Immune - The smell of these tablets on opening wasn't too my liking at all. I thought it didn't smell like strawberrys at all, it has a strong, concentrated powdery smell and even as I write this I just had another whiff of inside the bottle and yep, no nice smelling strawberries wafting around! I didn't even bother to let Miss Fussy Eater smell it because she definitely wouldn't want to try it. She said it was "yum" at first but wouldn't chew it, wouldn't swallow it and eventually took it out of her mouth half sucked on and refusing to finish it off.

Kids Vitamin C - these definitely smell much better, but Miss Fussy Eater hates the colour orange and wouldn't even put these in her mouth.

Kids Probiotic - hmmmmm, now these smell like lollies AND they are little Hippos AND they are pretty colours so no problems getting Miss Fussy Eater to eat. Once again, only a few sucks and then out of the mouth.

Kids Vege - love the smiley face but they still look like big ol' ugly tablets! Miss Fussy Eater only put these in her mouth because they were purple but once again, a few sucks later and placed on the bench

...and the rest of the vitamins... Miss Fussy Eater was so over it already and wouldn't put any in her mouth in whole tablet form.

Eventually, I have resorted to crushing the tablets and putting it in her glass of milk in the mornings which she finds manageable - the only problem I now have is getting her to finish of the glass of milk!

I thought maybe they could've been more imaginative with the tablets - too many smiley face tablets. The hippo shaped tablet was a definite hit, maybe they could've done more animal shaped tablets to make it more appealing or maybe I just have the fussy eater in the world who colour codes her food! lol
thanks kidspot for giving me the chance to trial these. I will definitely keep using them and finding ingenuitive ways to give them to my litttle girl!

Ok so tried the probiotic one last nite and it seems Madison thinks they are all going to taste like the vege and immune so wasnt keen to put it in her mouth, I finally got her to smell it and it smelled really yummy sho she tried it she got half way through (only because I pointed out it was the shape of the lion) but half way through she did a big shiver and spat it out :( so gutted. will wait another couple of days and try her again on another one.

Great timing for this trial, thanks heaps! Our three kids, aged 3, 5 and 14 have now tried them all. At the beginning our 5 year old was on the edge of a cold which has now vanished, so a huge thumbs up from this Mummy. Miss 3 loved the entire range and wanted to polish them all off by herself. Master 5 loved the Colostrum, Bone, Probiotic, Immune and the multi vit. Mr 14 who is usually difficult to please has been happy to take the entire range with Vege rated his least favourite so he simply swollows them down whole. Our little ones love the smiley faces and animal shapes and will be continuing to take these supplements (if they are available) particularly through the winter months. Thanks kidspot!

Miss 5 has now tried all of them and she has given them all but the Vege a big thumbs up. She likes the Probiotic because of the fun jungle shapes and the great berry flavor. The Colostrum and Bone were the 2nd favorite as they weren't fruity or berry flavored which she liked. I think this is a great range though it would be good to see a childproof lid (though this maybe because it was a trial size) as once Miss 5 tried them she wanted to finish the bottle off. I hope to see the range in my local supermarket soon as i think we will be buying them.

Great range of vitamins, didn't realise you could get so many. Daughter aged 8 liked the bottles and rushed to open them all to smell all the different flavours. She has tried them all and here is our verdict, we have rated them 1 to 5 (1 being the worst, 5 being the best).

Colostrum - Rated 5, Tasted really nice and not too powdery when chewed, would love to have these daily.

Bone - Rated 5, Same reasons as above

Probiotic - Rated 4.5, Liked the berry flavour but found them slighty powdery when chewed. Still happy to have them though.

Vege - Rated 4, Gave it a 4 because they did taste tropical but she found the flavour quite strong.

Vitamin C - Rated 4, Liked the flavour but again slighty powdery, found them better when sucked rather than chewed.

Immune - Rated 3, Not overly keen on the strawberry flavour but would still take each day.

Multi - Rated Berry 5, Orange 3 & Cherry 1, Tried each tablet seperately. Loved the berry, orange was okay but spat out the cherry.

Overall she was quite happy with the tablets, would love them even more if they were more chewy similar to a skittle rather than a tablet form. We have tried a different brand of vitamins before this trial which I had to throw away so these were definately more successful. The only thing that concerns me is the dosage of some of the tablets seem quite high 4 to 6 tablets daily for some.

Thank you for letting us trial this product I will be looking this weekend to purchase some
tammyd - 6:40 PM on Mon-23-May-2011 reply | message
The first thing I noticed was that they did not have childproof caps, even though the bottle says, “Keep out of reach of young children”. While I know they’re not medicine, I still don’t think you’d want your child to consume an entire bottle full at once!

Secondly, I found that each supplement had a different dosage recommendation. Some were one tablet daily, others were one to two, some are meant to be given with food and some between meals. The age ranges were different on each bottle too; some gave a dosage for ages 2-4years, others for ages 2-3years, etc. Maybe if you just had one bottle at a time this wouldn’t be an issue, but when you’re using more than one you have to make sure you read the bottle properly!

This is what my two-and-a-half year old son thought of each type:

Kids Vege: This was the first one we tried, and it went down well. Master 2 liked the smiley face on the tablet! I quite liked the fruity smell that I noticed while he chewed on it, it smelt yummy!

Kids Calcium: These ones went down without a fuss.

Kids Bone: He took longer to chew this one, but still said he liked it when I asked. I thought it had a slightly odd smell.

Kids Colostrum: The idea of this one I find really strange! Colostrum? That’s for newborns! Anyway, it had the same slightly odd smell as Kids Bone, but Master 2 ate it just fine and even asked for more later on!

Kids Immune: Yay for the smiley faces, my son really likes them! Another one that went down just fine, although the initial facial expression he made was a bit off, but it didn’t last and he chewed it all up.

Kids Multi: These ones came in different colours. My son ate the orange one happily, but spat out the purple one saying it was “yucky”. However when I gave him another one later he ate it! Again he seemed chuffed with the smiley faces.

Kids Probiotics: These were the last ones we tried and were definitely the favourites because of the animal shapes! They were quickly eaten with no troubles.

The supplements are still being well used after a week! My son has been asking for them like treats!! I could get used to this, he's willing to do odd jobs around the house in exchange for a supplement! He also told his class at "News time" that he's been taking some "chewies" that his mum says are going to make him stronger and keep him healthy!! LOL!!!
This week we continued with the Vitamin C, Kids Multi, Kids Immune and Kids Bone and this time there was no trouble with the Kids Bone, he liked it and there was no after-taste. We also tried the Kids Colostrum and Kids Vege for the first time. The Kids Colostrum went down well, said it was a nice creamy flavour. He was not too sure about trying the Vege, but on tasting it said it was yummy and that it should be called Kids Fruit instead of Kids Vege :)
Kids Vitamin C and Kids Multi seem to be the current favourites!

Well.. after reading the reviews I just couldn't help myself and wanted to buy a couple to try out on my kids. I got Kids Vege, Vitamin C and the Multi Vitamin and my kids LOVE them all. No complaints about flavour or smell at all - but then I just give them to the kids really casually and tell them it's a treat - it's in their mouth before they know it! lol. I am thrilled so far, great to see natural products packed full of goodness and I will definitely continue purchasing this range. NOTE TO ICEKIWI - there are 60 tablets in each container which I think is pretty good value :) Cheers.

One thing i'm impressed with is the use by dates! These don't expire till 2014 so for something like probiotic which may not be needed so regularly this is fantastic. The children have yet to try this one so will report back once we do and i've just noticed that this one must be kept in the fridge after opening... glad i read the fine print.

For those of you that weren't selected these are what we trial may help in your decision to purchase:

Kids Probiotic: Berry chewable, Antibiotic Support + Intestinal Health
Kids Bone: Vanilla Caramel chewable, Bone Building Vitamins + Minerals
Kids Immune: Strawberry chewable, Vitamin A, C, E + Olive Leaf + Echinacea

Questions: How many tablets would be in a full size container?

IceKiwi - 4:00 PM on Mon-23-May-2011 reply | message
Okay so these products are great but there is a downside to something being so good. My children youngest two being Miss4 & now Mr 3 hunted these out unfortunately as they don't have child proof lids you know what happened.
So a suggestion would be to child proof these lids.

Flavourings:
The favourite from all was the Vanilla, followed by the Orange and then Strawberry.

Faces:
Not all these had smiley faces on them but the ones that did my children all commented on this and how fun they were. So definately go with the smiley face imprint.

Packaging:
Bright, colourful definately a look for children so its very easy to tell the difference between mummys and theirs.

Taste/Texture: Mr 5 took a while to warm to taking these he didn't like it at first taste/ texture/ after taste but grew to love them, Mr 2 (now Mr3) loved them he ate them so fast, Miss 4 enjoyed them although didn't seem to like the cherry and berry flavour as much as the others. Miss 6 loved them all!

Vanilla was in the colostrum one don't know if i'd purchase this on a regular basis but its the one they all preferred the most. Maybe for Miss4 who struggles to drink and eat lots of things with milk as it gives her a sore tummy.

My children started getting sick over the weekend and I had been boosting them during the week between Immune, Kids Multi, Vege & Vitamin C they had temps for a day and are now on the mend I truely think that over winter and season changes the Immune & Vitamin C would definately be worth having. Also they didn't get sick like they normally would and i put it down to having such a good dose over the previous week from these products. So the timing was amazingly perfect for our family.

I'd also invest in Bone as both my boys Mr 3(1) & Mr 5 (4) broken bones so for me this is a definate must have. I think for a child that is on anti biotics the Probiotic would be worth having on hand but wouldn't be a regular purchase more something you'd get alongside antibiotics to help keep the natural balance.

Great products all round.
Just please think about the lids?

thurs night/fri morning miss 4 started coughing and complaining of a sore throat :o(
So I made sure I gave her the IMMUNE VEGE and VITC over the weekend along with Pamol as needed. Well she battled through really well, nights were a bit harder. We went to the Drs this morning for a checkup and some more pamol and he said she was ok and seemed to be over the worst of it.
Also gave Miss 3 the MULTI and VITC and she seems fine, hasn't picked up any bugs from big sister so YAY to that.
I will definatly consider buying the IMMUNE over winter

Miss 4 started out disliking them but now thinks they are ok and will eat them.
Miss 3 however LOVED them to start and now spits them out ! it takes some coaxing to get her to finish them off.

Radiance kids MULTI: we both tried these! Mr 7 had the cherry or berry and said they tasted a bit funny to suck, but then were OK when he chewed them up. The orange flavour I tried was nice, but not as yummy as the vit C! I like my kids to have a multi vitamin over winter, so would definetly consider buying these.

Radiance kids COLOSTRUM: my boy preferred the size of this tablet to the larger ones.... at first he said "no taste at all".... but after he'd chewed it "mmmm like vanilla icecream!". So, taste wise - a success. But as he gets a good amount of calcium from other sources, probably wouldn't need to buy these.

Been testing these supplements for a while now and although we got off to a bad start with my daughter not liking them, she LOVES them now. She is especially a fan of the Hippo one (Probiotic I think) because it is shaped like a hippo. So far she seems to be doing well health wise - my 4 month old got sick and she managed to avoid, so maybe these supplements are doing their thing. I also like that I can give her a supplement on the days when she is being a nightmare and won't eat a well balanced diet. I like that there are a variety to choose from as it means I can buy the ones I feel my child/ren are lacking (eg veges!). Thanks for allowing me to trial these, it has been a good experience.

Thank you Radiance for giving us the opportunity to try such a big variety of supplements for kids. Both my 10 year old and 4 year old love the taste of them - all the flavours and varieties seem to go down well. My 4 year old particularly likes the smily faces and the Vit C he prefers to the previous ones I was trying to get him to have (he says the others were too 'lemony' - I think he meant 'sour') so thats good. I thought they may have rejected the vege ones but no - they liked them all! I've been giving just a couple of different ones each day so they don't have too many at once. Of course i recognize that certain ones are best taken when they are actually sick so am careful as to when I give them. Thanks again!

Hi again, well we are making our way through the different supplements - thank you again! My three year old has eaten all of them and only once wouldn't take the MULTI. He asks me to give him his 'healthy lollies which will make me big and strong' - very cute! My two year old would not eat the VEGE, IMMUNE or MULTI (he wanted to eat them and was excited to try them but spat them out - due to taste, size and texture I believe) but he enjoyed the VITAMIN C and BONE supplements. I think he liked the Vitamin C because of the flavour and that it is smaller and he liked the taste of the BONE - even the smell of this one is appealing. We will try COLOSTRUM and PROBIOTIC this week and will report back :0

Firstly I would like to thank Radiance for giving us the opportunity to trial these samples and of course Kidspot! My three children have almost finished all seven. Vitamin C and Bone certainly came out on top as all three liked the taste. Struggled with my daughter to try the Vege supplement (purely due to the name!), but she did eventually give them a go. I have decided to buy the Bone and Vitamin C supplements, perfect time of year and i'm sure they will have nutritional value. Will keep you posted! Thanks again

So, My overall review on the radiance kids supplements are that my daughter liked the taste, the smiley faces on them, she looked forward to taking them. In the whole time having the vitamins, i've tried her on all of them (not at the same time of course! :) ) and she's taken them all easily, wanting more! :) She thinks they're lollies! So if i was to go and buy vitamins or recommend them to a friend/family, i think i'd definitely recommend radiance, because of the good response i got from my daughter and because they have such a big selection. Thank you once again for letting us trial your product and to kidspot for the opportunity.

Was stoked to be chosen for this even thought he courier woke my whole house up at 6.55am!!! Recieved them last week and tried Madison on the Immune ones and she hated it they smell sooo bad and she spat it out instantly tried to offer her another flavour being the vege one but she wouldnt have a bar of it one of her little friends was over and I offered her one too she ate it and liked it so Madison wanted to try it again but spat the vege one out too so I have had to wait to try her on another one as she sees the shape and instantly wont take them. I am really gutted that she doesnt like them as I was reallly keen to give her some suppliemnts. I am hoping she will like the other ones but so far not looking too good. If she doesnt I am thinking of crushing them and sticking it in yogurt or something, has anyone done this??

So after a week here are our verdicts from master 6 & miss 5:

Probiotic - their favourite - they love the flavour and the animal shapes
Vitamin C - their second favourite. a nice size and great flavour.
Colostrum - they both like this one, it smells nice and tastes good too
Bone - Master 6 likes this, miss 5 doesn't
Vege - a big NO to this one. they didn't like the flavour at all
Immune - horrible smell and taste, another NO (they wouldn't eat a whole one and spat it out)
Multi - they didn't like this one either although they didn't spit this one out.

All up a 3 1/2 out of 7 success rate for getting the kids to take these which is a shame as the ones they don't like would be ones I'd like them to have.

I'm very thankful to have taken part in this trial as it has saved us spending the cash trying out all the options. I definitely wouldn't buy the whole range even if they tasted good as I would rather my kids learnt about keeping good health by eating the right foods and not just taking a supplement. In saying that though I do appreciate the added bonus of the kids taking vitamins as we don't always have time/energy etc to eat correctly every single day for every meal so I would pick a vitamin that "covered the bases" like a multi vitamin or vege.

Thank you so much Radiance for this very generous trial. I really do appreciate it.

so we tried the immune again today (just one) and she ate it and said "mmmmm delicious" then we tried 2 vege and they were "good" i also offered the vitamin c again, but i think 3 tablets is her limit as she wasn't interested in trying anymore.

Have just finished of the VEGE, BONE, COLOSTRUM, IMMUNE, The children happily ate these vitamins, out of all the vitamins they enjoyed the orange and mango flavour the most, I have noticed that my daughter seems to be sleeping through the night now instead of waking up with nightmares, I don't know if this is due to the vitamins or just a phase has finished.

DS6 and DD5 both love the PROBIOTIC and DD is going absolutely nuts about the BONE one "Mum can I have more of the white vanillina (her pronunciation) one -it's delicious"
We've finished the MULTI, IMMUNE, and VEGE, with the exception of orang MULTI for my son, all were well tolerated. Apparently 'toothpaste' is an acceptable flavour ---off to lock away the fluoride-fest!! Still trying to get 'between meals' ones to the appropriate time. They must be doing well on them because I bought a cold home from my trip away, DD was sneezing on day-1, but neither child has caught it!! Good job, Radiance!

6 out of 7 suppliments they fight over. The only one they will not touch is the vege one. They both tried vege supp at different times and both could not even finish it. Other than that I have been asked several times a day for more of the 'yummy ones'. They definitely think of them as a treat and I do not think even long term it would ever become a problem to take them. It also makes my life easy that they like them so much that they remember and ask because I can be forgetful. All but the vege supp get a big thumbs up in our house. A++

So far my daughter has tried 5 out of the 7 vitamins that were sent to us. She is loving the bone ones and does not seem interested in trying any more of the others until she has finished this pack. She loves the fact that they have smiley faces on them and calls them her special treat every morning when she gets up and gets to have one. I thought that it might be difficult to get her to take vitamins but so far it has been a breeze. I think the fact that they look kid friendly, taste great and are easy for her to chew are big factors in her taking them readily. My husband tried the vitamin C ones as these were the ones I was really keen for her to get started with since we have huge amounts of colds each year during the winter and he thought she would love them, turns out she thinks they are ok but nothing beats the bone ones at the moment :) I am looking forward to seeing if they keep the colds and bugs at bay the more we get into them and the more she takes.

I told my 3 year old to put his gumboots on when we was running around outside in thr wet, I said he might get sick, he said thats ok mum i won't get sick i take vitamins lol - if i forget the boys soon remind me they haven't had there vitamins for the day

Immune - we decided that she should need 2 of these, so she took two and tried one, "thats yucky, its spicy on my tongue" she declared and a few minutes later she spat it out and put it in the bin, we put the other one back to try again tomorrow.
Vitamin C - "oh no smiley face?" but its "yum and tastes like our other vitamin tablets". 2 of those disappeared very quickly.

So end result is that 5 out of 7 get the thumbs up which isn't bad really. I am so pleased that we have finally found a multi vitamin Miss 7 will take as with her heart mumour it is so important to keep the immunity strong especially over winter. Multi, Vitamin C and Vege will be on the shopping list for sure and pro-biotic to keep in the fridge for if we need a dose of antibiotics. It is a shame the colostrum wasn't taken so well as I have been trying for ages to find one Miss 7 likes - maybe if they came out in another flavour in the future we might have more success. I find the fruity flavours go down best. Thanks again to Kidspot and Radiance for allowing us to trial your products. I will come back in a week or so and let you know if the reactions stay the same or change with any of the supplements.
mary110370 - 11:53 AM on Fri-20-May-2011 reply | message
OK, so the last 3 have now been tried.
COLOSTRUM - Initially this got the thumbs up and a declaration that the vanilla flavour was "quite nice". But after biting into it the face changed and the tongue came out and everything got spat out. I tried it myself and found that it had a waxy/chalky kind of feel/aftertaste after biting into it which wasn't very pleasant.
KIDS MULTI - These definately go the thumbs up and lots of 'mmms' and 'yums' as it was being munched away, and although that was only one flavour I am confident of a similar response to the other flavours as well. Will keep you posted on that one.
VITAMIN C - This one I have been told is the best of the lot and is delicious! The smaller size is also preferable to me.
emjay - 11:27 AM on Fri-20-May-2011 reply | message
COLOSTRUM and IMMUNE - Well miss 3 had a bit of a cough the other day so we tried the immune, i thought it was going to be a hit with the strawberry flavour and initial reaction but it was spat out with a not like mummy so that wasn't a goer. i might try it again in a week or so as i would like to persist to see if the reaction remains the same.
the colostrum also had a yum initial response but has been spat out 2 times for each try over the last few days so thats a no go as well. I also tried one and it was kinda like vanilla chalk so i think it is probably a consistancy thing for that one.

So thats them all done for us
BIG HITS = Vit C, Bone, Probiotic
HIT and MISS = Vege
NOT LIKE MUMMY = Multi, Colostrum, Immune

I will definately be buying the Vit C and Probiotics for the future and will probably also think seriously about having the Bone too

The novelty is wearing off. DS6 was not impressed by the flavour of the
supposedly 'orange' MULTI -he doesn't want me to buy it. I wouldn't anyway because of the different flavours and colours in the one bottle. Too hard to know if discolouration is normal or degredation, also really a hard mental leap for someone used to medication (being uniform in appearance). DD5 thought her MULTI tasted like toothpaste but she was probably just competing with DS for attention. She is still impressed by the smiley faces!
It's quite difficult to use the 'between meals' tablets as my children are either occupied (don't mess with that) or just finished/started eating.
I like packaging and we love doing this trial. Lots of great 'health' conversations have sprung up as we discuss these products

The Vitamin C tablet had a mango taste, but not nice at the end. She said it was lovely and smooth. The Bone had a smiley face which made her laugh with a vanilla taste and was a bit crunchy when finished. The Colostrum feels smooth she says. It also smells of vanilla and tastes of vanilla all the way through. This so far is her favourite and yummy to the end. Wanted more of the colostrum.

What a fun package that was to receive :) So many to choose from I didn't know where to start. Eventually decided on Vitamin C and my DS who is 3 just loves them. He says they're yummy & taste like lollies and is very quick to remind me in the morning to give him one! We've also tried the probiotic as DS ended up on antibiotics this week (good timing) and he loves that they are animal shapes and thinks they are yummy too. Trying to get more out of him but not succeeding! I have to say though, had I not had a quick read of the reviews in here I would never have seen that you are supposed to keep them in the fridge! Also I found it hard having to remember to give them 3 hours before or after antibiotics.
Once we've finished these 2 will start on the others.

Wow, what a selection arrived with our postie! Nice bright packaging and I was impressed with all the different types of vitamins and how clearly labelled/described they were. So far, my daughter has had the Immune (which she really likes) and also the Multi (which she said was 'ok' tasting). I thought I would build up her immune system with all the winter coughs and colds starting at school. She loves the little smiley faces on the pills, nice touch. So far, so good....

Hi so we have tried our final two suppliments last nite. The BONE one was a great hit! Mr 4 yr old really liked this one, he said it was 'really nice' and it had a nice smell too. He also commented that he liked it more cause it had the face on it. Mr 2 yr old just ate it up and again asked for more. The last to try was the COLOSTRUM and again both boys and myself liked this one. It had a nice smell but the comment came back that there was no smily face on it! a bit disappointed. But thumbs up for taste, thanks will post more when we have more.

Miss 4 has an eczema flare up + is on antibiotics & for the first time is getting a bit fussy with her meals! So couldn't be a better time to be trying these, thankyou!<br>She was excited to try them & we had a good look at them all together before we tried any. Read all the labels & looked at all the different colours, shapes, sizes & smelled them. Some she said smelled funny but it didn't put her off. The packaging is bright & would really stand out on the shelf. A very good range of vitamins, especially love the idea of the probiotic chewables & the colostrum. Also nice to have options of just vitamin C, a multivitamin & the immune as my partner & I both take vitamin C & echinacea over the winter. The amounts of vitamins & minerals in each is not too bad, I think, though the vitamin C was quite low at 125mg & the ones we usually get are 500mg, so will need to more closely compare the others. Some other kids brands hardly contain enough to be worth the while. <br>So far:<br>She loves the probiotics for looks best, loves the animal shapes & says they "feel better in my mouth."<br>The vanilla & caramel flavours are her favourites, "I like milk ones".<br>The size hasn't worried her like I thought it might & she likes the smiley faces on them.<br>The kids vege are her least favourite saying, "They taste a bit funny, I don't really like it but I'll eat it anyway."<br>We also keep medicines out of reach & in a container they can't get into & miss 4 knows she is not to touch any medicines as they could make her sick but accidents do happen & I like to see child-proof caps to help prevent them, especially with the probiotic being kept in the fridge. It would be a nice touch to be able to buy vitamins with this & give them an advantage over others, though I understand there would be a cost factor here.<br>Will update again soon :)

Thank you so much for the chance to review! Got my box of goodies yesterday and both my boys were very keen to try! They helped me unpack all the samples and opened each one as we went sniffing them and telling me what they thought. The first one they tried was the Kids Bone one, Master 3 chewed his up without a problem and promtly asked for another, he said they tasted really nice. Master 6 sat and looked at it for a bit then finally ate it. He said it didnt taste to bad and that he would be quite happy to have one or two everyday. Master 6 is quite fussy and not keen to try new things so i was really happy that he liked it! This morning we were trying to decide which ones to try, so we had a lucky dip into the box and tried the Kids Probiotic, they both liked that they were animal shaped and had a nice smell and loved the taste, they both said they tasted like berries. So fingers crossed all the other ones will go down just as easy! Will post back on the results of the others!

Wanted to also add that its GREAT to have a probiotic in a chewable tab, I normally use the powder and sprinkle on to food, so this is a great alternative and so easy to take for the kids.

Tried the Probiotic this morning on the kids and they loved it. I chose 2 hippos so there were no fights and they were super excited to see an animal shaped tablet. Lots of ohh-ing and ahh-ing and mmmm-ing, so 1st impressions were a hit. They liked the smell and the biggest tell of all is they ran off and held onto them for a while, which in this house means they REALLY like something and want it to last forever..lol. So after a few mins I saw there were still in their hot little hands I made them eat them! We also tried the vitamin C yesterday and the kids loved that too. I was surprised that is was a low dosage, only 125 mg of vit C. The ones I buy are 500mg, so I wouldn't buy them as again, I'd have to turn them into pill poppers if I wanted them to get a higher dose during colds etc. I think having up to 6 tablets a day is way over the top and unnecessary. I also had a peek at the website yesterday and it seems to be really good, with the kids character even having his own section!

Well, offered the Immune to Master Moo (3) who sniffed the bottle and promptly said 'no thank you mummy. it smells yukky. I want the purple lolly one". So out with the immune and in with the probiotic!
On a more positive note, he has tried the bone again with positive results, and really likes the veggie one.
Still not sure if I'd actually buy this range as the actual vitamin level in the tabs are lower than the range that we currently buy.
I do like the idea of veggies in a tab for takeaway or really tired nights. Least then I know they have a little bit of goodness in them. :)

Both liked the vitamin c. willl keep you updated.

I have to say - I can't understand all the talk about the smell. I much prefer to have a vitamin that doesn't smell like candy floss and have it be completely natural. My kids have been loving this entire range and I am delighted to have found them. Thumbs up from me Radiance!

An update on the Immune ... definitely NO - the smell has put us all off. I even tried a wee bit of it and it made my stomach turn. :0(

The only one my 5 & 6 year olds do seem to like so far is the Vitamin C but we do still have to try the Colostrum and Probiotic so here's hoping we have more success.

Regarding the child-proof lids (or lack of) - this isn't something I would expect from kids supplements as none of the ones we have had in the past have them. But it might be a good idea as it would make Radiance® stand out from their competitors and be another positive point of sale for mums.

Master 9 has nearly made his way through the whole selection we received. He loves the Multi vitamin, the VitC and the Bone ones. I am pleased he will eat these ones as I think this is what he needs, especially the Bone one. He is growing so fast at the moment and having bone/joint pain from it, just like I did as a kid. I hope the Bone suppliments will help with this growth spurt and will be buying these next time I am out. Thanks for the chance to try this range.

Well I am really dissapointed in Master 3. He does have a really sweet tooth although more for chocolate than lollies, so while I tried to tell him these were yum yum lollies he still won't take them. we have tried all the different ranges now and still no luck with this fussy little boy. Each and every time I give him one he puts it in his mouth, then spits it out and says Yuck! I am not sure if it is the flavour, texture or hardness of the supplements but these have been a no go in our household :/

Tried both children on MULTI this morning. It was a little disconcerting to have different coloured tablets in the bottle --this screamed 'dispensing error', but I understand it's a mixed flavours range. This could have lead to rivalry for flavours and no one wants that! Luckily my children are taking this new 'job' very seriously. DS actually thanked me for starting this 'job' so he can try new things that I might keep buying for him, lol. They both liked the MULTI (DS6/DD5) and wanted some in their lunchboxes but I'm reserving them for home use.

They both absolutely love the Probiotic one due to it being animal shaped, but they seem to like all those that we have tried so far, only ones we are yet to try are the mBone and Colustrum ones....

VEGE - Well the first night i tried these was when miss 3 was refusing her dinner so I offered her the vege tablet to try. it was taken with excitement, like all the others, but was spat out soon after and she went back to her cauliflower and carrots! I wasn't entirely convinced that it wasn't her mood rather than the flavour that caused that reaction so i tried them with her again last night. This time it was described as yum and despite a slight nose wrinkle near the end which i thought was going to result in another spit out she finished it and said it was yum so looks like this one gets the thumbs up as well. Not quite as positive as the bone, probiotic and vit C responses but consumed non the less with a compliant yum at the end.

Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to trial these chewable tablets! My daughters are notoriously picky about what they will and won't eat so I was really hoping they'd like some of these so I can help fill in the gaps in their diets. I love that you can see on the bottle what the actual size of the tablets are. I like that they're certified vegetarian and that they contain lots of wonderful nutrients. My 9 year old was so excited to see all the bottles! She told me she was going to conduct a "scientific test" on them all and draw a chart reporting her findings (Yay! It's like she's doing homework with enthusiasm - a miracle!) She took the job of trialling them very seriously and over the past few days she's been taking the tablets and getting her 2-year-old sister to take them as well and then writing down her "findings" as follows:
1. Multi - It's OK. The flavours are OK - cherry, berry and orange. 2 year old loves it and wants more.
2. Vege - yuck. It's good having a smile on it but it doesn't taste like tropical fruit. 2 year old sucked it and then took it out of her mouth and said "no thanks".
3. Probiotic - berry flavour. We both say YUM. Buy it again mum and I'll take it every day. We like that they're shaped like animals and they melt when they're in your mouth.
4. Colostrum - creamy vanilla flavour. It's mostly yummy so you can buy it again if you want. 2 year old chewed it up and then spat it out and said "yucky". It would be good if they had a smile or an animal face on them.
5. Immune - strawberry flavour. Not really nice. 2 year old loves these.
6. Vitamin C - orange and mango flavour. This is the best of all of them and I love them! Please buy them for me for everyday. These are the best size too. I wish the other tablets were small like these but with smiles on them. 2 year old loves them too. We need these.
7. Bone - vanilla caramel flavour. It's OK. Maybe buy it but buy the vitamin c instead. 2-year-old doesn't want to try it.
So, there you have her scientific report! I also loved that the multi vitamins contained Spirulina. The vege tablets have so much great stuff in them I'm disappointed my girls aren't keen on them. I'll definitely be buying the vitamin C (I'm also impressed that they contain bioflavonoids) and I'll be buying the probiotic (I find my 2 year olds eczema is better when she's taking probiotics).

Ok, so we have finished up with the IMMUNE, overall consensus, yuk! with a mum please don't buy that again. She didn't like the texture, smell or taste.
So today we are trying the PROBIOTIC, and she said they tasted really good! She said they tasted like they smelled, and tasted like the flavour suggested they would, which is what she expected of the IMMUNE, but they apparently don't.
She likes how the PROBIOTIC melts in your mouth once you bite it, so looks like a thumbs up there!

Thank you. Received the parcel today. I unwrapped the box and opened all the jars just so I could see what the tablets looked like and gave a quick glance of the ingredients and instructions. Some jars are for taking with food, some without, some only take one tablet, some take two.
I would like to know for certain if you could combine the different tablets, i.e. take one vitamin for Immune and one with Vitamin C. I presume you can.
It was only upon reading some of the comments below that I went back to the Probiotics jar and read about putting it in the fridge after opening. Even though I was looking for the instructions, it took me a while to find it. Ideally I'd like it to be written near the title (as with usual medication).
Looking at the tablets they are all chewable which is great. They are quite big so a child would not be able to swallow them.
The berry flavoured Probiotics smells very nice and they are in the shape of an elephant which should be a good selling point in getting my 3 year old to give it a try. They cannot be taken 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics so I will have to wait till my little boy has stopped taking his antibiotics before we can ideally give this to him.
Some of the other tablets don't look as appealing, the Multi vitamins are strange colours. Good that they are smiley faces though. Lets see how we progress with these tablets (see comments below for success so far).
I let Master 3 pick which flavour from the MULTI - '26 Essential Vitamins & Minerals' he would like and he said Orange. I told it that I had a treat for him and said it was a sweet. It has a smiley face so I thought he'd give it a go. However, he licked it, had a little nibble and played with it, asking if I could save it for later. Oh well.
So, I tried the 'Bone Building Vitamins and Minerals" smiley face but this time it was just a vanilla tasting tablet so was a white smiley face. He took it straight away - no comment so it must have been ok otherwise he would have spat it out.
My son has been ill for weeks so hopefully with a little bit of help from radiance (and from the antibiotics) he'll get better. I don't know if these will help but I'm certainly willing to give it a shot.
Will update with more information when we've given the rest of the flavours a shot.

Hi, just received our vitamins today, my daughter age 8 was sooooo excited and looked at all the tubs, reading all the info and trying to guess the flavours by smelling all the tablets. We decided to start with the IMMUNE as I want to build up her immunity before winter and the last vitamins we brought ended up in the bin as she couldn't stand the smell and taste of them. These ones met with her approval she said the taste was nice and would be happy to take them each day. So far, so good.

Today we tried the kids vege and Kids bone.
KIDS VEGE - The name put Miss 8 off at first but I reasured her they actually tasted like pineapple and not spinach so after an examination and a sniff in the mouth it went. A few funny faces were pulled but at the end she delcared it to be 'not bad' and better than eating spinach so guess that means they get the thumbs up. I thought they tasted OK - you can definately taste a fruity mango taste and I think they would be a good supplement for takeaway nights.
KIDS BONE - These smell devine with the vanilla scent and they taste pretty good too. Miss 8 asked if she could have another one when it was finished.

My parcel arrived yesterday avo so we started right away. First I looked at all the containers and read ingredients, doses etc and saw the Probiotic needed to go in the fridge which was good. I liked that straight away you could see the actual size of the tablet too. I'm not at all concerned about no childproof cap as NONE of our other vitamins have that type of lid (I never expected them to have a safety cap) and I never leave containers on the bench or in reach of kids so its a non issue here. They have never been allowed to freely help them selves to anything like this.
They love the smiley faces and were sad the colostrum had no smiley face.

SO FAR we have tried:
>>>Kids Multi - Kids both liked this - havent tried all the flavours yet tho'
>>>Colostrum - Miss 6 didnt like it, she said it didnt taste very nice. Mr 4 said it tasted nice like vanilla. I tired it as it was pretty bad, chalky and needed a drink after it. Shame as I'd like to be able to give my daughter a colostrum one from time to time.
>>>Immune - Given to Miss 6 & Mr 4 as they were running out the door this morning. This resulted in Loud Mmmmm Mmmmmmmmms. Miss 6 loved the strawberry taste and wanted another one today. Mr 4 said after a while it was a bit too sweet and didnt like it, a little bit yuk but he decided to just suck on it.
>>>Vege: Miss 6 said it was nice and tasted like Candycane - upon hearing this Mr 4 agreed!
>>>Bone: Miss 6 doesnt like this one either ( same vanilla taste as colostrum) but said she'd eat in anyway as it was in her mouth!!

Will try out the vitamin C and probiotics tomorrow. They think they are lollies so dont want them thinking that they are!

>>>DOSEAGE: Personally I'd never give my kids more than 1 tablet of anything a day, certainly not 4 to 6 a DAY.... The only thing I might consider is 1 vit c in the morning and 1 in the evening if they had a cold etc. Maybe if the manufactures could pack more into the tablet to make them 1 a day?? Cost would be the same, just less in container. I dont want them growing up thinking they need dozens of pills and tablets to remain healthy.

>>>COLOURS: I'm guessing the colours of the different colours come from natural foods, like beetroot etc? It doesnt say it so would like to know more about that.

Thank you Radiance® Kids Supplements & Kidspot for the generous amount and variety to review.

Hi so i'm back with two more of the vitamins having been trialed and commented on. Last nite we tried the KIDS PROBIOTIC, I loved the smell of this one. Mr 4yr old said it was 'quite nice, like berry' he liked the animal shapes and enjoyed that one. Mr 2yr old just ate it and asked for more. My husband and I both thought it was sherbit like and soft in the middle which was a nice surprise. he thought it tasted slightly yoghurty - a good thing. The next to try was the KIDS IMMUNE and all of our first thoughts to it were that it stinks - badly! No body wanted to try it but after some persuading they did, and we all thought it was not nice to eat. Mr 4 yr old said it was 'gross' I didn't like the smell and I didnt like the taste, even the 2yr old screwed up his nose at that one. I dont think I'd buy that one.So two left to go which we will try tonite after dinner.

Hi Nilithya, you are welcome to give the supplements to your child in any way that you prefer, ie one at a time or a few together - it is totally up to yourself :)

Wow I am so impressed with these vitamins! My 2 year old loves them all and normally he wont try anything, I have real trouble getting any form of medicine into him. I feel it has eased my mind knowing he is getting some goodness into him especially since we are having real trouble getting him to eat veges at the moment. Thanks so much for letting us try them, I will be buying them for him when we run out of the samples.
Nilithya - 12:50 PM on Tue-17-May-2011 reply | message
Is it ok to take them all together? Should we be taking them one a day or so many together/throughout the day & others another day?
So far my first impression was no child proof caps...but may just be because they are trial size. Still miss 4 would be able to open these if she managed to get hold of them.
Some of them look quite big & smell quite strong. Will be interesting to see miss 4s reaction.

Miss 3 was asking for her 'smiley medicine' this morning however Miss 4 didn't want to try any different ones after her experience yesterday.
Miss 3 has had the Immune one so far today but has been asking for more
Will try again with them both with an inbetween meals one once lunch has settles

VITAMIN C and PROBIOTIC - both a big hit in the flavour department and the animal shapes of the probiotic are very cool too. I am definately going on the yum or yucky response for reliability thou as when I asked miss 3 what she thought they tasted like the Vit C ones were described as tasking like marshmellows and the probiotics as tasting like brocolli and peas! LOL, she does like brocolli and peas thou :)

Hi we got our delivery and of course had to try them with breakfast. Mr 2 loves the smile faces and asks for his smiley face every day. He loves the flaovours too. I started with Multi and have tried a different 2 every day - I am happy with knowing that he is getting what he needs.

I do think they should try combine some of them as there seems to be many similar ones... thanks again for letting us trial these out - I will definately use them again.

First i'd like to please say thank you so much for letting us trial these.
My 2 year old daughter, had just started kindy - so i gave her : Kids Immune, She loved them, she think's theyre 'LOLLIES', so theyre almost a treat for her, she really did like them. It makes me happy to know that i'm building up her immune system, espsecially after just starting kindy as i know that they pick up colds all the time from there.

ALSO, we tried the KIDS VEGE - My daughter had gone off her dinner (she usually isnt a very fussy eater!), she is a very good eater with fruit but it makes me feel good knowing how much shes getting from them, aswell as her usual daily intake of fruit - i also like how they seem all so natural, after working in a pharmacy for 5 years i know how important multi vitimans can be. She LOVED these ones too. she thinks that theyre great, shes getting 'lollies' everyday! :)

I will definitely keep on with the vege and the immune one too.
I will also try the kids multi.

I decided against giving her the Kids Colostrum as i don't think she'll need it. but will give all of them a go! so far , so good. she loves the taste, the smiley faces, i feel good about her having them. i dont really see any negatives!

Hi reviewers. Please note that we have provided you all with the entire range of Radiance Kids Supplements to enable you to try them out and see which works best for your children. Usually you would not be looking to buy the entire range, just selecting the ones that you feel are required for your child.

If anyone has not yet received their samples, can you please email me at kidspotsocial@kidspot.co.nz. Thanks.

Hi, thank you for the supplements, my two children have tried all of them. My son (9yrs) likes the Bone and Probiotic, he really does not like the others. My daughter (4yrs) likes the Probiotic one and that's all. Unfortunately they do not like the taste of the other ones, it was quite tricky to get them to try them as just the smell of them put them off. Some of them have the fun shapes and a smiley face on them which they did enjoy. If I were to purchase these vitamins I really would only give them say a multi vitamin and since it is winter I would give them a vitamin c. They should combine some of these vitamins into one.
I was looking on the containers to see if they should be chewed or sucked and no where on the container does it say, I know it says it in the brochure, it did confuse me for a minute or so I must say. Cheers.

What a fantastic range of supplements. My 4 year old is a fussy eater so kids vege is perfect. He loves them. Mr 4 reminds that he needs his vitamins, so great products if he is reminding Mum. Mr 9 twin boys are trying Immune & kids Multi. They say the have nice flavours. I am now going to be stocking my shelves with your range. We would all like to say a big thank you for letting our family trial your products.

We picked up our delivery of Supplements from the courier on Monday evening and decided to start Sienna on them that night. Well I had hoped to start Sienna on them that night but she decided she didn't like the Vit C one and then she only put one of the other ones in her mouth and said she didn't like it. She then wouldn't touch the other ones. We will keep trying to get ther to take them and will update your later this week.

I do think there are too many different ones and that they should combined some of them together so there isn't so many.

We got our special delivery of Radiance® Kids Supplements on Friday (THANKS), Bailee (2 1/2) wanted to try them straight away, as soon as they were out of the box. After doing a bit of reading (much to Bailee's disgust) we decided we would start on the Saturday morning.
Bailee is still suffering from a runny nose and awful cough, this is her 2nd cold in the last month, so it is the perfect time to start. Saturday morning after breakfast we lined all the containers up, starting with the 3 main ones I was interested in first (Immune, Multi and Vitamin C). Bailee ate them all one by one, loving all of them and has repeated it all again on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday morning.
Bailee's sniffle is starting to go away and we seemed to have a better day and night with her yesterday - almost like she is back to her normal self.
Reece (5) awoke this morning sounding a little worse for wear and a blocked nose so I also gave him a round of them all this morning too (after I finally convinced Bailee to share). I guess we will see what happens. Bailee may have just been on the road to recovery but I will see how Reece goes after taking them and post again in a couple of days.

One thing I didn't really like is that there are so many different ones. There is no way I could purchase all of these products for my children to have everyday. It would have been good if some of them were combined (not sure if this is possible though). I guess I could cut a couple out like the Bones and the Vege as both my kids are extremely good eaters and get alot of calcium etc. They also love all the veges we grow in our garden so I don't have a problem with getting veges into them.

Depending on Reece's outcome, there is a strong possibility that I would go forward with the Immune, Multi and the Vitamin C in the future.

Hi, my youngest child has been eagerly checking the mailbox for these and is excited they are here. So far we have tried the Vitamin C which my youngest son liked the taste of to start with but said they did have a tang to them and the Colostrum was just ok taste wise. My oldest son didn't like the Vitamin C at all but did like the Colostrum taste, however he said they had an almost rubbery texture when you first put it in your mouth. Will continue with the rest and see how they go.

Decided to open the Immune one after reading fishface's post below, and I agree they do smell disgusting! Is this normal?

Honestly, I don't want to try them as they smell gross. I'll let Moo have a sniff tomorrow and make up his own mind as to whether he wants to try them or not.

My son has been so excited about trialing these Radiance® Kids Supplements. He has trialed every one. This is what he said about each one.

Probiotic - This one is his favourite, he says they are so yummy and he likes them because each tablet is shaped of an animal.

Multi - He also thinks these are really yummy, he likes them also because they are colourful.

Immune - He did not like these at all, he spat it out and said they are yuck.

Bone - He reckons these are yummy, he likes the smell of them too.

Vitamin c - Another flavour that he likes.

Vege - He started off saying that they are ok and then after a few seconds he changed his mind. He said he cannot explain what it is about them, mabey tangy he says.

Colostrum - Absolutly yum.

He gets very excited about this trial and he also says i feel good too but i think it may be too early to really tell. Will also post an update when he finishes these. Thanks so much kidspot for giving us this awesome trial. Now hopefully other mums will benefit from my feedback although kids could have different tastes that they like and don't. :)

Hi Kidspot,

Our vitamins have arrived, and Master Moo was over the moon to open his own package. Thank you so much for the opportunity to trial these vitamins!

First impression - I was disturbed to see that there was no safety cap on any of the bottles - Master Moo is almost 4 and managed to open the lids himself. These are clearly trial size packs so maybe the actual packages have kid proof lids?

Both my kids currently take omega 3 suppliments and Moo takes a colostrum one too.

The impression I get is that this is a trial for flavour and kid likeability rather than vitamin effect, as the trial sizes are rather small. I also noticed that only one type, the Vitamin C clearly states 'product of New Zealand'. Not sure where the others were made, but I haven't gone looking on the website yet. Would be good to know where manufactured / the ingredients are from, and also their daily recommendation percentage.

We haven't yet tried them all, just doing a couple a day of different sorts as there are so many different ones.

Master Snuppy has just turned one so I have not given him any as they all state for kids from 2 onwards. He's been stuck with his current omega 3 ones instead.

Master Moo was really excited about the Bone rounds, and happily skipped off with two after stating they smell like vanilla chocolate... However I later found both half eaten behind the couch while cleaning. When asked Moo stated that they were gross and he didn't like them any more. He said the chocolate had gone away. He also did not want any the next day when I asked him. Hmmm.

We also tried the Colostrum tablets, and while Moo liked these (and I didn't find them hiding anywhere afterwards) I wondered about the actual colostrum content - label states 300mg whereas the suppliement he currently takes is 1000mg in the same amount of tablets (2 per day) and the Radience ones also have added flavourings.

The Probiotics were a massive hit and are asked after constantly. "They're so yummy mummy they taste just like yummy lollies!" So they score a big tick in the likeability stakes. The label does say to keep refrigerated (this keeps the probiotic working at high potency) so I have been - but I wonder if they were refrigerated at the factory and for transport?

I'm probably being a bit pedantic but I like to know that I am giving my kids the best I possibly can. I don't know what the cost of these suppliments are but they're usually at least a dollar each tablet when I have brought them so I like to know I'm getting quality for my money too.

I myself have tried the Kids Vege and thought that was really yummy - the pineapple flavour one was really good. I tried a natural cherry kids multi and thought the flavour was really strong. Not sure if Moo will like it, but I'll keep you posted!

Thanks so much for the opportunity to trial these vitamins. It's been really good to trial a different type of suppliment.

I will keep it brief. 5 year old son says every pill he has tasted has been "yum as!!" The colostrum ones tasted like milkshakes and the Vitamin C tablets taste like Orange raro.

My 2 year old daughter has spat out every pill she has gotten near her mouth except the pink Muilti-vitamin pills. She seems to prefer her existing multi-vitamin - Thompsons Immunofort merely because they are animal shapes!

I am unable to comment on the efficacy of the supplements due to small number of tablets provided and the short timeframes. Thank you for the opportunity to trial these supplements!!!!

My pack has finally arrived so started off giving them to my daughter this morning. She tried the Multi Vitamin and loved the taste to start, but said it was a horrid taste at the end. We then gave her a Probiotic which gave her a smile as it is a cat tablet. She said it had a lovely smell and I agreed and had a lovely taste all the way through. Yummy.

Not too sure whether we should be giving these one pack at a time or a variety of all like most parents are doing in this trial?

Our parcel arrived today with great excitement. Awesome to see the whole range inside although it made it difficult to decide which ones to try first!

We ended up going with Kids Bone & Kids Vege (and a smell of the Kids Immune)...
Unfortunately the response was not great once they tried them. To begin with Miss 5 and Master 6 were very excited and loved the wee smiley face on the tablets. Miss 5 didn't like either taste but Master 6 did like the Bone one. He said he'd like that one again.
I will persevere however and keep trying to see if the taste grows on them.

Also not a good response to the Immune one - the smell is quite revolting and has put us off trying it! Even I screw up my nose - and I know it's good for them :(
I'll let you know if it tastes any better than it smells....

Our trial pack arrived today, thankyou so much for the opportunity to trial these. i'm reading the info carefully before offering to my daughter and i have a couple of questions:
The dosage recommendations are separated into 2-4years and 5+, My daughter is 5 but she only weighs around 14kgs which is the weight of the average 3year old, so are your dosage recommendations related to childs weight? i wouldn't want to give my daughter too much and overload her.
Also the colostrum supplement is from cows, my daughter has problems with drinking cows milk so would i be right in thinking this one would give her a similar reaction? do any of the others contain milk products? - i note that a lot of them say "no milk derivatives".

Just providing a follow-up on my last comment, since we've now been trying them all for a few days.

My son's favourite is the strawberry flavoured "Immune". Unfortunately he's not fond of the others anymore, but he will eat them if he gets a treat afterwards (like a favourite food). He ended up particularly disliking the vege one, which surprised me since he was keen on it when he first tried it. Since he was refusing them I tried another one myself, and I've found that their taste is a bit inconsistent - sometimes the flavour is fine, other times it's quite unpleasant. But considering the health benefits, it's worth persisting.

I should note again that my son is autistic so he really is very particular and picky, so the fact that he's willing and able to take them at all - even if not always enthusiastically - is quite an accomplishment.

Even with the ups and downs of his attitudes towards them, I still think these are a fantastic product. I've tried a range of the kiddy supplements with my son because of his poor diet, and these are definitely one of the best options on the market in my opinion, and I would definitely buy them to help keep him regular and healthy.

Our trial pack arrived on Friday, so thanks very much for that. I was very impressed with with quantity we got to try. My first observation and disapointment is that the bottles dont have kiddie locks on them. I realise they cost extra $$ but for the safety of the kids, I would chose those types. My boys get into EVERYTHING!
So over the weekend we tried a few, Firstly the KIDS MULTI: My 4yr old liked the taste, he said it was 'yum' my 2yr old also liked it said 'yum want more'. I also enjoyed the taste. The size was fine for all of us, they chewed up no prob and quick as ready for the second one. Second was the KIDS VEGE, my 4yr old did not like it he said it was 'gross' and I kind of agree with him, its got a funny after taste. Mr 2yr old just chewed it up and asked for more!
The next day we tried the KIDS VIT C. It smells lovely I think. We had an extra kid with us that day so he also tried it and all of us loved that one. Kids said it tasted the best (so far). Will keep trying and post as we go! Thanks heaps for the chance to trial!

Miss 2 1/2 tried the colostrum ones today. When I gave it to her she looked at it carefully and turned it over several times. I realised she was looking for the smiley face. She was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a smiley face like there was on the other supplements she had tried. She chewed on them happily and said they were yum. So far she has liked four of the ones she has tried.
Mumof2Girls - 3:36 PM on Mon-16-May-2011 reply | message
My vitamins arrived today... the kids were very excited when i started to pull them out of the box..

I decided as there are so many of them to give the girls a whole multi vitamin and a whole colostrum to try the different sizes and then a bit of each of the others to taste... I had a little bit too :)

And here's the verdict so far....

My 20 month olds opinion probably isn't of any relevance she said "mmmm" to each of them and then put her hand out for more. The larger ones were definately too big for her and I was a little concerned about her chocking so broke them up. I am aware though on the back it gives directions from 2 years up so maybe she is a little bit young at the moment anyway.

So opinions are from my 4 year old and my observations as well

KID MULTI
She thought they were a bit too big for her.
She really liked the smiley face
She had a whole berry tablet and spat it out - "really don't like that flavour Mummy, it's yucky"
She then tried a bit of an orange one and liked that a lot.

COLUSTRUM
She loved the flavour and thought that this was a way better size
When finished she asked for another one - so good sign I suppose

VEGE
She loved the taste of this one also.

IMMUNE
She said yucky as soon as she put this one in her mouth and spat it out - so not too into the berry ones although she does like real berries?! She said that it didn't tase like strawberry and was too sweet

VITAMIN C
Thought it was okay - Orange and Mango flavour

PROBIOTIC
Loved the different shapes of the animals - was very excited when she got to choose which animal she wanted. She decided she liked the elephant shape best. My 20 month old was saying the name of each of the animals as I pulled them out.
My 4 year old again didn't like the flavour - berry and spat it out

BONE
Loved the taste of this one - asked if she could have another one

OVER ALL
My 4 year old loved the tropical and vanilla based flavours wasn't so keen on the berry. Was very excited about all the different containers and the smiley faces and animal shapes.

MY OBSEVERATIONS
Was suprised that the containers didn't have a kiddy lock on them - my 20 month old managed to get into one when I wasn't looking.

I'm not sure if I'd be prepared to buy every single one of them as it seems an awful lot of tablets to be giving the kids, especially when some of them suggest 2 tablets a day.

I would probably stick with the multi vitamin, immune and the probiotic - because my girls are quite suseptable to colds etc. But I do really like the idea of the colostrum, vege and bone. Not overly fussed on the Vitamin C one as that is in the multi and the girls do consume a lot of oranges, madarins etc.

I will keep up the multi vitamin for the next few days and alternate the others and see if there are any changes to preference in taste etc.

Heres a review of what we have tried so far:
IMMUNE - both kids (Miss 22mths and Mstr almost 4) really liked them. Mstr almost 4 picked that they were strawberry and they were both asking for more. I thought they smelt a bit yuck, but the kids liked them.
MULTI - gave them a cherry flavoured one each - Miss 22mths loved it and asked for more, but Mstr almost 4 said he liked it but preferred the strawberry one. I didn't think cherry most the most kiddy-friendly of the flavours, will try the others soon.
VEGE - Miss 22mths ate it and went straight back to the box asking for more. Mstr almost 4 spat it out and said it was yuck - and asked for a strawberry one like the one we had the day before! (immune)
VIT C - both loved them and asked for more. They smell great and I tasted one and liked them too. also good that they are a little bit smaller than some of the other tablets (if you're giving them to young kids).
PROBIOTIC - only me and Mstr almost 4 tried these -- they are very cute little bears, he loved them and I liked them too (very sweet). Definitely an easier way to get pro-biotics into them than in powder form!!! (I never remember to give it to my kids even though the powder is in the fridge, so will be buying these after the trial!).

I will come back later when we've tried some more ..... :)

It was really lovely to receive one pack each of the entire range! Was really difficult to decide which one to begin with though, so I let my 6 year old son pick! We started with the Vitamin C, which he thought smelt lovely and tasted yummy. For the Kids Multi, he loved having to choose from 3 different flavours, and again he said it was yummy and asked if he could have a different flavour right away! With the Kids Immune too, he thought they were delicious and wanted to try more although he wasn't too happy that they were pink!! I think he was expecting the same taste from the Kids Bone, but it wasn't like the others. He said it was nice, but I didn't see a strong reaction like I did towards the others, and also he didn't ask for another one when he was finished with the first. He noticed the smiley face only on the Kids Bone and not on the Multi or Immune as they are a bit camouflaged in the colours. He has read that the Kids Vege contains broccoli and spinach so I'm sure that's the last one we'll be trying! I asked him to pick a favourite so far and he chose the Kids Vitamin C. Will update you all again once we try out the rest!

Mine arrived on friday, Miss 3 was home with me and wanted to start trying straight away! I tried her on the Vit C and she really liked it - even asking if she could have another!
Miss 3 has also tried the Kids BONE and thought it was ok, not as nice as the orange one though.
Miss 3 on Kids IMMUNE - happy to take it but after about 20 seconds she screwed up her face and said I don't like it. She finished it with a little coaxing and needed a drink straight after.

Miss 4 tried the Kids VEGE today and DID NOT like it she chewed it then went to the bin and spat it out and kept spitting till she had water. Coaxing didn't help. She said it tasted like eating salt...
Miss 3 took the 2nd one I had out for her sister and ate it saying it was 'ok but not that nice Mummy'

I am a bit unsure about giving my daughter so many different things in one go so we have decided to have a couple each day. So far we have tried the Probiotic and the Immune and had completely different reactions to both.
IMMUNE - The smell of these was a bit weird but the colour and smiley faces were appealing and in the mouth it went. A few sucks and a chew or two and then it was spat out in disgust. I decided to try one and see what the problem was and although I could tolerate it I could also understand why it wasn't appealing to Miss 7. I have told her they will be going in the pantry and if her or someone in the house starts to get sick they will be back on the menu.
PROBIOTIC - These smell great, are a nice small size and have cute wild animal shapes and got the seal of approval from Miss 7. Great timing in our house as we are currently on a course of antibiotics for a lingering bronchial cough and the pro-biotic powder from the chemist is a nightmare to get down.
So far 1 up and 1 down but Miss 7 is eager to try the rest so more reivews coming soon.

These arrived at the most perfct time as my almost 2 year old has been a bit sick these last few days, not enough to go the doctor but enough to keep us up most of the night (runny nose and miserable) so I gave the boys the vitamin C ones as its just what they need. They loved them my 3 year old said oohh yum tastes like orange juice which is a treat for them. I used to love having vitamin C as a kid and the boys are no different - they loved them.

Radiance Kids IMMUNE: My two (7yrs and 2yrs) have just started coming down with a cold or some form of lurgy, the coughing etc just started this morning so have whipped out the 'Immune' vitamins for them to have, will keep you posted on how it goes with their illness, they both loved the flavour and are looking forward to when they can have their next one....

Wow - wasn't expecting to get the whole range of suppliments. Not sure about my son taking them all but will try one at a time and see how we go.
So far the Multi and Vitamin C are a hit, he's not keen on the Immune one though.
stisnz - 7:38 AM on Mon-16-May-2011 reply | message
My two year old was really keen to try them when they arrived so I let her pick which one she wanted - she chose Vitamin C. Initially she asked for more (while it was still in her mouth) and then moments later decided it was 'yukky' so she spat it into her hand. We have also tried the Multi Vitamin with the same result - initially she liked, then once she had chewed it decided she didn't like it.<br><br>So far my thoughts are that maybe it is more suitable for older children but I'll keep trying them out and see if her view changes throughout the trial.

Well I'm pleased I've kept going with this trial. After a few days my two year old now loves the supplements. I think the shapes are great - love the hippo!

Kids MULTI - Miss 3 was keen to try them and thought the smiley face was funny, she has tried the cherry and orange flavoured ones and initial reaction was hmm nice, but then the cherry one made her cough and said not like mummy and the orange one started with a big grin and yum then quickly turned to ew not like mummy and it got spat out. Since I am giving them to her to try i have also decided I will eat one as well and to be honest the orange one that i tried I had to agree with her!

Radiance kids IMMUNE: hmmmm, the smell is kind of unusual, hard to place, but they taste quite ok!. Definetly palatable! Mr 7 noticed the cute smiley face on these ones today!

Wow our package arrived on friday, Miss 7 was so excited as I held on to it for her to open after school. Wasn't expecting so many of each one to trial, very impressed, so were a few mums that popped in to visit and saw them all sitting on the counter....they all wanted to know how to sign up lol...

So far we have tried the multi and the vitamin c, both girls loved them, ate them straight away and then wanted more...I think they would have one of every one right then and there if I let them.....
Just started them on the immune ones as well as they have a cold coming on so fingers crossed it helps their little systems deal better....

Miss 2 1/2 tried the multi this morning. She wasn't as keen to put it in her mouth. Maybe the novelty is wearing off or it might have been the peanut butter on toast was more appealing. I pointed out the smiley face on them and she liked that. She ate them without a fuss. She has tried three different ones so far and loved them all and enjoyed crunching on them.

SarahE - 9:50 PM on Sat-14-May-2011 reply | message
Our Radiance supplements arrived yesterday morning - thank you :) We have tried the IMMUNE and VEGE supplements so far. My 3 year old son (who is a very fussy eater) was very excited to try them. He thinks the smiley faces on them are very cool and has talked about this several times over the past two days! He has loved both supplements so far (especially the fact that he gets TWO of the VEGE each day ;0) and said they were both yummy. This morning when I came downstairs he asked to have the supplements straight away. My 2 year old boy who is less fussy food wise, was very keen to try them with his big brother, but hasn't been as keen on the ones we have tried so far. He took the first IMMUNE one on the first day and then had a big drink of water to wash it down, and tentatively tried the VEGE one but spit it out after he had bitten into it. This morning he was keen to try them both again but had the same reaction. I think it is the size and texture of them that is putting him off. They are quite big and maybe a bit 'chalky' for him at such a young age. I'll keep trying him on them though and see whether we have better luck. I know what my 3 year old will be asking for first thing in the morning...! From my perspective, I have felt really good about giving them the supplements - knowing that they are getting goodies that they need but may not be getting otherwise. My biggest dilemma was deciding which two to start with first! ;0 I will keep you posted on the others we have yet to sample.....

Radiance kids VEGE: My son and I both tried one of these this arvo. They smell OK and taste good! The only thing Mr 7 didn't like was that they were called kids 'Vege'! "Not veges Mum..."

Arrived my package today. My 4yr old daughter has tried the multi and the immune so far. She is extremely fussy but much to my surprise she wanted to try them. Even more of a surprise was she LOVED them!!! Both of them were a hit flavor wise with her. She has even been asking me when she can have some more :) So far so good.
Also trying my 2 yr old son on the bone ones as he has had 3 broken bones so far. He is very active but every little knock seems to end in a fracture or break etc. He also loved the flavor but more so I am looking forward to seeing if the help him. will keep you all posted :)

My parcel arrived yesterday. I was excited to try them. It was a tough decision which to try first. I gave my 2 1/2 year old a vitamin C one last night with dinner. It disappeared instantly and she was asking for more. Today I gave her two vege ones and she loved those too. She hasn't noticed the smiley face on them yet., but I think they look cute. Like others have said they have quite a strong smell, but she hasn't said anything about the smell. My daughter is young enough to think they are lollies although I haven't called them anything. I think I'll wait until she is next on antibiotics to try the probiotic one as that is when it will be most effective. Likewise I'll save the immune ones for when the next bout of illness hits her social circle (I could have been great last week when her baby sister was sick and we didn't want Miss 2 1/2 to get it. I'd be keen to buy and recommend both the ones I have tried so far. I'll keep you posted when we try the others.

Radiance Kids IMMUNE: Ok, so my daughter has decided to take this product first. First impressions... Mum they smell. So not a good start there. These are strawberry flavoured although she wasn't to impressed with the flavour either, apparently not too strawberry flavoured. The colour was appealing however, pink! She also said that they were really powdery in the middle, which didn't apeal to her either.

We will continue however. Who knows the taste may grow on her?

What are everyone elses thoughts?

Firstly, thank you for selecting us for this trial. I have three children, two in daycare and they suffer horribly in the winter with repeated colds and sore throats. I have been trying to get them to take supplements to ensure they are getting what they need (they can be picky eaters) for a while now but they tell me they don't like the taste - until now. We have tried each of the range and the feedback was amazing. The Nutrient + Antioxidant Rich Superfoods is incredible. 100% Vegetarian with nothing artificial, and packed with Broccoli, spinach, brown rice, carrot etc - I would never be able to get these foods in to my kids. They loved them and I will absolutely continue to buy this.
Vitamin C + Bioflavonoids was a big hit. Again, impressed by the ingredients and how Radiance have managed to produce something that tastes so good with just the core nutrients.
Probiotic - Brilliant! An animal shaped probiotic - my kids thought this was a lolly and gobbled it up before I could even tell them what it was. Loved the flavour and begged me for another one. I think these will run out very quickly!
Bone Building Vitamins + Minerals - again, loved the flavour of this which is great cause mine aren't big fans of milk so this is a great alternative. Great to see it contains Vitamin D in there as well.
Vitamin A,C,E - All kids loved this as well. I kept waiting for them to say they didn't like one of the flavours - but they just kept saying YUM after each one.
Colostrum Natural Superfoods - This was of interest to me cause my kids do have poor immune systems and was hoping this would be a hit and luckily for me - it was one of their favourites. They loved the vanilla flavour and will definitely buy these.
26 Essential Vitamins and Minerals - All kids were excited to see these came in three flavours and had a lot of fun trying to choose which flavour they wanted. Packed with goodness, these would be an essential for every growing toddler & child. I am so delighted to have had the opportunity to trial these - I almost feel like I've struck gold! Every mother who has repeatedly sick children who are poor eaters will understand how wonderful it feels to have discovered something so good for them that they actually love eating. When I think of all the money I spend on groceries each week for the family, I would happily lose a few items and add this range to our regular list. I am one of those mums who doesn't mind paying for good products - and I have found them. Would totally recommend this range to mums and dads out there who just want to put some genuine goodness in to their child's body. Thanks again for allowing us to trial such a great range of products.

WOW WOW WOW! I have the fussiest three year old on the planet and I honestly thought he'd never eat these! Between yesterday and today I have been through one of each to see which my 3 and 6 year old boys preferred and am delighted to report that even they can't choose a favourite. We started with the Vitamin C and the boys instantly said "Yum mummy... can we have another one?" SO.. while the going was good I gave them a Vege superfoods one.. "YUM mummy, I love this!" was music to my ears. I wondered how the bigger bone building vitamin would go down, but just like the others I am sure they thought it was another "treat". I can honestly say they have tried each vitamin and loved every single one. The Animal shaped probiotic was probably the slight favourite if there was one. They really enjoyed that one and was the first thing they asked me for this morning. I am THRILLED to find such a comprehensive range of vitamins that taste fantastic and have no artificial colours, sweeteners or preservatives. I will be recommending this to all friends this winter and am very grateful to be part of this trial. This is one of those products you wondered why you never tried earlier! Thanks Radiance - love it!

I'm going to review the ones we've just tried as a batch, since I have the same comment to make for the three of them - I'll do more reviews as we try the others (and see results)!

First off, my son is 5 years old, and has autism. This means his diet is a nightmare, and he is very picky about what goes in his mouth, so I had low expectations but tried the supplements anyway. And might I say - wow. You guys nailed the taste - I tried them with him and the three we tried (since he'd just had a meal we did the ones to go with food), were all superb. We had the kids vege, kids immune, and kids bone. Each had a different flavour (vege was tropical, bone was vanilla caramel, immune was strawberry), and each matched the descriptive taste.

No only did my son happily take and have each one, he actually wanted more! I am very happy that he had them - so reassuring for a mother of a child with such a poor diet, to know he's getting what he is otherwise missing in his diet. And even better that I hardly had to convince him to take them, since they taste so good!

I am honestly really impressed so far. Looking forward to trying the next ones with him over the coming days, and updating on any improvements I notice. Enough to say at this point that he took them, and liked them! Very good start :)

Thanks for selecting us to trial and review. Me and Miss 2 were very excited by the arrival of the package today and so far she has had the bone and multi with her breakfast, both went down a treat! I was really keen to get her onto the bone one as she broke her collar bone last week and anything to aid quick healing of that is a bonus. We started with the bone tablet, she first noticed and liked that it had a smiley face. When I asked what she thought of it she said "its good". With the multi vitamin, when I told her they were chewable she started munching away, pointing to her mouth and announcing the cherry flavoured multi vitamin was "fizzy".

Hi Kidspot,

Ou kids are 3 going on 13 and 1 going on 5... Wonderful boys who eat really well, but the oldest won't drink milk and the youngest is dairy intolerant so it's a struggle to get enough calcium into them. I'd especially like to try the colostrum but Master Moo (3) says he wants to try the jungle friends too because he likes Elephants and Lemurs!! We currently give Master Moo "fish bears and an orange" (omega, colostrum and vit c) every morning, and I'm sure that this results in hardly any sickness. I'd really like to try this brand. Please please please pick us!

We have two children aged 3 years and 8 months. We have learnt the hard way with our 3 year old, that children soon learn how to gain the upper hand and thus has created a nightmare at mealtimes. Needless to say, Master 3's diet consists mainly of marmite sandwiches, and dinner ends in a screaming fit and him going to bed hungry. We try to supplement his diet with vege juices which work for a few weeks and then he goes off them. I have spent hundreds of dollars on supplements but am yet to find one he will take without it being spat out. So we would most definitely love to trey these out and see if he will take them!

Both my children are fussy eaters in different ways. master two likes to eat some meats and some fruits, but is not much of a vege eater, whilst miss 4 and a half likes to eat her regular vegies and one or two meats. Master 2 has never taken to drinking milk from a bottle /cup etc.. and is still been breastfed, which we are weaning off so would be great to try the chewable tabs for the bones and colostrum. Master two was also born with one kidney, and has always been below height and weight on his plunket chart, so lot's of doctors check ups etc.. He also suffers, from hayfever, which then leads on to upper airway tract infection, very often thoughout the year maybe these supplements may give him the boost he needs?? These products sound fabulous, and i would be able to trial them on two children with different nutritional needs. :) please pick us :) :) :)

In the early days of food he was great with everything, but over the past year his willingness to eat a variety of vegetables has noticably decreased. I've taken to pureeing some veges and mixing it in with his food just so he still gets the goodness, but I'm also considering trying a supplement to support this. Anything to help keep our kids healthy is welcome, especially with the lurgies of winter coming!

My 8 year old even though he is fit seems to come down hard in the winter. He has asthma so on flixotide during the winter, he needs ventolin to help on the cold training ar game days. He seems to get ear and throat infections easily and is prone to staph infections so I'd been keen to try anything to help with keeping him healthy. My daughter is 11 and although does not get as sick as her brother does suffer from hayfever and seems tired a lot of the time. I try to keep them fed with a balanced diet but this doesn't always happen with trainings and game days so I would love to trial for both kids.

Connor is 4 3/4 & Wyatt is 19months. My husband and his family have some terrible bone injuries & believe it's got to be some hereditary so the bone supplement would be ideal thats for sure. Connor also seems to have a sensitive stomach which results in him not eating or drinking so he gets clogged up. And finally my boys are classic boys when it comes to food, meat & hot chips and minimal vegies is what they are about

The eldest is turning 3 next month. He seems to be constantly ill at the moment so any help would be greatly appreciated. He eats his meat, veggies and fruit when he is well, but when he is ill he goes completely off his food which makes it even harder to get him better.
Any of the supplements would be great to trial.

Hi there, would definitely love to trial these for master 9 who often goes thru stages of not eating properly, due to the side affects of the long term meds he is on, and also for master 10 (who has suffered from osteomyelitis) and miss 4 who are extremely picky eaters and often do not drink enough fluids through out the day either :-( making meal times a nightmare

My child turned two in January this year. I'd like her to try these supplements as I'm concerned she doesn't have a well balanced diet, despite my efforts to get her to eat a variety of healthy foods. She often gets grumpy as she is tired (despite still having a 2 hour sleep during the day), and she sometimes has black bags around her eyes.

I haven't looked into supplements for my 2 year old daughter so far, then a few weeks ago took her to the Dr and after tests found that she is very much lacking in iron.

I am trying to remedy the problem through her diet but have noticed that she tends to pick around her meat at tea time so will have to look into a plan B.

We would love to try these and see if they put the spring back in her step :)

Thanks

child is 3 and tends to fuss around with his food and intake quite often. has been slightly pale looking lately and a small itchy bite became infected really quite fast. this i have found to be unusual and wondered if he has been lacking in something. i do try to give a variaty of foods. i would love to try the supplements. then im sure to know it there is something in them that would benefit our 3 yr old and what changes or impact on his health now the supplements could have.

I would like to trail these supplements on my 5 and a half yr old daughter. My daughter often becomes constipated, to help her keep regular she takes regular doses of lactulose. As she is in her first yr at school, a good diet is important for her, but being the typical 5yr old her raisins, apple & orange often get left uneaten in her lunch box. I would love the chance to see how my daughter reacts to these supplements.

I have 2 children - 9 and 4 years of age who both have vitamin C regularly but especialy when they get sick. However, my 4 year old does not really like the 'sour' taste of the ones I give him so I would love to try your Radiance Kids supplements - especially the other kinds as well as during winter they both seem to have bad immune systems with getting any virus going around with constant running noses (or so it seems to me - they take their turns!) so would love to try those supplements on them both to see how they help and also if they like the taste of them better!

Hi, my daughter is 8 and although I don't usually give her supplements I decided to this year for a couple of reasons. She has had recurring ear infections which rear their ugly head every time she gets a head cold so hopefully if I can prevent the cold it will prevent the infection which will mean she will not need a 3rd set of grommets. Also her grandfather helps to look after her after school and when she gets colds she generously passes them on to him and he tends to get very sick from them now. Lastly being in Christchurch my daughters school is doing outside assemblies as their hall is wrecked and with the lack of heating in many houses and more communal workplaces I think colds will be more prevalent this year. I did purchase some supplements for her which according to the bottle have a delicous fruit flaour but apparently taste awful, admitaly the smell out of the bottle is not great, so it would be great to try her on some better tasting ones before she goes off the idea all together.

Hi, my 2 sons are aged nearly 6 & 2 years old. My elder son is in primary school & now that mornings are getting more chilly, it seems that the kids (him & classmates) tend to get runny noses when they go out to play. As for my younger boy, he is into touching, licking & putting everything into his mouth, everywhere he goes so I'm concerned about his immune system. Finally, my boys like lollies, thought they don't pester me for any. But if i can provide them a daily treat that tastes like a lolly but much much better than a lolly, then they'd be real pleased! Please pick us to trial this range of kids vitamins! Thanks :)

We have yet to find vitamins or supplements that he likes the taste of and will enjoy taking! We would be very keen to trial Radiance Kids Supplements and would share them around with my friends children to see what they all think too!

Would love to see if she likes the flavours, as she seems to be picking up every bug at playgroup. I was just saying to my husband recently that I wondered if we needed supplements til she started eating properly again. Would be thrilled to be picked as he said our finances don't run to that just now, but maybe later.

We would love to trial this range for our 10 year old who in the colder months is always getting colds and chest infections. This has been a problem way back when he was just a few months old. We have tried him on a few other brands of supplements before winter really kicks in, without much sucess. Would love the chance to give the whole range a go, the probiotic is off interest as well as Chris ends up on antibotics at some stage over the winter. Thanks Kidspot and Radiance hopefully you pick us as one of the family's to trial.

I would really love to trial these with my 5 year old. He's autistic, and so is very picky about his diet (as is normal for kids on the autism spectrum). So we already supplement him with a chewable kids multivitamin which he takes each night. But I've often thought we should and could expand the supplements he's taking because of his deficient diet - especially because he picks up any and every cold virus passing round his school (those vitamin C and immune ones look useful!). Please consider us for this trial, thanks!

My son doesn't really like or eat much meat, eggs or fish - he doesn't like the taste or texture. I don't think he gets enough vitamins as he chooses not to eat a variety of fruit or veges although since we've been growing our own veges he has started to make more of an effort to at least taste them. I do 'hide' veges and protein in his meals but I still worry that he doesn't get his daily intake amount - so with winter nearly upon us I would love for him to trial the Radiance Kids supplements. I'm sure his sister would also benefit from them as well since she is prone to throat infections.

For the older boys the bone suppliment would be good as well becasue it is so hard to get them to drink milk and eat dairy that oftern i worry about their bone development and whether they are getting enough calcium in their diet. it would be good to be able to try this with them and see if it works rather than having to rack my brain and put so much effort into trying to sneak milk and dairy into their diet

Hi, we would love to try these please. Our youngest boy has just started school at the beginning of the year and is now being exposed to many new/different types of 'bugs and germs'. He used to eat any fruit and veges I fed him but is now going through a fussy stage so on top of the new environment he is 'missing' his normal nutrition. I think now would be the perfect time to start him on some supplements before the even worse 'winter bugs' start circulating. When he gets colds etc he often ends up with a bacterial infection somewhere (ear, throat or chest) so it would be awesome that if he did still 'catch' everything going he was better able to fight them off before a bacterial infection starts. Also I think the probiotic one would be perfect especially if he did end up taking antibiotics because I do use them myself and I beleive the really do work to rebalance my digestive system.

Being a solo working Mother, with Miss 3 in daycare, I feel it's important for her to not only eat well but to also ensure she gets a good dose of vitamins to combat virus' etc that go around daycare. If she gets sick - I get sick!
I'm looking for a range that she will enjoy as it's a bit hard getting her to eat something that's not tasty or fun looking! and Immune would be great for winter!

All of them Miss 3 a already having fish oil supplements but is sad that they are not in any animal shapes. We got a immune building but it is only for older kids,Again a big cry session entailed on that disclosure.I have not seen such a huge range of kids essentials and that too all are OK for Natashas age.
Though we are Indian Miss 3 is so averse to have veges.I have been searching for a supp but so no avail.
Even the immune tabs none are for her age range and usually these all are laden with copious amount of sugar which in turn is harming my kid than doing any good.I wonder often what am I splashing my money on???
The colostrum is a very interesting addition.Something i really wanna try.
Kids bone is good though miss 3 always complain about pain in legs i don't much give thought to it as she is pretty active.I wonder if this tab could help her in any way!!!
In short if they as natural as they can be and are tasty, which i have guessed that they are and are not unnecessarily laden with sugar i am game for this fantastic trial.
Here i would also like to congratulate Kids Spot for getting us such good trials. We all mums are very grateful.

I'm most interested in the probiotic because my daughter can't have much dairy (eczema) for live cultures and sucks her thumb -still! - picking up every bug that's going! Both children communicate their likes and dislikes clearly (how do I word that positively?) so I can provide honest unedited child feedback.

She is quite good at taking medicines but is also very good at telling me what she does and doesn't like so you will get an honest flavour review from her. she is a good eater but is currently going thru a phase of not wanting to eat much so while in the past i havn't been worried about supplimenting with something like this, now might be a good time to start so i would be interested to see how she goes with them.
Additionally we have just moved cities and she has started a new daycare so the new bugs have already started coming home so it would be good to see if something like this can help her fight off the new pool of bugs (which can set off her asthma). Very keen to try these, thanks.

Oh gosh this range sounds like a dream and I would love to try them. I have two boys aged 2 and 4 - both have been incredibly sick for the first 18 months of their lives (both had tonsils out, adenoids out and grommets in by 18 months!). They have very low immune systems and I am constantly trying to find "the one" that helps them. I currently import Manna Bears from Aussie which cost a fortune and I just can't sustain this anymore. The youngest is on his second course of antibiotics already this year and we're only in Autumn. They both have seasonal asthma and we've even had the house reinsulated - so as you can see we really are desperate! They currently take Manna Bears, Pepticol (Colostrum), Omega 3 and of course Antibiotics! I would love to try something local which they will both eat and I can just go out and buy. Anything that can help would be much appreciated and probably save my marriage ...

For the first 1 1/2 years of Bailee's life we spent pretty much all of the autumn and winter periods stuck indoors trying to help Bailee recuperate from all the nasty bugs she picked up from daycare. We would get over one bug and then be struck with another. For the rest of the family we took a few different supplements but there were not many around for children of Bailee's age / or anything that tasted nice enough for Bailee to eat. The nasty bugs have already started and I definitely need to get Bailee into a few extra vitamins and products that will boost her immunity. We would love to trial the Radiance® Kids range to help Bailee fight off all those nasty bugs this winter.

Winter can be quite problematic in our house as my husband and one of my 4 year old twins have asthma and any cold (even a slight sniffle!) sets my sons asthma off. I have been looking at supplements to give my children as I also have a 2 yr old with dairy intolerances, and all 3 boys are currently going through that fussy eater stage so getting a good balanced diet into them can be challenging!! The pro-biotic supplement may be just what Mr 2 needs to help with his tummy issues!!

My daughter is 2 and a half just gone and I would lover her to take part in this trial because she get a lot of colds during the winter months so I would be very interested to see if taking a supplement can make a difference to her immune system. She has always been a very petite girl and does not have a huge appetite so I am looking for anything that could help her with winter.

My son was 3 in February. He currently takes Thompson's Junior Immunofort. DS went from cold to cold last winter & so I'd love to see if a different supplement improves health levels this winter. It would also be interesting to see if it made a difference in energy levels/ concentration levels/ sleeping etc

ooo yes please. We are currently using the "opposition's" multivitamins but only because I grab them at the supermarket. I would love to try these as there is so much choice, 7 choices in fact (!), that my kids total health would be looked after. I'd like to try these on my kids to see if they would like the taste compared to the current ones we have and to see if I notice any difference in their energy levels and/or overall health.

My eldest is 2 1/2 and always seems to have a runny nose. I would love to prevent this. Although I try to give her a balanced diet I am sure there are nutrients she lacks. A supplement would really help.

I think these would be awesome esp coming into winter to help keep them healthy throughout the winter. Both of these kids are open-minded and honest so you would get a true trial. Thank you!!

Hi, I have a daughter (4 and a son (9)my daughter is a very bland eater and is a fussy eater, so I really believe in vitamins. Being able to try out this new range of vitamins would be great. I have had problems with some vitamins as she refuses some particular brands, especially orange flavoured, I know she will love the berry flavour. My son is very sporty so having this variety of vitamins will be great for him. Thanks very much for considering us.

I have 3 kids, all of whom would benefit from these i'm sure!! My 2 year old son will not eat veges(unless hidden!), or drink milk and tho he eats plenty of fruit I do worry he is missing out on essential vitamins and nutrients esp calcium. My 5 year old eats a good diet, but seems to have a poor immune system is often tired and picks up every bug going round....esp tummy bugs. My 7 year old eats well too, but he would certainly give a very honest opinion of how they tasted etc!!

I would love the opportunity to also try the full range of Radiance® Kids products. We have an active 10 year old - into swimming (all year) and hockey, and also a 22 month old. Our 10 year old had previously been prone to all the winter coughs & colds and most years we have done at least one overnighter in hospital with severe croup - fortunately we think she has finally outgrown this (touch wood). But I would like to be able to find a product/s that can help support her & her little brother with the right vitamins, minerals & supplements throughout the year. Thanks.

Hi I'm a mum of a 5 1/2yr old boy who eats really well (in fact if you asked him what his favourite food was, he'd reply 'brocolli') although he has a well balanced diet he is low in iron and has a poor immune system (often getting colds, ear infections etc). I think he could benefit greatly by a suppliment of sorts. Trying different products can be expensive and time consuming - especially if they don't seem to work or he doesn't like them. I would love him to try the Radiance range :)

We've got 4 children ranging in ages 9, 7, 6, and 22months (3 boys and 1 girl).
We live in central otago and it gets very cold over winter, the children come down with mutiple flus/colds. Our 9 year old boy has a mild heart conditon and asthma plays up more in winter. it would be very nice to try out these supplements and see what they are like before going to buy just incase one of the children don't like something about them. We are on a low income and our budget would'nt reach that far for supplements then the child does'nt like them. and not to mention children don't always eat their vegetable every night.

My girls are 5 and 3 and bring home every germ and illness that is out there!

My 5 year old is pretty fussy about veges and doesn't like milk so I do worry she doesn't get all the vitamins and nutrients she needs to grow healthy and strong.

She also gets very tired at the moment with school, homework, after school programmes and the multi might help her energy levels.
dkpm - 3:05 PM on Mon-18-Apr-2011 reply | message
My child is 8. She has become very interested in nutrition and how added supplements work, though this doesn't stop her wanting to exist on fizzy drink and lollies. I think she would be able to give an informative opinion and lots of details over each product. I can see all the benefits as it is impossible to try to get every vitamin needed into a growing child every day with meals only even when you have the best intentions..

My girls are 4 years and 2 years old. I would love them to try the vitamins as my 4 year old brings home bugs from kindy and passes to my youngest so be interested to see if these will help prevent her getting so many colds. Also my youngest tends to get a lot of ear infections so wondering if these will help. They eat well but my youngest is not so great on the veges

They are great at eating fruit, however when it comes to veges they refuse. I have tried all sorts and will continue to keep trying but having something that will supplement them whilst I keep trying would be great for me and give me that peace of mind! My children are 4 and 2
Thanks :)

Hey, I would love to try these on my kids - they are both daycare kids so are sick alot, especially my daughter. They both get asthma if they have a cold / flu which can lead to chest infections, so I'd really like to strengthen their immune systems. My son also gets a bit rashey at times. Mr almost 4 has always been fussy, and its hard to get meat into him still at times. While my daughter (21mths) wasn't really fussy, as shes got older she won't eat many veges (always leaves them til last and usually pushes them away!). thanks!
SarahE - 2:35 PM on Mon-18-Apr-2011 reply | message
I have been looking at different supplements for kids in the supermarket but have only dabbled in what I already know - vitamin C. These sound perfect for my two boys - 3 and 2 years. Both of them are fussy - one will eat bread, the other won't, neither of them will eat potato or rice or veges, sometimes they will eat fish and beef mince but that's about it. I have had to become a food magician to try and disguise veges and meat so that my boys will eat a healthy meal - I feel like I have tried all the tricks and the ones that have worked in the past are less successful now. It is a huge worry of mine that they are not getting the nutrients and vitamins they need. Supplements that are safe for kids may just ease my mind a little while we get through this fussy eating stage. I would love to be considered for this trial - especially with winter fast approaching and all the bugs that come with it!

Mr 3 would be a perfect trialee for this, hes not big on his vegies and he's at preschool so brings home lots of bugs which I'm not too keen onI have a 6 month old as well! He's usually pretty good with supplements so would be nice to try the whole range cos he more than likely could do with them!

Hi Wow what a trial! I have four children Mr 2, Miss3, Mr 5 & Miss 6= unique tastes and variety in what they may/may not like. The kids currently have Mannabears & Mr 5 has fish oil others not keen on that taste. Mr 5 has suffered 4broken bones in 2months which makes me worry that he is lacking in calcium this would be a great chance to boost kids immune systems and trial great sounding products.

I would love to try this for my daughter. She is 3½ and a daycare child so she picks up lots of bugs and viruses and passes them onto us. With me being on immuno suppressant medication keeping her healthy is a big one for me so I don't get sick. She also is not big on eating her veges so the Kids Vege one would come in really handy.

DejaVu? I was just having a discussion with my doctor this morning about kids supplements and how I have yet to find one my daughter will actually take without a lot of fuss or bother. Having a heart mumour we have to be very careful and even the smallest of coughs/colds that would not bother the average child require a trip to the doctors for reassurance for us. Winter hasn't even arrived yet and already we have our 1st chesty cough. She has a well balanced diet and isn't too fussy an eater but like all kids manages to pick up the winter bugs going around. This trial is exactly what we need and perfect timing too!!!!

I would love to try this product for my 2 1/2 year old son. My son is a really fussy eater, and it is hard to be able to get certain foods into him. One day he will eat it, and then refuse the next. With winter approaching quickly, he will be sure to be exposed to lots of bugs and germs at Playgroup, and it would be good to trial these and see if they do make a difference this year!

I would love to try more of these supplements for my 3 1/2 year old daughter Ella. She already enjoys the Kids bone supplement as she doesn't like to drink milk so I had concerns about her calcium intake. She loves your vanilla flavoured bone supplement and now lunchtime doesn't end up with both of us in tears while I try to persuade her to eat her yoghurt. Now she attends daycare twice a week, and has a 4 month old brother, I would like to support her immune system.

Hi, I have 2 girls aged 6.5 years and 8 years. I guess the main reason i would like to trial these is for my 6 year old. She had severe reflux as a baby / toddler having trips in and out of hospital and has always been a picky eater and gets sick very easily. I do give her tablets currently to support her immune system but am always keen to try something else. The vege tablets and the probotics sound like things i would be very interested in purchasing as well. Thank You

We are very keen to try these with our 4 yr old little girl. We have spent quite abit of time with her at the doctors with her being 'underweight'. Shes a good eater but just seems to have trouble absorbing any of the 'goodness' from her food. We are finding her to get very tried easily (making her day at kindy a long one). Have tried other supplements (forget which ones) but with no great success. Naturally as a parent you just worry about your kids and I would love to get and her little body to a place where its thriving ... thanks heaps :)

Hi there, I would be very interested in trialing these products. I have three children...and my oldest daughter who is nearly 11yrs old has Crohns Disease...because of this she lacks the ability to digest food properly and in turn doesn't get all the necessary vitamins & minerals in her system as well as she should...with winter coming I am very keen to get her started on some multi vitamins, as well as a probiotic supplement to aid in her digestion...anything else would be an added bonus. My other two (age 4 & 10) are pretty normal kids...but with the on set of winter approaching feel its time to start them on some extra vitamins etc...to keep the winter bugs away..as we normally do at this time of year. It would be great to be selected for the trial as we are keen to get started on something soon.

My son is right at that germy catching age (2yrs) and being at daycare a few days a week makes him more likely to pick up the new bugs and share them with the rest of the family. We would love to try these simply to reduce the severity of the colds and bugs so we can keep at it and hopefully Mummy can graduate next year from University!
Less tummy upsets and illnesses for this family will make that finally become a reality.
The pro biotic, vitamin C and immune supplements would be a great help.

I would love to trial these for our son who is almost 4, he has always been very active and has recently started rugby out in this cold weather. We are due to travel to Ireland in a couple of months for my sisters wedding and would love to have his immune system good and strong before we go. He generally eats well but lately has decided that he does not like alot of veggies (he usually eats some eventually). If these appear to be suitable for him, it is something i would like to continue especially with school coming up next year.

And of course, being almost a teenager, she is starting to get fussy as to what she wants to eat. Her current favs being noodles and pies. eww. Although she doesn't eat them all the time, i do worry that she is not getting what she needs to support her activity levels, and she is growing fast!!! Taste would be interesting to try out, as the current vitamin she takes, has just been changed, and the new flavour is terrible! So we are actually on the lookout for a new one!

I would like to try this for my daughters 4yrs and 22mths. They contracted the coldsore virus last year (from a supermarket trolley) and continually still get them. I have tried just a normal kids multi vitamin but they still keep coming back so I would like to see if these vitamins would help them out. Also my youngest quiet often has bowl motions that are diahorea like and I think giving her a probiotic may balance the bacteria in her tummy and intestines. They both have a balance diet but I also take multivitamins so believe that you need to give them something else as foods today don't always give us what we need!

I would love for my daughter to be able to trial these products. The main reasons being that she doesn't drink milk, and I worry that she isn't getting enough calcium into her diet. Also, she has always had problems with her digestive system - going "number two's" has always been been a mission for her. She can be very fussy with supplments and any form of medication, so taste and texture is very important for her. We would love to give this product a try!

We would really welcome the opportunity to trial these supplements with our two-and-a-half year old son. He eats the same foods every day, even though I try give him new and different things to as often as I can, so I worry that the lack of variety in his diet means he's not getting all the nutrients he needs. We've tried another type of kids supplement but he said they were "yucky" so something that tastes good is very important!

We have an 8 year old son, 4 year old daughter and a 6 month old baby boy. The 8 and 4 year old take vitamins during the winter to help give their immune system a boost - and so far over the past few years it has worked wonders! Like many families, we struggle get the amount of veges, fruit and meat into our kiddies that we'd like and I think it is so important to ensure they get top up nutrients elsewhere.

We have tried many different vitamins and there is usually a preference for some over others so would love to try these with the kids and give some feedback!

My daughter of 9 years old is a terrible eater and won't eat vegs & very little fruit. There is no way I can temp her with these and she refuses to eat when she gets sick. Most days she goes to school with a sore tummy and I would love to try and protect her immune system by giving these chewable tablet formulas to her - especially the new New Kids Probiotic to support tummy (gastrointestinal) health.
I love the idea of them being tasty and well balanced with essential nutrients. Maybe my other two boys' who are pretty good eaters may like the odd one to try also & give their opinion!

I think every mum worries about whether their kids are getting everything they need and I know a lot of people looking for something to support their kids normal diet.

They both seem to get hit hard and often with colds and flu - particulary now with 1 at kindy and 1 at playgroup. the eat relatively well but I am often concerned they aren't getting the right vitamins etc.
I am also in the process of weaning my 2 year old off the breast and as she is not a keen formula drinker I have been hunting for a way to keep her immunity etc up - this would be perfect!
My older daughter (the 4 year old) has bowel issues and I would be interested to see if the New Kids Probiotic would help with this.
Please consider me...
Thanks :)

Great trail offer Kidspot!
I would love to trail this on all 3 kids of mine, twins age 2+ and 4 yr old son. My twins have cystic fibrosis so I have to be on top of everything thats helps them build their immue system stronger to keep them healthy and strong to fight any cold and flu or any bugs. My girls are on antibiotics so often for striaght 1 month on n off that the New Kids Probiotic might just come very hardly. My son is in daycare so he needs to be well protected as well so that he doesn't bring much nasties home to make his sisters sick. So trailing this product would be a god send as if this works then they have a life time customer on hand. Life is hard enough when normal healthy kids get sick having kids with illness makes life twice as hard.

I would love to trial these. My son is 2 1/2 and has always refused to touch any type of vegetable, and only eats fruit occasionally, so I am concerned that he is not getting enough vitamins and minerals. And with winter approaching it is a good time to ward off those coughs and colds. Thank you very much for considering us.

I have two girls, one 7 and the other 2...the 7 yr old is the fussiest eater when it comes to meat so I find getting a balanced meal into her hard at times the 2 year old is the opposite and EATS everything....which might sound good but thats including dirt, sand, worms and anything else she gets in her mouth before we catch her! So I would like her to try vitamins too for her immune system lol

I would love to review these products please. I have 2 girls aged 3 and 4 (turns 5 in June). Miss 3 is a fussy eater and I worry that she isn't getting enough of what she should be getting and Miss 4 is just GO GO GO! and very clever but needs some help to focus for longer periods especially with school coming up for her.
*fingers crossed*

I would love to trial these kids supplements with my daughter (6 years) and son (3 years). My daughter is playing soccer this year so these will help keep her in tip top health as she is determined not to miss a game this year. My son would benefit from them too, he is such a fussy eater and I have to coax him to eat his fruit & veges. These would give me the peace of mind knowing he is not missing out on any essential nutrients & vitamins. Thank you for the opportunity to trial these :)

I would love to try this. Every year my 3 year old picks up ills and chills very quickly. Shes had pneumonia twice (first time when she was 3 weeks old) and tonsillitis several times. As most parents, we try and get plenty of fresh fruit and veges into our kids but sometimes this is like hitting our head against a brick wall. I think this would be great to "top up" nutrients she may miss

I would love to try my 7 yr old boys on these, as much as I try to give them a healthy well balanced diet sometimes due to fussyness, sports practice etc it just doesn't happen - and I know after we have had a busy week they sometimes aren't as bright and bushy as they should be!

Ohh I was just thinking about Probiotics this morning and how I'd love to try my kids on these as Winter is looming and I love the idea of what these can do. We have all had a tummy bug this last week and having a products like these can surely help recovery and also prevent!! I'm looking for a product like this to start buying to cover the kids in the next few months. I havent seen these before so dont know what they taste like, and I would love the chance to try the range of Radiance® Kids products for our 4 & 6 year old kiddies.

Oooh my big boy will not eat fruit unless it's in a fruit salad, he never eats an apple, or orange or banana and so it is a worry that he isn't getting his dose of vitamins and minerals... he is almost 7years old and I'm always on the look out for ways to supliment his diet and as he suffers terribly with colds and sometimes asthma in the winter, this would be a perfect product to trial. I'll even get him to do the review himself if we are lucky enough to be chosen.<br>Thanks again for another great product to trial. :-)

Please consider us for this trial. My children are a school and daycare and every winter we battle with continual illness. I would really like to find a good range of supplements to boost their immunity over winter and really like the sound of the Radiance brand. Many thanks for the opportunity.

I would LOVE to try the entire kids range for my sons who are 3 and 6. My youngest is a very fussy eater and getting essential nutrients in to him is very difficult. I love that this range contains no artificial nasties and we'd love to take part!!!

I would love for my 3 and 5 year old to try these products. I find particularly during term time that it can be difficult to make sure they are eating properly as they get so tired. Also, with the inevitable winter sicknesses no doubt arriving soon, they (and me too) will need all the help they can get to keep these bugs away. Although my son will probably try anything, my 3 year old won't, so I would be interested to see if she will eat these too.

I have a three year old girl who loves veges but doesnt really like to eat much meat and protein products.......and a five year old boy who suffers from asthma so keeping him as healthy as possible especially heading into winter is a big thing for me as when he does get sick his asthma flares up also he only like meat so im worried that he doesn't get all the nutrients he needs...also they both hate the taste of most medicines so would be good to see if these taste good to them ......would love to review as i really enjoyed reviewing last product i was choosen for and i would love the chance to try any thing thats gonna help my children.
