Just wanted to say that since originally reviewing the pop top milks, they are now a regular on our shopping list. The kids love them and the bottles are so much easier and better to use than the old fashion cartons.

Update: HOORAY!! we found the full range of Pop Tops at Countdown Silverdale (we usually go to Paknsave Albany) and according to our daughter's enthusiasm after trying the first one, it was worth the wait!! And the other 5 bottles didn't last the week!

She enjoyed all the flavours - as did my husband and I (we did some taste-testing of our own!) They were all SPOT-ON in flavour we thought, very tasty! We had to fight the urge to drink all the bottles ourselves! As our daughter said "They are sooooo yummy!!"

And it was confirmed to me that someone at Anchor really did have their thinking hats on when they designed these! They are REALLY nice and easy to use. Being a pop top our daughter found opening and closing it A BREEZE!! And drinking it came with absolutely no dramas or worries at all! NO SPILLS OR MESS. And when she was home, she could just pop it back in the fridge for next time.

She got a chance to take one to Kindy on 2 occasions, and there were no problems with them there either (however, she did tell me that she had to get a teacher to take the protective cap off, as it was too hard for her to do it herself - I didn't think about that, as when we she was home I would usually take it off before I gave it to her). She loved having it packed in with the rest of her meals (I think it was the HIGHLIGHT OF HER DAY!! lol) and it stayed tasty enough for her to drink it all while at Kindy, with not a drip on her or in her lunch box.

So, all-in-all a FANTASTIC product for the kids!!! We have bought a couple for her since as a treat, and she continues to love them!! GREAT JOB Anchor!! And thanks so much for letting us trial them :)

UPDATE: We're loving the Pop Tops but thinking about the waste has lead us to these handy ideas. Throughly-washed Pop-Tops can be refilled and frozen (leave expansion space or the bottle will crack). With a water and some juice, it makes a great frozen lunchbox cooler and cool drink.
We also filled one with cooking oil for out at the BBQ --perfect size!! Nobody wants a 2L oil spilling on the deck!
The children are using Anchor CalciYum Dairy Food containers to grow their seeds. The labels are easy to write on and the different flavours help smaller children identify the different ones e.g. lettuces are all in the banana ones.
I hope everyone is enjoying Anchor CalciYum too

SUCCESS!! Found the range of Anchor CalciYum Pop Tops at Countdown. The children are very pleased with them. Great for after school revival before extra-curricular activities!! Easy to transport and use. I was disappointed at myself for not checking the 'best before' dates before purchasing. I was there on 26th Nov and I got home to find one bottle had BB 18thNov and one BB 27thNov. The others were in Dec. I know it's not a 'Use By' but thought I'd just remind everyone to check especially if you want to save some for a weekend event for example. Flavours were good. My boy was not so keen on the chocolate but my girl yummed them all up. Great size for them (6 and 8). They survived the lunchbox if consumed in one go but my son 'saved' some and I don't think he put the top down properly = wet sandwiches and a trip to the staffroom. I recommend Anchor CalciYum Pop Tops for anywhere Mum wants a healthy treat for the kids but perhaps not first choice for the lunchbox, that would be Anchor CalciYum Dairy Food. I have yet to see the Anchor CalciYum Pop Top Caramel in store --perhaps too good and all sold to staff??
Mum2two - 12:53 PM on Wed-28-Nov-2012 reply | message
Pop tops have been a huge success although my daughter thought they were much creamier than the boxed ones! Maybe a slightly different mix who knows. We bought each flavour and all were enjoyed. We have also bought the yoghurts, we bought a multi flavour pack, caramel tends to be our favourite. Thanks Anchor and Kidspot for letting us trial your products. We will definately buy the pop tops again, so fab that they have got rid of the box and straw!
beadygirl - 10:29 AM on Tue-27-Nov-2012 reply | message
These are FANTASTIC....all 3 from 1-9 loved them...they are soo much easier than the traditional old straw in the box which without a doubt seems to end up all over one of them everytime! They are going to be a regular item in our fridge and a nice price too!! And the yoghurts were also great, yoghurt never gets anywhere near expiry date in this house, they love it and these ones had great flavour! Thanks for the trial, happy customers here!

Well done Calci yum for putting your products in this easy to use pop tops, they are far more easier than the cartons and dont drip or squrit everywhere, thank and well done!

Thanks Kidspot and Anchor for the opportunity to review these products. Initially we were only able to get the CalciYum Dairy food at our local supermarkets. Master B (2) gave his seal of approval by eating 1 of the CalciYum Dairy food in the car before we even left the supermarket car park. The rest of the CalciYum Dairy food was consumed easily in a week with Master B often wanting more than 1 a day! Well done.
The CalciYum Pop tops were also popular (when we were able to get them) – the pop top meant it was like many other drinks for convenience and allowed drinks to be had on the go. We got all three variants – Strawberry, Chocolate and Banana. Banana was by far the most popular with even Mum trying and enjoying (not a milk drinker).
So well done Kidspot and Anchor CalciYum for 2 wonderful products.

Sorry for delay with review, ill health caused a short break away into a long miserable stay.Anyway, Thank you for choosing us, we have had so much fun with these products. They are both a big hit and our fussy milk drinker adores them! we ate the dairy food as it was but when it came to the drinks we had lots of fun with them. we froze one into mini ice blocks,we added a strawberry jelly to the strawberry one for lovely wobbly pudding.,we had a few rainy cold days so we heated the chocolate and Banana ones, added a marshmallow and i became mum of the day. really like the flavour, the packaging which we all found easy to open. most of the time. the taste is lovely not too sweet and most of all kids loved it and its good for them. Thanks again for chooosing us,

I'm still waiting for a supermarket to have stock of the PopTops so fingers crossed for finding one on our road trip this weekend. The other half thinks I'm a bit mad racing into every supermarket we come across trying to find these. They must be super popular.
Luvmykids - 6:17 PM on Fri-23-Nov-2012 reply | message
Forgot to take the vouchers to our weekly shop the week we received them (doh!), remembered last week - but no Pop Tops in stock at PaknSave, so hopefully there will be some in the supermarket this week!

As for the CalciYum Dairy Food, we picked up the 'Wicked Chocolate' flavour, and our kids LOVED it!
With our 2yr old twins we actually call dairy food, the 'Yummy Food', so when they want some, they ask for it by saying 'Yummy Yummy Food??!!'. With the Anchor CalciYum they were SUPER enthusiastic with their requests! And we can tell they definitely approve of it, as it went down their little mouths super fast, of course along with the accompanying mess all around their mouths!! And our 4yr old hoovered it down with her usual gusto when eating food - saying she thought it was REALLY yummy! All 3 were trying to scrape every little last bit out of the pottle, so this product is obviously a winner!

It was lovely treat for them, as we usually cannot afford the CalciYum for all 3 of our kids, as we like to give each of them a yogurt or dairy food once a day.

Thanks so much Kidspot and Anchor for this opportunity, and we hope to post a review soon about the Pop Tops once we find a local supermarket that stocks them! :)

So firstly we went to use the vouchers the day they came, and post some mail as we were posting, a huge promo was next to us with cameras everywhere etc and i posted the mail including the envelope with vouchers! lucky they got posted back to me :)
Myself,My Partner and kids and even baby have tried all the Yoghurts and Poptops! The Caramel Youghurt was the Fav and my partner stole the young ones pot as it reminded him of the old caramel yoghurt years ago! our baby who has never tried youghurts eat the whole strawberry pot then my partner asks if he was allowed them, with raised eyebrows i replied bit late now... we then recycled the containers and poked holes in the bottom to make bath sprinkler toys!!
The POP tops rocked! Mr Fussy 11yo said they were good and tasted alright he then grabbed a 2nd noe straigh after... i love choc drinks but found it not very chocolatey... had the banana and absolutely lvoed... i made sure i sampled each flavour! the pop top bottles are good! I also allowed bubs some of the strawberry and squirted small amounts into his mouth! definitley would get the yoghurts again and the banana and strawberry pop tops.. quick easy little meals for the little tummies!

I wish we could post a review on the Pop Tops but our two supermarkets, Countdown and Pak n Save haven't received stock! They keep saying they've asked for them. Fingers crossed for next week.

Loved the Pop Tops, thanks for letting us trial them. I brought them for the long weekend as we had my niece with us too. Brought Strawberry & Chocolate flavour as none of us like banana milk shake. Kids went for the Choc, me for the strawberry, thought I might get 3 to myself but after letting them have a taste of mine all the strawberry went as fast as the choocolate. Like that they don't have the extra peel off lid under the caps. Great that they can be stoppered and put back in the fridge if they're not all finished. Good for travel in the car as I don't need to worry about spillage. All round greatly appreciated the flavours were nice, not too sweet. As for the yogurt, chocolate was the choice again. They all disappeared before I got to try one so were definately popular. I would love to see yogurts in some kind of resealable container thought as my daughters school has no rubbish biins and if she does'nt eat all of a yogurt it ends up all over her lunchbox and I have yet to find a resealable container that a child can close properly that does'nt end up leaking throughout the day. Thanks again we will definately buy more, thought the Pop Tops were a very reasonable price.

Oh yes and THANKS SO MUCH for not putting an inner seal on the pop tops!!!
muppetsmama - 8:51 AM on Wed-21-Nov-2012 reply | message
Sorry for my late post, but we've now finished them all! Thanks SOO much for the chance to trial them :) We got the mix pack of yogurts, and 2 each of every flavour of the pop tops. The yogurts are a big hit, and I thought they were a nice size - usually child sized yogurts seem to be so small. The pop tops were awesome!! It was a HUGE relief to not have to worry about spills from straws/squeezing the carton, and my kids often can't drink a whole one in one go, so it was great to have the option to close it up and pop it down or away in the fridge for later. Great idea Calciyum, well done!

Thank you kidspot for allowing us to trial these - We chose the chocolate flavour of the yogurts, the kids absolutely loved them! chocolate + yourgurt! yum! the kids loved them, as for the pop tops, we got banana, again the kids loved them, i found them easy and no mess, the kids i think felt alot more independent with them, i wasnt following them around with a wipe! Thank you again

Thanks so much for the opportunity to try these. The yoghurts were a hit with everyone, kids and adults alike. We chose the Caramel flavour as our local supermarket only had them or chocolate. We all loved the size of the pots, much better than the 100g pots we usually buy. The yoghurt was delicously thick and creamy with plenty of flavour. We will definitely buy these again. The Flavoured Milk is great also, once again we could only get two of the three flavours, so we got to try Chocolate and Banana. My youngest son enjoyed having these, the top was easy to open and just the right serving size. I will definitely consider these in future as we liked the convenience of them being safe in the lunchbox. Thankyou!!

pop tops where so awesome!!! my 3 kids all loved them. so awesome and easy on the go having a pop top, helps not spilling milk everywhere way better than a lid! The calci yum yogurts are always a hit in my house so the kids where very happy when found out we got picked for the trial. the yogurts and drinks didnt even last 4 days! Thanks kids spot and calci yum!

The Pop Tops were very popular and gone several days after we got them! I was asked a couple of times to pull off the clear plastic lid off a couple of the bottles. I agree that I'm glad there was no inner top seal that had to be opened. They are a drink that our girls consistently enjoy and a good way to get milk into them in the new, fun, no mess, bottle container.
For the Dairy Food I got the Tripalicious 6 pack of flavours - chocolate, banana and caramel. I would like a mixed flavour pack with chocolate for one daughter, strawberry for the other and maybe a cookies and cream. They don't seem so keen on the Dairy Food lately - but I enjoyed the four I got! Although I would like the Dairy Food to be a bit firmer and less runny.
Thank you very much Anchor and Kidspot for the trial!

Just to say that I have been away for a week and as such cannot post my review yet. I did struggle to find any pop tops before we left. I checked Countdown, New World and Pak n Save and none had any - so obviously very popular. Will make sure I get to the supermarket so we can get reviewing.

My two boys absolutely loved these. The eldest (4), loved the way that there wasn't a fiddly peel-off seal under the lid and he could get right to drinking it. The youngest (20 months) loved having the same as his brother, and even though he didn't finish the drink in one go, it meant that I could pop it in the fridge, and not worry about it being spilled or going off like the little tetrapaks. The yoghurts went so quickly, they don't get dairy food often, and they loved having them. I also loved how easy it was to calculate how much the eldest had eaten and drunk as he is a Type 1 diabetic too. I will be getting more of these (hubby stole the last Pop Top!!)
theboysmummy - 1:48 PM on Fri-16-Nov-2012 reply | message
The yoghurt disappeared in the blink of an eye! I even succumbed to letting them have chocolate yoghurts for breakfast .... twice! And hubby had the last two tubs. I only usually buy chocolate yoghurts on special and these are our favourite ones! We went to two supermarkets in our area and neither of them had the flavoured milk - so we are waiting for them to arrive before we can trial them. Yummmmmmy !!
ekubo - 4:29 PM on Thu-15-Nov-2012 reply | message
just noticed that the youngest has only drunk half his and run out to play on the tramp. Not unusual for him as he eats like a sparrow. Nice to be able to put the top down and pop it in the fridge. The older boys have swimming lessons this afternoon so we'll take it along for him to drink afterwards. And no worries about spills.
ekubo - 4:09 PM on Thu-15-Nov-2012 reply | message
We picked up the flavoured milk today and it has gone down a treat. All three of the boys like the poptop bottles, as do I after watching the four yr old wave his around the living room. A regular box and straw would have been all over the floor and furniture in the blink of an eye, not a drop from the bottle tho. The 10 yr old thinks the bottles are cool but he'd like them to be bigger. I like that they’re small bottles as it controls their portion nicely. There’s a fair bit of sugar in these after all, 21g in the strawberry. The 7 yr old says they're nicer to drink out of than boxes.

Two of them tried the chocolate today and one had strawberry. All three were happy with the flavours. I tried them both and liked the choc. I’ll definitely buy these again for convenience and mess avoidance. They'll be allowed them as treats only tho, because of the fat and sugar content but it's nice to know that they’re also getting some good things from their treats, like the calcium.

On the downside we tried two different supermarkets to find the full selection of flavours so everyone could have his favourite. One had strawberry and banana, the other had choc and strawberry. When I asked if they had the others I was told they only get supplied with a couple of flavours. So don’t expect you can get the flavour you want at any supermarket, be prepared if you have a fussy wee one.

Both of my children love the Anchor Pop Tops, the bottles are a great size for my 2 year old to be able to hold on his own, especially in the car and they also fit into a lunch box just perfectly....they said that all the three flavours are their favourites. The Anchor CalciYum is delicious (mother's input there) and yes the children both thought they were great, finally we have dairy food that has not been wasted as with so many other brands, thankyou for choosing us to trial the products for you.
Medicina - 9:55 PM on Wed-14-Nov-2012 reply | message
Update on Anchor CalciYum dairy food: The children have had a couple of days of lunch box joy. They really clean up these pottles compared to regular fruit yogurts so that's a good testament to how much they enjoy them. They both seem really pleased with the flavour and enthusiastic about buying them again. I think they are a far healthier treat than many other lunchbox options and make getting protein into them at lunchtime very simple. I'm going to have the last one tonight for my less guilty evening treat shhh!

We totally love you- CalciYum! Thank you so much for choosing us to trial the new product.

It was delivered as a surprise as I didn't know I was chosen. I just redeemed mine one today after we came out from swimming pool. My little buddy was hungry and thirsty… He requires to drink one when we still in the supermarket. This pop top design is great! I don’t need to worry about he makes mess in the supermarket or car. As you know, many drink bottles and juice bottles are pop top design. Therefore, my buddy is used to suck it and I believe CalciYum made the right decision. It helps little one to get the hand of it easily. I’m also a fun of CalciYum. I read a lot about pregnancy and know that mums should take more calcium, especially at the third trimester. Of course, I have to share one bottle with my son.

There’s also CalciYum yoghurt voucher posted to us. We can enjoy a week with full calcium now. Many thanks to Kidspot and Anchor!
We get the dairy food and I have to hide it in the veggie bin or the toddler will eat it all at once leaving none for the big boy to take to school!!!
I splash out and buy a bottle of the milk sometimes but I have to guard it otherwise they'll nail that in one day too!
My big boy gets the calci yum milk in the little cartons at school and loves those so we will have to try the pop tops too.
Thanks for the great reviews ladies! :-)

Thank you for letting us review kidspot!
Vouchers arrived quickly and we went straight down to the local supermarket but they didn't have any. So we waited until we went to town and I got them from Countdown. They only had the strawberry pop tops left so we got those. They were great very sturdy and good size wee bottles for little hands(bottles could even be re-used) noticed no foil seal which is good, lovely strawberry flavor which is not artificial tasting like some other flavored milks we have tried.Son says they are way better than the cartons because there is no straw and as he is a very busy wee boy he doesn't like to sit for long and drink, so now he can be running around have a drink and then pop the top down for later. I will be purchasing these again as they will be great over Christmas and the holidays. I really love that they don't have to be refrigerated so will great for traveling.
I normally buy the chocolate calci yum when it is on special for under $4 but this time my son wanted a change and we got caramel, he loved the flavor and gobbled it down quickly .The size of the container was a bit big for a wee 2 year old I have staying with me so it would be good if they did maby smaller toddler packs. Son loves calci yum yoghurts but to be honest hubby and I are not really a big fan just because they get a wee bit watery and are a bit weak tasting, but I will still be purchasing them regularly as they are good value for money and a quick snack or after tea dessert for the son and because I like the brand anchor.

Thank you for this great product trial.

Vouchers arrived but the local Supervalue only had the Anchor CalciYum Dairy Food so we're trying that currently. I've telephoned the local FourSquare supermarket but they don't stock Anchor products at all apparently so the pop-top trial will have to wait until a trip into the big smoke. The Anchor CalciYum Dairy Food berry combo has come home and the children had the Vanilla in the lunchboxes so I'll hear the verdict on those tomorrow. I tried a Berry one and it was very smooth and creamy. It was also still the generous serve and I noticed that the Anchor CalciYum Dairy Food 6-packwas on special at $3.99 so not bad for a relatively healthy sweet treat that's high protein. Updates to follow when more consumption occurs ;)

Just went and picked up my Calci-yum pop tops and dairy food.

The girls had to have a pop top each in the car straight away. They were delicious, easy and mess free. Didn't have to peel off any glued down lids, just pop the cap off and open. They didn't leak, my kids loved them and I was happy with them too. I will be buying them again...yum!

We also got the dairy food triple delight. So far both girls have enjoyed the flavours they had, but we have one more flavour to try.

Thanks for the chance to review these yummy products.

The vouchers came Friday and the kids (nephews) were excited to try them ... esp the Pop tops and not having them spill everytime they squeezed the bottle and the fact that they can pop the lid down and save some for later (unlike the old straw ones that just leaked)

Love the flavours they got choc for Poptops and banana for the yogurt and was def a favourite in the house master 17 mo and master 9 yrs both wanted one for afternoon tea and school (and morning tea for master 17 mo) and Pudding too~!
great taste and natural flavours and the kids LOVE them .. would recommend to any mums who want a quick and great snack for their kids !!! (I think even adults love the taste if they can get a "sample") *winks* Thanks Mumsay/kidspot and anchor for letting us trial this very Yummy !

Our vouchers arrived the day I'd done the fortnightly shop so the fridge was already full of yoghurts and I'd even splashed out on a big bottle of chocolate milk. However it didn't take my hungry boys and their mates long to empty it out again.

I picked up the dairy foods last time I went to the supermarket. Ds3 and I spent a lot of time mulling over the flavours, in the end we chose triple delight (vanilla custard, berry and cookies & cream).

Not surprisingly they loved them. Ds3 is a real fan of vanilla anything so he enjoyed the vanilla custard. Ditto with ds2 and berries. Neither of them was enthusiastic about cookies and cream but ds1 loved it. His usual fav is caramel, so that's a good flavour for the kids with a sweet tooth obviously. I love it when there are selections like this which let me cater to all their varying tastes. Also love being able to give them a treat that's relatively good for them.

We went to countdown and only had the choice of chocolate and strawberry for the pop top drinks, but the girls loved them both, I was expecting them to be really sweet but I was pleasantly surprised they tasted really nice, great to have the pop lids as easy to transport for school lunches and can drink in the car without the worry of unscrewing lids. We also choose the variety pack yoghurt and the wicked chocolate was the favourite. I would purchase both again however I think the cost to purchase the pop drinks will be a once in a while treat. Thanks for the oportunity to sample was a very special treat for the family.

These Pop Top drinks are just AMAZING! So much easier for the kids to drink as they please and for me not to have to worry about them spilling it everywhere. So easy to put them back in the fridge for later as well.
The flavours were great but that is no surprise as we love the flavours of the CalciYum yoghurts so knew the drinks would be just as good.
Will definitely be purchasing the pop top drinks again will continue to purchase the yoghurts too - am definitely a fan!! Thanks everyone

Rarely do we have flavoured milk in the house because I have a problem which causes me to eat and drink everything that is remotely exciting and delicious, within hours of getting it home.

This time I held myself back. Addi is 2 and said "YUUUUUUMMY MUMMMMYYY!" and first I took it as a compliment about what I was wearing but then I realised it was about the banana pop top she was drinking. We got 2 of each flavour (strawb, banana, choc). I love that they don't have a stupid foil cap underneath the top- I was happily surprised actually. Addi loved each flavour and didn't have any problems closing or opening the top- thank god. I liked that it had a heart tick but still, lots of sugar compared to the usual; water ;). We have saved a couple of bottles to reuse as I'll be buying a big bottle of flavoured milk in tonights groceries- heaven help Addi because I think I might drink it all before dawn.

The dairy food, we have actually been eating since the beginning of time (or so it seems, raising a child). Yep both of us. She loves it and never has any problems with it- apart from the fact it morphs into water if she gets distracted. She enjoys all the flavours we've tried but when I lick the lids (don't deny it we all do it!) the flavours aren't quite strong enough for me- then again, who asked for my opinion haha.

Definitely will buy both again and continue to. I love that they are both usually on special somewhere. Makes a big difference! thanks so much for choosing us!

The Pop Tops were a HUGE HIT!! The kids absolutely loved them! They were hard to track down though, finally found them in Countdown but they only had chocolate. We got the strawberry dairy food and the kids really loved that too, none of it lasted very long as they enjoyed it so much. They were so yummy and it's great being able to get extra calcium into the kids without any fuss. Will definitely be buying these again, thankyou very much :-)

We also got to review yoghurts. The kids wete very happy. Nice rich flavor and a good consistency and smoothness. But like most dairyfood if not consumed reasonably quick they do become watery. This was not a problem for my older children just my younger who got really annoyed. However a good deyerant for those slow poke eaters like mine lol oh and forgot to mention with the pop top milks before...perfect for picky non milk drinkers like my son :) will def buy both again. Thank you once again

Thank you for selecting us to reviee :) the vouchers arrived quickly and had no trouble with them at the supermarket. We got 6 pop tops: two each of strawberry, banana and choc. My kids love the handy pop tops. The size is perfect for littlies and easy to hold. And the pop tops ensure the milk doesnt spill out everyonr like with the old cartons. Even better is the fact that the flow is not fast but a nice slow flow perfect for kids. My kids said the flavors are really yum and the strawberry is like fresh fruit. :)

Picked up our CalciYum Pops and Dairy Food today..... well Miss 2yrs old said Num Num to the Pop Top - she found it easy to open on her own (Doesnt like help, wants to do it herself so - awesome that its now in Pop Top) and it was gone in minutes!! She loves loves the Chocolate one, her FAV and also enjoyed the Banana, but not as much as the Chocolate one.... I liked that she can pop the top down when she has finished, so its not spilling all over the floor... We are re-using the container so can refill with CalciYum as she loves her milk and needs that extra calcium compared to us Adults.... The Dairy Food also a HUGE HIT.... We already love the Choc so we went for something different and the Berry was yum yum and was gone in moments!! She is a real CalciYum Toddler - If I keep hearing the words num num and yum yum num then I make sure I have plenty in the fridge as Calcium is really important in this household and I really like that they are tasty, fun, and healthy for my toddler and baby... I will buying these products again - Thanks for the review! Its great to try new products and if they work for my kids then I defiantly will purchase for healthy options and also taste - as you cant beat hearing that num num num sound ;)

Thanks for letting us review :)
My kids loved the pop tops we got two of each flavor and i thought it was so convenient not having to remove another seal under the cap especially in the car. We have kept the bottles to re-fill with the big bottle of calci yum milk because the bottles are really easy to clean and are still really strong, not flimsy like other pop top bottles and they stay in shape.
We didn't like the yogurt's much and i found if they weren't eaten within a 10 minute time frame they went watery.

CalciYum Pop tops and Dairy food yoghurt.
We couldn't these at our local SuperValue and had to wait until we went into Christchurch. The pop tops are just great. Not having to worry about spills from holding the container too tight is a real bonus. Not having to tear off a foil seal or having to worrry about a straw is great too. I also liked the fact that you could close them again for later if it wasn't all drunk.
The Dairy food yogurt was well liked by all.
Thanks for letting us try these

Picked them up from the supermarket the other day and got two strawberry, two chocolate and two banana,...... 3yo and 6yo were wanting them straight away. Normally im a box milk drink for them (usually while out and about and for price).
I was a bit apprehensive over their usability for kids - but no silly need to remove a seal inder cap - just pop the plastic cap seal and drink away. Kids loved them. I loved the closeability for putting them away and non-spillability of this option. :) our new preferred favourite! Yoghurt we ourchased was the strawberry as the others are already a hit in our family - and surprisingly the 3yo loved it - the 6yo isn't into the flavour though.... both preferred them over yucky vigeur we still have in our fridge from a hubby purchase 2weeks ago....

CalciYum Pop tops and Dairy food yoghurt.

I always love the packaging on CalciYum products, always so bright and fun!
We go through alot of yoghurt in our home, hubby takes it to work and kids to kindy every day. My 2 boys 3.5 and 18 months took one sip of the pop tops and put the bottles up on the bench, they didnt like it. The kids also didnt like the yoghurt, so i made the yoghurt into mini iceblocks in an ice cube tray with pegs as the sticks, and they ate those fine! My husband and I enjoyed to pop tops very much, especially the banana one, and we love how the bottles can be re used!. We arent a fan of the yoghurt, we thought it was very fake tasting and left a slight chemicle taste in our mouths. We will stick to yoplait Viguer :)

These pop tops are brilliant! Naturally the milk itself is great. In these bottles it's really easy to get my kids drinking milk on the move & not worry about spillage if they don't drink it all in one go! And the containers themselves are a wonderful size for small hands as well as great to re-use - either as water bottles or as water toys :-))

Review for Anchor CalciYum Dairy Food:

My favourite is Caramel so I grabbed a six pack of these. My daughter is a bit fussy when it comes to yoghurt though. Her Dad once made the yummiest custard and she wouldn't even try it.

Her loss I say. The six pack lasted all of 5 days :) I had one every day except Sunday when I had two :)

Yummy treat for Mummy and I'll stick with Pop Tops for Miss Fuss Pot.

Review for Anchor™ CalciYum Top Pop:

The first supermarket we went to had sold out of Anchor™ CalciYum Pop Tops. So we went to another supermarket the next day. They only had one chocolate Anchor™ CalciYum Top Pop so we quickly grabbed that one (my daughter's favourite) and three strawberry (her second favourite) and two banana. The pop top is great as there is less chance of her spilling her drink as she used to squeeze the box too hard and ended up with milk everywhere. It is also convenient for saving any leftover for later but with my daughter there is never any left over for later :)

She loves Anchor™ CalciYum and I think it will feature regularly on our shopping list.

I was a bit concerned at the price (it was on special for $1.50) but my partner said it is quite reasonable.

All in all a winner.

The pop tops are fantastic! I've been rather lax in ensuring that my eldest gets plenty of calcium in his diet. That will no longer be a problem as he loves the strawberry Calciyum. I can even throw them in his lunchbox. My youngest thinks the chocolate calciyum is very good which is a bonus as this milk is cheaper than the brand I was buying previously.
The kids aren't keen on the dairy food but they've always been that way. Too bad for them I say as I love them as an easy and light pudding for moi! Thanks Anchor - these are now permanently on our shopping list.

we just redeemed our calci yum yoghurt vouchers, was meant to when we got the milk but forgot it! so a special trip today to get them,we just got the chocolate flavour as i couldnt find the new ones at our supermarket :( but all in al they were still great, as calci yum yoghurt is awesome no matter what the flavour....although i have noticed that theyre not as thick as i remember? maybe it was just the lot i got,but no complaints with my son as he made sure he got every last bit out of the pottle with his fingers! big thanks to kidspot for letting the 2 of us trial these great products, theyve gone down a treat and will be on my shopping list more often 10/10 for both products! :)

The Pop Tops are brilliant! I picked them up the day after I picked up a new car and for the first time ever was not stressing about my son drinking milk in the car! Love that there is no foil seal, love the 250ml size, it's just perfect for my 7yo, he loved all three flavours and he found the bottle awesome, there was no pressure to drink it all in one go or to hold it like a wounded bird (as you have to do with cartons so they don't overflow!). We will absolutely be buying these again.
No surprises with the dairy food we have had it before and Ethan loves it!

Love the pop tops! CalciYum has always been a favourite with the kids, but not with me, as there was always spills or drops, you couldn't partially drink them, and had to watch where you put them while on your travels. Not with the poptops! The are resealable, dont spill if the kids hold them a bit tight and once the top is popped down, it can go in the lunchbox or bottom of the pram without worries! Thank you!

We have received our vouchers and the kids have been enjoying the Calci Yum Pop Tops over the weekend. I brought two of each flavour. I love the fact that they now come in these pop tops as they are no mess and if they don't want the drink in one go, then it can go back in the fridge with the cap on or if we are out and about there is no fiddly straw to worry about. My daughter always used to squeeze the cartons too tight and we would have milk everywhere. My 9 year old told me that the bottles are babyish and that he finds the milk hard to sip through the top. My 4 year old daughter loves the bottle as it is easy for her to handle and a good size for little hands. Chocolate and strawberry are my son's prefered choice. Banana, then strawberry was my daughters preference. I like the fact that there is no cover to take off before the kids can drink it, you just take the plastic cap off and away they go. They fit perfectly in my daughters cup holder in her carseat which she thinks is pretty cool. My kids love the taste of the Calci Yum milk. My daughter says that it tastes like sugar. I also got the caramel Calci Yum yoghurt which is my kids favourite. They are a good size for my son who is 9 but for my 4 year old daughter, sometimes the pottles are too big for her to eat. Would be great to see this youghurt in smaller pottles or even a big family size tub too. This is the only yoghurt my son eats. I thought that the price of the new pop tops was reasonable and I will definately be buying more on a regular basis as they are so portable without the fuss of the straws. All these products were a hit in our house so thank you for choosing us.

Have just been and collected our pop tops and the word for them is AWESOME. First thing i noticed was no fiddly foil to remove, just remove the lid and pop the top, no extra rubbish to get rid of. Didnt get get to the car before i had to open one for mr 2.5 who immediately told me how much he loved it. The car ride home was much calmer and stress free than usual when he has a calci yum drink - no checking in the back seat for spills or lost straws, no heart stopping when i hear "opps or oh no" the words that leave all mothers hearts in there mouths, no wet pants or messes to clean up! Well worth the $1.79 and even mr 12 said they were "heaps better". These will be a regular purchase for us from now on

Have picked up the products and within 3 days, they have all been devoured. Calciyum yoghurt is a favourite in our house, but we selected a flavour we dont normally choose, and loved it. The milke was my favourite, we are not big milk drinkers in our family, so having calcium is important to me. The flavours were delicious...the best part was the pop top, so if there was an unused portion leftover i could pop it back in the fridge for later. Perfect for those little hands in the car too...

Thanks so much for letting us trial these products. At our local Countdown there were only two flavours of the Pop Top Calci-Yum Milk, Strawberry and Chocolate. My oldest boy loved both flavours and my youngest only liked the Chocolate. The convenience of being able to sip milk out of these bottles is great and soo handy. Car trips are no problem as you don't need to worry about if they will spill or not and I just think we've been needing something like this for so long. At $1.79 each i thought these were reasonably priced and great for an on-the-go healthy alternative to fizzy drink and a little more exciting than bottled water! I will definitely buy these.
The Anchor Calci-Yum Dairy food flavour we chose was Chocolate, as again, we were limited by what flavour we could get from our local Countdown. I tried one my self and thought the chocolate flavour could be a little stronger. My school-aged boys quite liked the Dairy food but said they would prefer a different brand as the flavour of the Chocolate was very mild tasting.

I wasn't selected, but I have since purchased all three of the pop top milks. I'm really pleased with the pop top bottles. Whenever we go out and about, to a party or on a road trip I buy the boxes of milk. These are great except if she only wants a little drink, then we have to finish the milk or tip it out (especially if we are going in the car). With the pop top bottle, if she doesn't feel like the whole thing we can re-seal! Yes!! Very very good. Otherwise its the same great flavoured milk we love. I also like the way the top colour matches the flavour.

Thank you SO much for choosing my family to reiview these the POP top Calci Yum Milk, and the Calci Yum Yogurts. well what can i say. i chose to get a couple of each flavours, Chocolate, Strawberry, and Banana. i get home from the store and my 2yo son gets out one of each flavour and proceeds to give Dad, myself and himself a flavour each and we proceed to have a try of each. we get though half of the bottles each and we put them in the fridge for my son to finish when he feels like it. he choose the banana flavour for himself to start off with. by the end of the day he had drunk all 3 flavours but its still the banana flavour that is the best for him at the moment. He loves the fact that you can close the lid on the drink and put it in the fridge or even if you drop it you dont have it leaking everywhere. we get up this morning and the drink that he wanted with his breakfast this morning was one of the other 3 flavour of drinks that we had left in the fridge. but this time it was Strawberry. now onto the yogurts. we got strawberry flavour as that is the only flavour that the store had that we got it from. well my son LOVES the yogurts just as much as his milk. he opens the lid and licks the yogurt that is on it. then digs his spoon in and grabs the BIGGEST spoonful and shovels into his mouth and when he sees me (mummy) looking he gives me the Biggest Grin and says YUMMY YUMMY mummy. so i can honestly say that this is a BIG hit in my household and i will be buying them again very soon. i would recommend them to anyone who loves milkshakes, yogurts. and any kid will love you for getting it for them. photos to come will need to email them though to be posted. :)

Yay thanks for selecting us for this trial and thanks to anchor for the yummy goodies. Our vouchers arrived yesterday and we popped down to New World and grabbed our goodies. The pop tops came in banana, strawberry and chocolate flavours. Banana was the first choice by miss 5 and mr 18 months. The serving size was perfect for thirsty miss 5 and my little man managed to drink half of his in one sitting & I just popped the rest back in the fridge for him to have with dinner (2 meals & one drink gotta love that!). The small sipper bottles were perfect for my toddler to get his little hands around. Now I don't know about you but I have lovely cream carpet in my place that is not very kid friendly so the fact that they could enjoy flavoured, coloured drinks without me having to worry about them spilling it everywhere was a win win for everyone. They were perfect for the crazy morning rush too just pop up the sipper top and away you go. I have even popped the bottles in the dishwasher to reuse in the kids lunches etc...These would be great for times when you're out & about and want to give your kids something healthier than fizzy drinks or juice. The calci yum yoghurts went down a treat too. Miss 5 chose the triple delight range with berry, vanilla and cookies & cream flavours yum! From a mums point of view I love that you can have different flavours within the 6 pack makes me feel like I'm getting more value for my money for some crazy reason lol. Cookies & cream and berry were the first to get eaten. My toddler enjoyed it so much he hardly took a break while he ate his. Miss 5 finished hers all up too. When I asked miss 5 what she thought of the pop tops and yoghurt she said "a billion thumbs up!" so there you have it!

Thanks Kidspot and Anchor. Three days, two children and the pop tops have proved a hit with my two. An after school treat the first day, lunch the second and well, breakfast this morning. My son in particular found having the pop top allowed him to have his at morning tea and lunchtime. The dairy food are proving handy desert as they both don't like it in their lunches as it can get warm. So I froze one last night and popped it in my sons lunch. Will see this avo if it gets eaten!

Hope we get to try this as if it works a treat will be purchasing this as their weekly shopping treat.

Our children aged 2,5, and 7 love dairy and I love giving it to them! Especially when it is low in sugar, fat and artificial additives. Calci yum pop tops would be fantastic for the older two in their lunch boxes. I so struggle with how to give some protein in their lunch, and these would be perfect, providing some much needed fluid as well. Calci yum dairy food would be great for a quick dessert or afternoon tea. Fingers crossed our family will get chosen to trial these products. They sound great :-)

They would love to participate in this trial.
My daughter is no longer allowed yogart in her lunches-due to an incident in her class a couple of boys made a huge mess out of theirs, so i struggle sometimes to get the balance of dairy/meat/carbs etc in her lunchbox. Popping in a pop top drink would be a good alternative, and less mess. Also these are mroe convienient for our 2 year old, and easy for him to drink.

My daughters are 4 and 18months and the pop top would be easier for the younger one to drink from and make it easier for us as parents to put the rest away and not have to throw half of it away when they have had enough. Will stop spillages with the cool cartons, as children always grip them hard and squirt milk everywhere unless you remember to take a sip first hehe. I am excited for these. I love these, my children love calci yum milk as a treat, they always ask for it when we go shopping :D

Whoever thought of CalciYum in a pop top bottle is genius! My two preschoolers always seem to squeeze the carton just a little too hard when it's full, be no problem with the bottle.

The pop tops wi great for my kids as they always seem to squirt the milk from the cartons and the lip on the bigger bottles is too wide

Omg I love these already! Those little tetra paks are so hard to give the kids on a car journey. Nine times out if ten they have squeezed it and the milk has spilt out the straw!! These are genius!!
My 6 year old & 3 year old would be super excited to try these. I would love to see how they go in Master six's lunch box!!
Thank you for the opportunity to register :)

What a great idea to put sipper tops on them! My 3yr old twins would be great testers. They love drinking milk and will often comment on how they are thirsty when we are in a rush to get out the door. Now I can give them a yummy milkshake treat that is also healthy and not worry about them spilling it over the carseats.

I think the Pop Top flavoured milk would be great for my kids, especially my youngest (15 months), as he's no longer being breastfed but doesn't like yoghurt or cheese, and only takes a few small sips of regular milk before pushing the bottle away! And my eldest (4 years old) would love it as a treat, and I would at least be able to give it to him without too much guilt about him having too much sugar or added flavours etc.
storm213 - 7:57 AM on Wed-24-Oct-2012 reply | message
all 5 my children think these are great i also have to agree with them esp with the younger 2 with the boxs they would squeeze them and we would end up with milk every where these are so great and id love to be picked to trail

What a great idea for all ages I have a 6 yr old and a 5 mth old altho my baby cant drink cows milk yet this is wold be great for my 6 yr old. She loves drinking any type of milk but the fact that it has a sipper top would incourage here even more. It would also stop the mess that you get with the tetrapacs and she sqeezes the carton once the straw is in and makes a mess with it. You also have the option of putting back in the fridge without it making a big mess as it reseals unlike the cartons.
Cazza - 4:32 PM on Mon-22-Oct-2012 reply | message
Finally, a pop top for milk. The cartons are so annoying, my kids grab them and squeeze them, then milk goes everywhere. Also this would make them resealable. Would love to try to see if my children can still make a mess!

What an awesome idea, they will be great for my 6 year old to take to school and out and about with my 17month old, He likes to have a drink when we are out and about but the cartons of calci yum are not suitable for him as he can squeeze them and milk goes everywhere.

Great idea CalciYum.

I think they will be great for my two boys. Especially Mr Two who always squeezes the carton after you've put the straw in, and gets his chocy milk everywhere! I think this idea will be a lot 'cleaner' for us. If that is possible with a 2 year old!

My kids don't like drinking plain milk (they only have it on cereal & added to milo) so I do wonder if they get enough calcium in their diet. These new flavoured milks sound great as I am sure they should take to them being in 3 different flavours. They would also be great to take to school in their lunch. At the moment they just have water but one of my boys particularly never drinks it so must surely be getting dehydrated! I would be delighted if he would drink these at school to get some extra liquid into him as well as calcium! The pop top design also sounds like an excelent idea for reducing risk of spillage.

CacliYum PopTops sound ideal for when you are out and about not needing to be refrigerated. We have tried a milk box of calciYum and while my son loved it, the box was just too big, so a pop top would save wasting any drink especially when we are out. The flavours certainly sound like a winner - especially caramel a favourite of my sons.

Sounds great! We are already converts to Calci-Yum Dairy Food; my 5yo and 2yo aren't big on milk, so we use CYums and cheese to ensure their calcium uptake is good.

The Pop Top product sounds great, eradicates need for a spoon, and is more of an -on-the-go snack, without having to worry about any spills.

Very keen to try it!

Would love to try this out. My daughter's school banned rubbish bins so the kids have to bring their rubbish home. Since then my girl won't take yogurts or dairy foods as if she doesn't eat it all she has to put the container back inher lunchbox and the remnants get on to everything. I have tried putting them in all kinds of plastic tubs but they all seem to leak over the course of the day. She loves milk shakes, yogurts and dairy foods so this could be great for her. Please let us trial this, could be good for all the kids at her school. We can't be the only one with this problem.

These would be great because my kids often drink some and save some for later, so they can just pop the top down and put in the fridge. No worries about it being spilt (which happens more often than not, when the kids squeeze and it comes out the straw).

This is such a BRILLIANT idea! My kids absolutely love CalciYum. I'm no longer able to go to the petrol station without coming back with one each. It's also our special supermarket treat as it's a good nutritious option that also fills them up. Having it in this popup/down lid is sooo much better as they don't need to drink it all in one go and/or accidently spill it out when they accidently squeeze it too hard just holding onto it (referring to the cardboard-style boxes with the straws), or loose the straw and spill it trying to get it out without the straw ... So yes, I am very excited about this new style of packaging!

He loves the standard Calciyum, but I find he squeezes the box, and of course that means milk everywhere! His one year old brother always wants one too, but that ends up being even more mess, so seeing if this contains it would be fantastic! Anything that gets more calcium into their diets! :)

I love that it's a good choice for them, and provides them calcium they need at the same time. With the pop top there'll be no hurry to drink it so fast (or spill it!) and we can use the cute bottle for refills of normal milk at home - win win!!!

We would love to trial this product! My 2 boys (4 and almost 7). We usually buy the box one. But I think this will be even more handy for their lunch box. Because they have a "no rubbish" day at kindy, one time my 4 year old ended up putting his unfinished drink back to his lunch box. I had a not very nice surprise when I opened his bag :) And sometimes when they get too excited they end up squeezing too hard and making a mess all over the floor or even worst, the carpet. So we would really love to try this new Anchor CalciYum Pop Tops.

Oooohhh yes please - would love to trial these...these would be not only great for my kids but also for their little bit of an ocd neatfreak mother (ease of use, easily see how much left in the bottle, no spills the minute you give it to them as they squeeze the box, easy to save remainder for later, better on the go drink ie in car, out and about, lid great so if at beach can store and know that no sand will get on it)

We love CalciYum! We love CalciYum! Our family is a big fun of trying CalciYum. My little boy is a 2.5 years old crazy runner. He jumps, climbs, chases and runs to everything and everywhere. He enjoys indoor and outdoor actives at this age. Even though daddy is a big 6 feet 2 tall man, my boy’s size is only under 25% of length and 20% of weight. We’re trying to give him the best nutrition to help him grow bigger and taller. Calcium takes a huge percentage to help him. That’s a reason we like CalciYum indeed. Plus, I choose high calcium dairy products for myself too as I’m pregnant of 28 weeks. I believe good amount of calcium helps my unborn baby’s development.

We used to buy the old style CalciYum for him. He loves to drink it. The problem is he couldn’t finish it sometime so it ended up to the waste bin as there’s no seal to keep it fresh in the fridge. On the other hand, kids at his age love to squeeze or pour the container and make a big mess on the floor. I always need to keep an eye on him or pour the milk to a container so he can drink it properly. The new pop top design will solve these problems we had I believe. Also, it helps monitor how much to drink and how much left. It will encourage him to finish his yummy yummy.

We’re so keen to trial this design. Please select us :-)) xoxoxoxoxo

What makes these bottles even better is that I would be able to put flavoured milk into these bottles and my children would be none the wiser and gulp it down.

Our mornings are always in a rush, so pop-top would mean that at least my daughter can have her milk in the car. There are times, when I skip her morning milk because we are getting late. I feel guilty and try to compensate by giving her milk in the evening but of course the importance of having milk in the morning out weights the later.

My kids don't get to have anything other than water or plain milk very often, so flavoured milk is a huge treat for them. I'd love for them to have the chance to try something that they can have a little bit of at a time and keep some for later as it is very unusual for them to be able to get through a whole drink in one sitting! My eldest is notorious for making a mess of his lunchbox so it would be really useful for him to be able to reseal it. I love the idea that even though it is a treat they do get calcium and protein to help their growing bodies!

I have a toddler who won't drink milk so we have to find alternatives to ensure her calcium intake is enough. I do use therefore the flavoured milk cartons but she often doesn't drink it all so I have half drunk cartons in the fridge ... hence this trail sounds really appealing and perfect for our little one.

We would love to trial Anchor CalciYum Pop Tops. They look great for the lunchbox. It's always difficult to find a good lunchbox protein that the children actually like and the school allows. My children's school seem to have large queues at the drinking fountains so it would be a good way to be sure they bother to drink as well. Not needing refridgeration is a fantastic bonus for busy parents rushing children around their activities and needing to keep lunchboxes and snacks healthy and safe.

What a brilliant idea! My son never finishes his drink in one go and the cartons are a pain to put somewhere, especially in the car! I always get worried that it will get squished and squirt milk everywhere! I love the fact he could drink and then push the lid down and not have to worry! Also so much better to open, as when my son puts the straw in the cartons he squeezes it at the same time and some of the milk comes out the top! We would love to give these a go for sure! Thanks.

I would love to try the new pop tops as my son who has just turned 2 finds the other milk drinks a bit hard to drink and a lot of the drink ends up down the front of his shirt!!

I have a 4year old that is forever squeezing her milk boxes by accident which can be quite messy especially in the car lol, Little miss 4 also likes to save some in the fridge for later which would be much nice having it in a closeable bottle. I am so glad Caci Yum have created pop top milks!!!

That sounds like such a great idea pop top milk. This woul be a hit in our house with my little ones a 5 yr old and 18 months. Love that it can be stored so wld b easy to grab on the way out the door for a day outing. Would love to trial this in our house.

My daughter tried the pink one, Im sure she wanted it because it had a fancy lid! the bottles are quite handy though for the littlies

Would be great to be able to try as a dinner time special drink treat for my 2 1/2 year old boy - and have the added calcium benefits.

No more squeezing fountains of milk over herself and the carseat with a Pop Top CalciYum!!!!
tallsonn - 1:49 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
We would love to try these as my son loves CalciYum but dislikes mess so he is not a fan of the boxed drink with straws as if he squeezes the box too hard the milk squirts out of the straw! Also he is never able to finish the drink and whats left often gets thrown out so the pop top bottles sound great for both mess and storage.
ChristineC - 1:45 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
My little girl ( 18 months) has decided to stop eating yoghurt and cheese so this would be perfect to try to see if she will have it and boost her calcium intake.
I also havea hubby who likes to try new products and loves flavoured milk lol.

wow would be great to get its a GREAT idea the new pop tops as the straws It usually goes everywhere (esp with toddlers that are learning to drink reg bottles) and travelling

We have tried all flavors of this Anchor CalciYum.They are delicious except Banana. This was one of the first lunch box fillers i had bought and both my daughter and I were delighted we discover it.We still indulge in it now n then but as with every other product this is too getting pricey."It will be great to try it out again.
amy - 1:04 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 1year old and they are definately into milky products. It would be great to try Calciyum to see how they like it as they need so much calcium! The pop top lid would be really helpful because they will not drink a huge amount at once - being only small themselves. Both of them could manage drinking out of this type of lid. Thanks for this opportunity to trial!

My daughter loves milk and pink, she would be an awesome reviewer for the strawberry milk :-)
Resse - 12:57 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
We would love to review this! My kids all love the calciyum range, but we don't like the fact that you have to drink it all in one go! The pop tops sound very cool! Great idea!

YES PLEASE KIDSPOT!!
These would be great for my son to trial as they sound so convenient with the pop top, My son could just have a drink and then save the rest for later or would be very handy if we go out for the day, no more mess with the straw. They sound great with not having to be refrigerated would be perfect for day drips to Nana's and when we go camping/bush walks. Also a bonus that they carry the heart tick and have calcium in them!!
druryl - 12:54 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
These would be great for my 3-year old as she love sippy bottles and they are much less mess. She loves flavoured milk but tends to spill the other bottles and cartons - these look great.
joski86 - 12:49 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
this would save so much mess which means this could be the perfect drink for long trips or anywere really without the stress of someone squeezing it all over themselves! please let us review this! amazing idea :o)

My 16mth old daughter refuses to drink milk or formula of any sort, its a bit of a worry because she needs the calcium, she loves drinking water from a pump bottle so maybe she might drink this milk. We would love to try these

I have an 11 year old who is very fussy about food and drink, and I noticed these in the supermarket the other day and she said to me "can I have those" and I though to myself....will they get wasted like the other drinks that I have purcahsed? so if I had the chance to trial for you then she may be a "converted fan" and they would fit perfectly in her lunch box and maybe my 18 month old could try "flavoured milk" for the first time. Thanks.
SteviRay - 12:46 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
My 2 boys(3 Years, and 1 and a half years) love flavoured milk, but buying it in those little boxes always results in 1 or both squeezing the box and spilling it everywhere. As we have just brought a new car milk has been banned as it is so hard to get out of the seats. This would allow them to get their daily calcium and still be able to go and do things in the car.
mumof2boys1girl - 12:43 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
They would be PERFECT for my boys aged 5 and 8 because they arent morning eaters at all. However, when a flavoured milk is waved around... they guzzle it and are satisfied! Would stop the arguing of 'eat your toast' or 'eat your cereal'!!
amyr - 12:39 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
In the car on trips the kids love to have drinks just like mum and dads and drinks with sipper lids are just perfect. Its great to know they are getting the extra calcium they need for strong bones and it helps that they just love the taste so I dont have to force them to drink it!
TheBestNest - 12:38 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
Flavoured milk is def an in-the-car favourite in our house also, from the straw insertion explosion, to the squeeze it too hard overflow I cannot tell you how much I LOVE the idea of a resealable Pop Top!
GoMummyJo - 12:29 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message

The stars have aligned, dreams have come true!

Pocket always chooses a milk drink when we go out (in fact, I'm surprised we don't have shares in Calci-Yum by now lol), but then can't finish it, so if we're in the car we get milk splatters from the straw usually as she tries in vain to poke the carton into the seat pocket. Fingers crossed for no more milk splatters!
shellcruise - 12:28 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
Have a 3 year old who only really drinks water so this would be a nice change for her - she could have while I am breastfeeding my baby so she feels like she getting special milk also.
muppetsmama - 12:26 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
a MASSIVE yes please!!! My kids (2 and 4) love to drink the anchor flavoured milk as a treat, but they never finish the carton with the straw and I often end up having to throw it away. Another problem is that little miss 2 tends to *squeeze* the carton and milk goes everywhere...and you know how awesome that smells when it dries....!
kazza - 12:25 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
I love the idea of a 'pop top'. I don't know how many times my daughter has had drinks in a cardboard container with a straw inserted & she squeezes the container & the drink is from here to africa!!!!! I think the 'pop top' is an up to date idea.....most kids drink bottles are like this these days. Would love to trial this one as my daughter doesn't drink plain milk only flavoured......has been fussy on milk right from day one... thanks
lynleyg - 12:20 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
I would love to trial these. The pop top sounds like it would be great for the kids while out and about or at school where they get distracted from finishing their drink before playing :) No more messy half empty cartons - yay!
SP - 12:19 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
The pop top flavored milk would be awesome for my daughter to try. She used to love milk but I struggled to get her to drink it now. Perhaps the fun packaging and flavour would help. I particularly like the idea of not keeping refrigerated and resealing while drinking. This would be perfect to have in my bag for car trips or weekends away rather than buying little bottles of refrigerated milk & trying to get her to drink in one go.
anahera - 12:19 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message

Yay! No trying to do the straw thing anymore and squeezing the box and spilling it!! Would love to try these!! My kids love milk drinks, but cant always finish the traditional boxes at one time! This is a great idea!! the kids can keep it with them and I know that it wont spill all through the house or car!! Well done!! One of my children isnt a big eater, so I do try and prompt the milk drinks after a meal etc to try n boost her daily intake!
kiwimel - 12:19 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
My two girls are milk lovers and would drink it all day if I allowed. Our one treat from the supermarket used to be a carton of chocolate milk to drink on the way home, but now that they are both at school we dont get to go through that weekly ritual anymore. Like "imamum", both have always struggled with the straws and the concept of NOT squeezing the carton at the same time. A pop top would be extra handy to save those half drinks, not leaking in their backpacks, and not squirting throughout the car! It would also be the perfect opportunity to get them to try the other flavours available ....they'll choose chocolate every time otherwise!
eddie - 12:17 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
My kids make a fuss to drink milk. I think with these great flavours and the easy / interesting to open pop top will make them less fussy. (Pop top) someone should have thought about them earlier.
Cheekybabes - 12:17 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
This is a great idea! Pop Top drink bottles are so much easier for little kiddies to handle and provide so much less spills for mums to deal with! The added bonus of this milk getting a good chunk of calciyum into them is awesome. I would love to trial this product, PLEASE!! :-)
cassara - 12:17 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
These look like a great invention! Hopefully gone are the days of those hideous cartons. Having three growing kids milk is always high on my list of nutrition for their growing bodies. I was never keen on cartons. The kids had trouble opening them, and then found they had to drink the whole thing in one go as the carton is not re-sealable. With busy kids that are hard to keep still at the best of times, something like this would be great! And they could re-use the bottle afterwards for their water!
kala - 12:11 PM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
Wow what a great idea! I love that they have so much calcium in them and the pop top sounds excellent and much more user friendly than the usual straw through the tiny hole arrangement. My son loves drinking milk so would be interested to see what he thinks of these. And for myself, an easy nutritional boost for my child that I can throw in my bag on the way out the door sounds awesome.
imamum - 11:50 AM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
Mr 3 always has trouble opening the straw and inserting it into the tetra pak so I think pop tops will work well. This way they can close it save some for later instead of wasting (or spilling what is left in the carton). Great idea!

My three year old daughter loves milk. As soon as she opens her eyes she says "milk" with a twinkle in her eye even before she says good morning or have woken up properly. It would be great if I can pop one of these in her hands and get her to get ready for the day without having to mix up milk and strawberry/chocolate flavour before I can get her to do anything. She would be a great critic as she has so much milk!

these woudl be great for my busy kids on the go!! please pick us. they are great with pop up tops and lids so no waste until they've finished, then recycle and hopefully no spills in the car etc. my kids live a flavoured milk after school to refuel and carry on with afetr school activities. these would be awesome!! :)

My kids love CalciYum and it is always a treat for when we do the groceries (if they behaved). Love the idea of a pop top as Master 5 always seems to spill his by squeezing the box too hard and if they don't finish the box straight away then it usually falls over in the car and I end up having to clean the seats again. Would love to trial these and I think the kids would too. Thanks.
jopukeko - 11:47 AM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
The kids would love to try these. I have often wondered why it doesn't come in a pop top. It will be so much easier for the littlies to drink.

We buy a 6pk of another Strawberry Liquid Breakfast each week, and I hate the amount that is consumed due to the Sugar. After Looking at the New range of Calci Yum Pop Tops its great because of the bottle and they will drink it, as well as the calci yum is per 250ml only 8.4 in carb and sugar compared to the other brand I just pulled out of the fridge which is carb 30g and sugar 19.0 thats a huge difference. I would love to see if they notice the difference if the pop tops were sitting in fridge

I would love to try these! My kids love milk, but make a mess with cartons and the youngest (2) can't drink out of a bottle without it going all down her front!!! Pop tops will make it so much easier!!!

Would love to trial this for my son who thinks he is now to big for sippy cups but yet I feel he is still too little for big boy cups as he still spills his milk everywhere!! Plus he lives on ONLY (and I'm serious) milk and sandwiches and that's all so it would be great to see him try something new. He would be a tough reviewer but I'm sure he'd love it!!
nummabear - 11:29 AM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
oh my son loves drinking out of bottles like it, i think theyre good because bottles like this we recycle them once theyre empty for water bottles or craft activities, my boy also doesnt like the ones with the straw as he just keeps pulling the straw out and tipping it up and drinks out of the hole! but he loves his milk and we would love to review the new calci yum packaging for you! thanks heaps :)

I think this would be a great drink to review with my kids, the small milk carton that they usually get with the straw are so hard for htem to use, they always end up squeezing them and end up covered in milk. We would love to try these and see how they are with them. Thankyou very much, :-)
steff - 11:06 AM on Tue-9-Oct-2012 reply | message
These would be great. No milk going everywhere because the can't resist blowing bubbles, or squeezing the carton. With the pop top you don't have to finish it in one go, so no spillage in the car or if you are out and about.

Would love to try this I dont buy it very often as my 4 year old never drinks a full carton, so it gets wasted. This would be handy when we are running late for day care as she could take it with her, as I won't let her take the carton in the car.

My son loves flavoured milk but rarely finishs it all in one sitting a resealable lid so can go back in the fridge is a great addition. I would much rather give the kids flavoured milk than any high in sugar juices or fizzy drinks, these would also be great when out and about.

This Anchor CalciYum is my kids' favourite flavoured milk and it would be great to try the new pop top lids as when you buy it in the box they have to drink it all at once and can't save any. I think this would be really handy for the kids so they can take them to school or in the car and be safe knowing that it isn't going to spill and it sounds easier for them to open and close by themselves.

Once upon a time i thought i would be a great mummy and give miss Riley a yummy strawberry calciyum milk box - with the straw..... I gave it to her in the car and she was drinking away, all of a sudden i heard a squeal and saw a shot of milk fly into the air. I pulled over to take a look, took a deep breath drove home and scrubbed the car, carseat and Riley. I think the poptops would be great for Riley - who doesnt seem to know her own strength when it comes to milk/juice boxs :)

Wow! great idea!! My son would love these!! :) I actually saw them advertised the other day & thought of buying some, so trialling them would be great!! :) He loves the the milk in the little boxes with a straw, so I know he'd love them in a drink-bottle even more!!! :) Great idea for kids & for Mum's too, as sometimes when my son's only drunk half the milk box, I cant put it in my handbag when out as it'll spill, so having a bottle would be easier, as can pop it in the fridge when we get home to save the rest for later!

I have 5 children that would all love to try the Anchor pop top calci yum milk But .This would be great for miss 4 as she allways manages to squeeze the box and spill the milk so having a top that she can push up and down to get the milk out will be a lot more easier for her. And she will now not have to drink it all at once having the pop tops on the bottle. The bottle will all so be easier for miss 2 to drink out of then a carton was as it will be easier for her to hold on to

We would like to trial the new Anchor CalciYum Pop Tops flavoured milk. (Our girls have already pointed them out at the supermarket! They like the look of the bottle and have asked to try them.) I think they will be great because they're a healthy dairy treat in a hopefully child friendly easier to open and less messy container that is easy to transport and restore in the fridge if it's not all drunk.
