We are still happily playing with this toy after 3 weeks. My only downside is the lid does not secure fully. Apart from this toy is a hit with both 2 year old and 3 year old. Thanks for letting us try this out. Well done Leap Frog looking forward to starting Xmas shopping for your other great products :))

My 2.5 year old would be great to trial this product he loves to sing and dance and is just learning the alphabet so I know this product would be worthwhile and get a good trial from him.

My little boy (nearly 4) would enjoy this immensely. he played with the original version at a friends place and it was difficult to get him to stop playing it as we had to attend an appointment!

We are loving this! Miss 30months can play with it and learn by herself while I am feeding the baby. The sound is very clear and she copies it well. Coming with batteries was fantastic! I love that the vowels are a different color, that will definitely be the next step from phonics.
I really appreciate that the ABC song is slower and the L M N O P exaggerated rather then running them altogether.
The only thing I would change slightly would be that she plays with the removable lid on her knee whereas it might be better if it sat on the container, but because there are no grooves to make it a little stiff the lid gets removed everytime you pull a on a letter. Overall a big thumbs up on this toy - will continue to rave about it to everyone!

We are still enjoying using this toy. Thanks. Our nearly 2yr old enjoys listening to the songs and loves tipping out the letters. The 4yr old is enjoying the ABC song and and loves repeating the letter names and sounds. Our special needs child has learnt some of the letter names and sounds which is really great. This is the best product that I have come across that teaches both the letter name and sound together. I have also successfully used it to teach another child his vowels. (They are all red) I am truely impressed with this toy. You can use it anywhere and you don't have to have a computer with you. I am recommending it to many parents .Thanks again for this wonderful teaching toy.

THANKS sooooo much Planet Fun and Leap Frog.... our Alphabet Factory Phonics arrived and we were soooo excited we opened straight away. It was nice surprise that it came so fast and that it had batteries already in it, that was a HUGE bonus to us. I counted out the letters and noticed that we had 2x letter Z and no letter R so we contacted Julie and she then contacted Planet Fun who really stepped up to the mark and replaced it super fast :) we love playing the ABC song over and over, and pushing letters into the factory to hear the sounds. So easy to learn new sounds and letters as my toddler is slowly getting there and needs lots of encouragement and guidance. The sounds are very clear and easy for little ones to understand, however I think if there was a small lock or clip where you could lock the factory pad onto the container so all the letters dont come spilling out would be a huge plus. As they can easy get tipped over and make a bit of a mess and easy lose letters. The only other thing I would have of liked if the container wasnt so hard and noisy as they letters can create a loud, sharp grinding noise... that is very small critique we have. Other wise this Leap Frog Development Toy is AWESOME and we will defiantly be buying more of Leap Frog and have done with our younger daughter. Learning should be FUN FUN FUN and we find that Leap Frog comes through every time for young learning.... Keep up the great work Leap Frog you guys ROCK for early child development.... :) :)

It was a pleasent surprise to recieve this toy. My 3 year old daughter loves it and she enjoys showing her just turned 2 year old how to use it. It is amazing to watch your children develop thier letters and alphabet before your very eyes. As mentioned by another reviewer the lid not fitting tight causes us the same issue of been tipped everywhere. I like also that the letters sound clear and easier to hear than other toys we have tried. Will write more once used for a few more days. :))

The children are still loving playing with it, and my daughter (2y9m) is getting the hang of using it by herself as well as enjoying me playing with her. The main problem we have is because the lid doesn't attach at all - just sits inside the bucket - which means her younger brother is having great fun tipping all the letters everywhere!

This is a great toy for all ages i have 5 children and even my 11 and 13 year old liked it as they even sang the alphabet along with miss 2 and 4 and 8 so having the older ones helping the younger ones they had more fun. I like that the sounds of the letters are very clear and are easy to under stand. miss 4 and 2 like to take it in the car so as we drive they say the the alphabet and the sounds.its great that you can take it any wear you go and having the case with a handle is good as its easy to hold and all the pieces do not fall out and its great for keeping it all together. . Wow, This is a great toy. I am so impressed with it .I am delighted at the way that it tells you BOTH the name AND the sound of each letter giving you the name and then the sound. Other systems that I have tried don't have both . I have been teaching for years and have never found a "toy" as good as this for teaching the letter sounds and letter names. I also like the fact that the vowels are all the same colour (red). I thought that the pronunciation was very clear as well. It is very user friendly.I will write a further review after we use it some more. I am looking forward to seeing the progress that I am predicting our 8yr old special needs child will make . using this.Thanks again for giving us this toy to reveiw.

Leapfrog's Factory Phonics set arrived a few days ago and my daughter of two years old hasn't stopped carrying around her bucket of letters! From the moment we opened the box she has been engrossed with fitting each one into the slot and listening to the sound it makes. At first I thought she would get bored of this, but the combination of the different colours of the letters, the challenge of fitting each letter into the 'factory, and the little songs that play have kept her thoroughly entertained!! (So many different things to learn!). I was impressed by the durability of the toy - Jessie had two friends around to play and they were all giving it a go - some of the children stepped on the letters, but none broke. It is really good quality and will last the next baby too! I liked the fact that the console part could be taken off the bucket so that it can carried separately (we actually took only three letters with us along with the console for a couple of car trips and I didn't hear a squeak from her in the back as she concentrated on her new toy.) It is lightweight and definitely a great option for travel. We'll be taking it along on our next trip to SA as its just the perfect size to pop into a bag and will keep Jessie happily entertained on the stop-overs. She seems so pleased with herself as she learns each letter and she has chosen a couple of favourites too. I like the fact that she feels she is accomplishing something with this toy. I do have to keep an eye on the letter pieces though so that we don't lose any. It is wonderful to have a toy that sings songs that don't drive one crazy. The voice and pronunciation on the Leapfrog Factory Phonics is really pleasant and clear - and not too loud! After 15 mins with her new toy, Jessie started copying the sounds and today she actually remembered a number of them so I was REALLY impressed. Its such a fun way for children to learn the letters of the alphabet and I'm absolutely thrilled to have found such a great educational toy. I'll certainly be buying more Leapfrog learning products (especially as I'm suffering with really bad morning sickness and its just fantastic to have my little one happily entertained on her own). Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to trial Leapfrog's Factory Phonics - I would certainly recommend this product to other moms!!!!

What an incredible toy! My two year old LOVES his phonics set and has been taking it everywhere to show all his friends.
We opened the box and right away he worked out how to change the letters and what buttons to push by the time daddy got home that evening he was singing “ABCD” We have had the Leapfrog Phonics set for 5 days now, my son can now remember through to H without any prompting. to say I am impressed is an understatement! I have always loved Leapfrog toys but this phonics set takes it up to another level. Thank you so much Kidspot for the opportunity to trial this toy, this one is getting a 10 out of 10 from me!

We've had a few days of playing and I'm not sure whos enjoying it more, my 2 yr old or my 5 yr old. Jared (5) loves practicing what he is learning at school and showing Caleb (2) the sounds and letters. Caleb is enjoying putting the letters into the slot and singing ABC. He does it over, and over, and over, and over and .... You get my point, I'm sure.

For me, I love that it is not too loud and they can play with it, quietly, in the corner. Though with 2 boys it doesn't stay quiet for long. Its going to be a well used toy in our house.

In my opinion this is a brilliant learning tool, and while Caleb is enjoying it, I think he is a little bit young to appreciate the toy completely. I would recommend it for 3 yrs and up to get the full benefit, but for the price ($19.95 approx) it is a fantastic gift for any child!

Our one arrived today! Thank you so much! It arrived on the perfect day! I'm sick as a dog and it has kept my son occupied all day! I couldn't get it out of the box fast enough for him. He loves the ABC song, he's almost figured out which way around the tiles go but loves listening to the sounds of the letters and is starting to mimic the sounds already. I love the way the ABC song is a bit slower and clearer, usually they sing so quickly! It looks like he's going to learn a lot from this toy! I think we'll have the alphabet covered in no time!

My daughter was very excited to receive this in the mail. She is 2 years 9 months, and both her and her 1yr 9month old brother have enjoyed pushing the buttons on it. I'm not overly keen on listening to them pushing the same buttons over and over! But in saying that I can appreciate how clearly the song and the letters sound for the children (especially being an ex early childhood teacher) My daughter is really into her alphabet, but sometimes runs the letters together in the alphabet song, so listening to this should make it clearer!

So excited to have been picked to review this!
I have to say my first thought when the courier delivered it was "man I hope this isn't one of those over the top high pitched loud toys" - My daughter was straight into pushing the A and listening to what was happening. She is 2yrs 7mths and had just started walking about the house singing A B C, A B C, A B C.
Since it arrived on Friday morning she has been playing with it, investigating how it works, what the letters are etc. Within a few minutes of using it she was repeating the letter names which amazed me! She has since settled on W as a favourite letter :)
I also have 8 year old twin boys and they have loved sitting down with her teaching her letters - and have even played a few times by themselves! One of my boys has had ear issues which have impacted on his speech and hearing - I wish I had of had one of these when he was having the major issues and some intense therapy to help him. I am hoping that the LeapFrog letter Factory Phonics will help him with the last few letters that he is having issues with - and with him being so eager to help teach his little sister I think this will happen without him even knows :)
Overall this has been a fantastic toy to review, and I can't wait to keep using it with my daughter as she grows and learns.
I also showed the letter factory phonics to my Mum who is a teacher, she loves it as well her only comment was that because it is produced in America, the speech has an American "accent" which means the sounds the A makes is slightly different to how it is pronounced in NZ.
Looks to me like another fantastic "toy" from LeapFrog

Oh wow can only say what a pleasure it is to review this .Miss two who tries to sing the alphabet but stumbles on a few letters has had the best time with this.It is easy to use and the child easily pick up the letter sounds by the sounding and singing.Already she has repeated correctly a couple of letters.Older sister has had fun helping her and singing along.Can see it been a fun way to learn sounding of each letter and something they can play alone or with a adult .When something is interesting and fun its easier to learn.Like the fact it packs away safely also and can be taken with you on hoilday for example or to nannas.

My boy is 3 in a couple of weeks and has a speech delay which is coming ahead with speech therapy. He is an intellegent boy and is just doing things in his own time. He likes to sit back and observe things being done before having a try. This Leapfrog letter factory phonics would allow him to use it without disruption while helping him recognise sounds.

Oooh! I would love to win one of these! I have 3 daughters, aged 8, 3 and 9 months. When my oldest was little, she had a set of LeapFrog magnetic letters which we kept on the fridge. She LOVED them. Now my 3 year old is getting interested in books and letters, and I think she'd benefit from this. :o)

I have a 4 year old and a 6 year old. My 4 year old knows the alphabet song but still get's confused when asked which letter is which. He has also undergone speech therapy. He had some problems sounding some letters. His speech is developing but still need constant reminder of how some letter sounds (eg f, s, t, g) I think he will benefit well if we get to try the letter factory, it sounds fun and exciting which is what he really needs so he doesn't get bored. It might help me get him on track before he starts school.

I have a 21 month old who is well into the inqusitive stage and whom I am trying to teach French (plus good intentions with spanish) anything I could use for letters shapes and colours would be fantastic. I also have a little one due very very shortly and as this says from all ages it would be fantastis to use this with them together as a learning, sharing and fun tool.

one is prob a lil older at 9 yrs
but she has a almost 15 months thats just starting to learn colopurs shapes and letters :) so would be perfect for him
and i look after a few lil ones from 2-7 as well so would be well used :)

My Children and 6 and 4 My son that is 3.5 would be a fantastic toy tester for these, he has trouble pronouncing words properly and my daughter who is 6 has been having speech therapy at school, so these would be fantastic to help encourage him to pronounce things and see if they benefit him so he is better prepared for school

My kids aged 13, boy, 6, girl and twins 4, boy and girl would make great toy testers because of the time they play with toys and love trying new products that come out on the market. Being diffrent ages gives different opinons which is neat and seeing different ways they play and treat toys.

SaiahP is 2 years old and already tries to sing the alphabet song as I guess lots of toddlers do... he is a bit slower than our big boy to start talking and for the most part he speaks his own language.<br>Lately though he is trying to form words more and more and is starting to sing along and uses some of the correct words. I think this would be a great tool and a fun way for him to learn his alphabet!<br> Even if we are not chosen, I'd be keen to read the reviews as it sounds like a great Xmas gift for him too!

We love the leapfrog range. I look out for their new products & have bought a number of items not available in NZ. My nearly 3 yr old daughter enjoys them & is currently becoming more familiar with the alphabet so this would be a great fun way for her to learn more :)

My niece and nephew are 2.5 and could not be more different! Miss 2 is really into learning and Mr 2...not so much. Mr 2 would rather push cars around etc then problem solve as he gets easily frustrated. So it would be interesting to see if something like this can capture his attention and provide enough stimulation for him to actually give it a go and see that he is capable! Miss 2 is very articulate and can easily communicate if she does/doesn't like something and why...so both would be fantastic testers for different reasons, and you get two for the price of one!

This would get an awesome trial in my house! My 4 year old would love this as she is really into trying to learn her letters at the moment but aswell as my own 4 kids I have 2 other littlies that I look after full time and I think the almost 2 year old in particular would love this too. Thius looks like a great fun way to get the kids playing with an educational toy!

my 4 year old and 1 year old spend alot of time playing with toys but my 4 year old is very picky when dose come to toys he will tell you when he dose not like and why...with my 1 year old these will help him learn a little bit more

My 3yo son is asking to learn to read, and he is doing great with remembering the words on the page, but he is still not confident enough with his alphabet to be reading yet, every little bit helps and these would be a great addition to his learning tools.

Our Little Miss is almost 3 years old and we are always looking for ways to encourage her learning through play, hence why we have so many leap frog products. We love the brand and what they offer children. I have not heard of this one yet until it was on Kidspot. Miss almost 3 would love to be a toy tester because she is showing such an interest in both letters and numbers at the moment and we are trying to foster that as much as we can and in as many ways as we can. Plus it would be nice for her to have something for her , as her brand new baby has just arrived and you know how it is baby arrives and everyone comes to see bubs with presents. She is very good and seems to be very accepting of this but I think she would really benefit with a toy to keep her distracted, and what better way then being a toy tester for the letter factory phonics. I really really hope little Miss gets picked but if not I am looking forward to the responses. Thanks Kidspot for a great opportunity to be a reviewer fantastic product as always.

My daughter is 3 1/2 and is learning the sounds and names of letters. She loves music and it would be great to have an activity that she can do on her own that incorporates music and learning.

My little man turned 2 in June and he is already wanting to play on his sisters toys so I know he'd love to try this.
I honestly don't think you can ever start too early with learning and LeapFrog is a name you can trust

my youngest son has not long turned four. He's starting to identify some of the letters and words in the books we read so is at just the right stage for this kind of learning. I think he's make a superb tester for you as he's a very articulate little boy. He'd be able to provide a comprehensible (and probably funny) child's voice about the product. I imagine his big brothers would want a go, and have something to say about it too.

My 3 year old is like a sponge learning as much as she can currently. She is particularly interested in letters and spelling all our names. Practice is definitely the key plus keeping it fun so this would be FANTASTIC for her. Please pick us!

My 3 year old would be a great toy tester - she loves trying new things and tells me which toys she likes and doesn't like. This toy would be especially beneficial to her as she is starting to learn the alphabet but can't get past a b c, I'd love to help her learn the rest of the letters.

I would absolutely LOVE to test this toy, my 2.5 year old son is just starting to try and learn the alphabet and the fact that the LeapFrog Letter Factory Phonics are singing letters it perfect for him - he adores singing and we often make up songs to get him to learn things.

Also my 15 month old daughter is into everything my son is doing and no doubt introducing her to this would be really beneficial to get her to start learning early on!

We love LeapFrog toys and would love to have the chance to test this one!

I have 3 boys aged 6, 4 and 8 months. I think my 4 year old would benefit alot from the LeapFrog Letter Factory Phonics. He will be at school in a years time and it would be a great pre-school learning experience for him as he tends to get bored with the toys we have at home as none of them are as educational as this. He is a real hands-on learner and I think he would learn from this better than from one dimensional, uninteractive books and games.

This looks like a fantastic product, my 2 year old has just started to be interested in letters and i have started pointing out what we see in the world around her. She is at an age where she is starting to be able to stay focused on short co-operative games and am looking to see if this product is good for this. We have many other little ones visiting us and I would like to be able to share an educational co-operative game which encourages a range of both social and educational skills. Thanks for the opportuntiy to participate.

My daughter is 20 months and loves her alphabet books and saying her vowels. It would be perfect to be able to have something that we can take with us as carting around books is a bit of a pain. It would also be awesome to share with my coffee group as there are kids of different ages there and they would all enjoy playing with this.

My son has just turned 4 and has just started to want to learn about letter like his big sister! This sounds like a great tool that would encourage him to enjoy learning in a fun way. Also I like how you can hear the letters and well as see them, my son is very much an audio rather than a visual kid so would suit perfectly!

Hi :) My daughter is 2 months off from turning 4. she is so keen to learn she always trying to read things and writes her own name. Ive been looking for something that will help her with her alphabet and reading and writing. this would be perfect! I am vision impaired so having something audible that can use with her would be fantastic for aiding me to teach her as well!

My little girl really enjoys using my laptop to play ABC games on the internet but I always worry that since I use my laptop for my business she'll delete or change something important by accident. My daughter is a little over 3.5 years and very interested in books at the moment. She pretends to "read" them making up her own story. She recognizes most upper case letters but has trouble with lower case ones! She loves music and enjoys repetition. If this set has lower case letters, I know she'd be very interested to learn to identify them and so we'd love to try them out for you.

My daughter Zoey turned 4 in June and really keen to learn at the moment. I haven't managed to find anything yet to help teach her her letter and sounds - She can recognise her numbers so letters are definitely the next big thing that she needs to accomplish. Mr 3 would love this. He loves learning and this would make letters and words fun! The phonics part particularly, as some letters he can recognize easily (the whole 3 in his name) but the rest he's unsure of and as to what sounds the make. This would really help connecting the sound each letter makes at the same time being able to sight that letter. Also something he could sit happily and do on his own or with mum or dad

My son Jaxon is nearly 3 and has just started to show a real interest in the alphabet song, words, letters, books and colours - He is forever asking "What is this letter?" "Whats this word?" etc etc - My son loves to learn and I think he would really love to test this product for Planet Fun / Leap Frog - And as a Mum I love Leap Frog toys I love that they are educational and fun - We are starting to get quite a collection now :-)

My Lil Girl turns 3 soon & has had her Leapfrog Basic Letters on the Fridge since she started crawling.She would sit there putting them in the base and would mimic the sounds.. we moved and the removalist lost some of her toys including this! It would be fantastic to try it and see if she still remembers her letters!!

My four year old son has a great imagination, he will always try and find 'different' ways to play with toys and never tires of them eg a toy car instantly becomes a jet fighter or a ufo. My two year old daughter is now learning how to count and singing the alphabet, she learns a lot from television but is now wanting to be 'hands on' with play time. eg grabbing coloured blocks and tellling me their shape and colour. They would both learn a lot from the Leapfrog Letter Factory Phonics.

this looks like an awesome product! I love the idea of the fridge phonics but don't like the kids playing in the kitchen especially since our fridge is right next to our oven :-( This portable version would be great to have. My 4 year old is so interested in letters and their sounds at the moment and this product would help ready him for school. His 8 year old brother could help him. I like the idea that he can play with it anywhere even take it on holiday :-)

My son would be perfect for this as he is just starting to understand the concept of letters and numbers and has just started counting to three. He also knows what he likes and will give his honest opinion. He will be assisted with this job by his big brother who is six who is trying to teach his brother how to count and his 12 year old sister who loves to read and sing with him. As a preschool teacher I think I could find heaps of ways to interact with my son using this toy so please pick us. Also I always review a product after I try it :)

I have recently resigned to become a stay at home self employed mom. I have 3 kids ages 7, 6 and 2. My little boy turned 2 in June, and loves things with sounds. He is crazy about the phonics/words app on my ipad, as well as the fridge magnets in the kitchen. He also loves the little Einstein and have memorized their 'song' - I think this family would be awesome at 'testing' the Letter Factory Phonics, as Jean Pierre and I engage in music-learning quite a bit. I'm pretty sure his older sisters will help 'test' and be keen to spend time 'teaching' their little brother. (on top of it, they are quite opinionated - and would be able to give honest and 'reliable' reviews with no bias despite having their own leap pads :P) :)

My son, aged almost 2, LOVES looking a letters. He is more excited by the titles at the end of the TV programme than the programme itself. He enjoys seeing how words are made up and points to his own name whenever he sees it.
He would be a great tester of the durability of the product as everything still goes in the mouth or bashed together.

I would love this for my son.. In my husbands family the child have a health issue which means they don't speak till a lot older.. my husband was 5 before he could speak.. we have worked really hard with our son and got him to start speaking at about 2 1/2 and he is now 3 1/2 and has just started to really get into learning, he wants to learn songs, letters and his name etc.. cos all the other kids at kindy can do this. We have the fridge phonics for our 15 months old and she loves it and doesn't let her brother even have a chance with it, she walks around the house dancing to it and I think it's really helping with her speech.. so it would be amazing for them to both have something to help them

I would do anything to be part of this trial! My 2 1/2 year old is very bright and while she knows the alphabet we are working daily on her phonetics and she is attempting to write and learn the order of the letters in her own name. Encouraging her and keeping her learning fun is always the highest priority! New toys always go down a treat, one that stimulates her mind is a very important bonus!

My 5 year old would love to trial these, we have a friend who has the fridge phonics and she says they are great for her daughter who is at school who is learning to read and sometimes has trouble with the sounding out of certain letters. All she does is place the letter in the 'factory' and she can sound out the letter shes having trouble with. My daughter has had a go at them a few times, so has my 15month old, he really likes them but has a little trouble sounding the letters.

Im a single mum of 2 children both girls aged 5 and 6 years old. I've had trouble teaching my youngest daughter how to identify and to write her ABC's since she was 3 years old, she attended Kohanga for about 3 years where Maori language is only spoken. The kohanga she attended did not focus on ABC's and 123's instead it was Nature, Seasons, the environment etc. However at home I'd try to teach her the ABC's and 123's through learning books, writing books, posters, reading books, repetition, songs etc, and after all theses years I received her first school report which said she knew how to say the letters in order for instance the alphabet song but had trouble identifying letters and their sounds aswell as identifying numbers and what number came before and after. This product will hopefully be very helpful towards my daughters learning goals which is too reach the green zone 4th zone of the learning rocket before she goes into Year 2 at the moment she is at the tip of the pink zone 1st zone going into the 2nd zone... Would really appreciate the help from your amazing learning inventions.

I have a near 3 year old & a 6 year old. Master 3 is behind on is vocab skills and he is being placed on the national speech therapy list thing. Master 6 is a very opinionated clear cut wee man who understands his brother very well, he struggles slightly with his reading and I've noticed that he gets stuck on some letters and their sounds.

Even if an adults believes it could help a kid, my master 6 will be honest if he actually likes it

What a great trial, I have four children 4,5,6,7yr old. My 4&5 yr old are right into letters they love writing them and i try to use a mix of crayon, whiteboard,chalk etc to help them expand on this in their play. I have noticed though that my 5yr old is struggling a little with word formations based on sounding so would love to see if this could help enhance her learning as well as Mr 4 who is at the stage of being interested. This product would definitely get tested on its durability and quality to last.

He is always trying to copy his 5 yr old sister, bringhing home her books and reading, and I think this would be a great toy for him to realy concentrate on, even getting his older sister to help him learn the letters.

My three year old is struggling a little with the start of words (I presume this is usual). eg Dedroom for Bedroom, Concrete Mincer and Nouth (as in put food in your...) so it would be good to see if this helps at all. Wow! This looks so neat and would be perfect for us! Miss 3 (nearly 4) loves to try and keep up with older brother (6), and is really starting to experiment with letters/phonics etc.. This toy will definitely get a good run here. Also master nearly 2 doesn't like missing out, so he will also definitely be playing with this toy. We would love to trial this toy :)

His little brother who is 19 months would love the music and he is also starting to say a few words. We would love to trial this product! My 2 year old son has just moved into the toddler class in daycare and seems to be enjoying the structured learning that takes place in the room. So much so that he initiates mat time at home where we sit down and he wants to play games where we talk about letters, numbers, colours and shapes. He is keen to involve his younger brother too. My daughter is 20 months and just getting into colours, numbers, and letters. She loves interactive toys so would really enjoy playing with this rather than her alphabet puzzle which is not quite as stimulating.
My husband never learnt phonics at school therefore had to memorize spelling rather than sounding out words, so we really want to give our daughter the best chance at developing these key skills.

I think my little girl of two years old, Jessie, would be an ideal toy tester for Leapfrog's latest great toy. I've noticed that her learning capabilities have increased dramatically in recent weeks and I find it hard to keep up inventing interesting games to help her learn things - she would be ideal as a toy tester for Leapfrog's Letter Factory Phonics because is now at the age where she enjoys to play on her own and she loves a challenge! She also doesn't yet know her alphabet and has never had an interactive Leapfrog toy so this would be something completely different for her to try. It would be interesting to see her response to such a great idea and to note how quickly she picks up on the letters and songs. She's a bright little girl and is constantly busy with one thing or another, but this looks like it could keep her captivated! Also, Jessie travels quite a bit with mom & dad so she would be the ideal candidate to test out Leapfrog's portable fun!

i have 2 boys (ages parker 15 months and harrison 4 years). my oldest has been brought up with the scribble and write, leapfrog laptop and now has the leappad explorer and my youngest constantly plays with Scout. he just loves to use them often and its with these toys that he has learnt all his alphabet and numbers etc. his younger brother has now started to play with the laptop and he enjoys the sounds. i would love for my kids to become toy testers as i like the fact that they are learning without realising its happening

Louis loves LeapFrog! We already have Fridge Phonics which keeps Louis entertained whilst I'm cooking in the kitchen, and his 6-yr-old sister has a LeapPad that Louis has claimed as his own. At 2 yrs 3 mths Louis has a good grasp of the alphabet and is learning the sounds of some of the letters. We have numerous LeapFrog products and swear by them as they are so educational. Keanas favourite would have to be her puppy Violet and Kaylee has Scout. They both love playing with toys and whats fantastic is they learn from each other by watching. I have two kids, a 19-month-old boy and a nearly 4-year-old daughter. Both of them would make great toy testers. My daughter can recite and sing her alphabets very well, and she loves music. I am in the process of teaching her phonics, so this toy would be perfect. My son, being the younger child, seems to pick things up fast. He can already recognised some letters and numbers. my son is 22 months now and he'll turn 2 yrs old in Oct. will he pass as 2 yrs old? i think he is at the sound stage now, saying "a", "e" and "o". we would like to trial the product to see if he will progress to identifying the letters. he has good ears for music-- stopping and humming a fav tune when he hears it. i guess the combination of songs and sound offered by Leap Frog will help him develop the letter identification faster. I have two boys who would love to try this out. My oldest boy who just turned four is, as of yet, not interested in writing his name or letters at all. He still calls them numbers. I think this toy could benefit him greatly and create more of an interest in the alphabet. I would dearly love him to be able to write his name and know the alphabet before he goes to school in a years time. In contrast my youngest boy, who has just turned two, trys to sing the alphabet! My boys (5 and 3) would love to test this product. My 5yr old loves letters and writing and we are starting to teach him how to sound out a word to try and spell it, this would help. Oh wow! My boy aged 2 would love these, he's really become a sponge with learning new words and songs and immediately makes a bee line for the interactive toys at daycare. Great that they encourage more hand eye coordination as well. We regularly care for our niece aged 3 and she would also love these - can predict lots of 'mine' and 'my turn' already!!
Love that these are portable, these would be perfect to take with us when we go away camping and at the moment perfect for when we have long hospital stays with Daddy. He can really practice his public dancing with these.

My 5 year old son has recently started school and we are putting a lot of effort into learning his ABC's and learning to read. He is a bit behind as has had trouble with his ears as a toddler, we finally got grommets in last year and his hearing has improved greatly. Now we are constantly playing catch up and using all sorts of resources to keep it fun and encourage him to learn. These could be great for him. My youngest (miss 2.10 year old) would benefit from these too.

My daughter would be great as a toy tester for the Leapfrog Letter Factory! She turned three a couple of weeks ago and for the past couple of months has been really interested in the alphabet and letters. She knows the letters of her name and will point out her first letter whenever she sees it. this looks super kool my lil girlis sitting beside me saying frog boing boing we would love to be a toy tester for this she has a lisp an its hard to teach her the right way to say some stuff i certainly cant afford with three kids but we would love you to consider us for this awesome looking learning system it looks similar to a fridge thing her best friend has that she is learning pretty well from when we visit so fingers an toes r crossed heehee

We would love to test this. When my older daughters were little we had a leap frog letter product which unfortunately doesn't work now due to a leaky battery. I would love to give my youngest (20 months) the same opportunities with such a great brand and see how the products out now compare with the older ones. My toddler is such a parrot at the moment and loves music so something that combines letters and music can only benefit her.

My youngest 2 kids would love to try this out!! Mr 3.9yrs is showing a really interest in letters and spelling lately ("how do you spell *******?" at least 50 times a day!!!) and Miss 2 love doing what her big brothers are doing so it would be of real benefit to her too!!

My 2 and 3 year old LOVE learning and learn so well doing things together, this would be fabulous i think for us to all sit down and do it together! And anything that interacts with them with noise and signing i'm sure they'll love and being leapfrog you know it's a good toy! :)

My daughter is 4 and loves anything with sound. She would LOVE to try this. She absoultely loves the alphabet and singing. This would be fabulous.

My daughter is 3 in October and she loves trying out new toys, she is very inquisitive about everything and is at the age where she is a bit like a sponge; she absorbs everything around her. She has mastered her numbers so this would help her along her way to mastering the alphabet too. We got the fridge phonics for her last year for christmas and she just loves them but gets a bit frustrated with them being on the fridge at times.

My kids would love to trial these. My girls are 2 1/2 and 4 years old. I also do homebased childcare and have 7 carekids ranging in age from 15 months to 4 1/2. I have been doing a lot of work with the older children on letters and this would be a great addition to the learning programme.

I am a child minder and have 4 boys that I look after and this toy will be brilliant to test. The 3 boys are between 2-3yrs and I have a 16 month old to. Between the 4 of them I will be able to pass on loads of feed back as they don't stop talking to me and each other. I would also get feed back from my 5 year old daughter who loves reading and is strumming words together like a star! Would be great to try this toy out, cheers.

Our lfittle girl would love to test out this toy, she is always investigating new ways to use her tous and loves all the musical/noise making ones. She is 17 months old.

my son (3 in Nov) would make the best toy tester as he is always into everything, trying to find out what it does and what it is. He has a real zest for learning and takes every opportunity to figure something out. We are sometimes at a loss to provide for him a range of toys big enough to satisfy his curiosity. He is the oldest kid in our coffee group (by a couple of months) so the other kids are always looking to him to see what is cool and fun. He also has an 18 month old sister who is learning things much faster than he did (benefit of having an older sibling) and is also just starting to learn the alphabet and count.

My grand-son River whose Mother is Macedonian now living in Cambodia is struggling with English - I think this would be really great for him (he might even lend it to his little Cambodian friends!!!) I think I would make a great toy tester as I am unbiased and interested in anything to do with child growth and development.

Oh this looks great! my daughter is about to turn 2.... this would make a great birthday present and would be a fab start to her alphabet learning!
she's really hit the age she's loving to learn and picking up new skills everyday. she loves audio stuff so that would add another dimension to her learning!

My child will make a great tester as he is 20 months and is at a great age for this sort of learning activity,.. We have the fridge phonics and he is obsessed with that at the moment so I would LOVE to try this out on him.

My daughter (2.5yrs) would make a great toy tester because she is naturally curious about everything, she loves to get in and investigate toys and loves learning.
