Yummy - toast with butter (the REAL stuff - not marg!) works for me! Any bread with hidden fibre in it sounds good to me - would love to give this a try.
Good on you - I would love to donate blood but am not allowed to as I lived in the UK in the early 1990's. Something to do with Mad Cow Disease - I think people who ate affected meat can carry it in their blood - not a very comforting thought!
We would love to try this new product. I love stir fries but when I do them at home from scratch I just can't get the flavours right in the sauce so this sounds great for me. It sounds great for busy households like ours!
