My baby is about to turn one!

It's amazing to think that a whole year has passed, so much has happened since she was born - having a baby really is a life changing event. Mostly it has changed for the better, I think we are more understanding people once we have children and although I miss a few things I used to do before baby days it is wonderful being a mum and I wouldn't change it for anything.

I'm planning a party for her but really it is more for me, it's a great chance to sit back and think how marvelously well we've done and how cute she is  I will be having a wine (or two) and taking loads of photos so she can look back, also considering this may be the last party when I get to choose what I want I'm making it gorgeous with no dora explorers or lalaloopsys to be seen.
