| Terms and Conditions for the DryLife Tackling Toilet Training at Night competition |

Terms and Conditions:
1* The Week 1 competition opens 9am on 10th September 2011 and closes 16th September 2011 at 11:59pm. Week 2 competition opens 9am on 17th September and closes on 23rd September at 11.59pm. Week 3 opens 9am on 24th September and closes on 30th September at 11.59pm.
2* Competition open to Kidspot Social members only
3* Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
4* Entry is open to residents of New Zealand. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.
5* Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions of entry.
6* Comments which are in breach of Kidspot Social's Terms of Service will be removed without notification.
7* Chance plays no part in determining the winner and each winner will be notified within 14 business days of promotion closing date. The winner decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8* The prize is one DryLife Absorbent Bed Pad (one winner for each of the four weekly topics).
9* Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
10* The best entry is determined by an appointed competition judge - an employee of the Promoter.
11* All entries become the property of the Promoter - Kidspot NZ Ltd. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of entries for the purpose of future promotions.
12* Submission of a comment constitutes agreement that Kidspot may use that information for promotion of the Your Cleaner Planet Plan group.
13* Kidspot NZ Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit.
