New parents are deprived of it. Stressed people often have trouble getting it. Teenagers seem to need more of it than anyone. Many of us, for one reason or another, do not get enough sleep.
Lack of sleep is a particular issue for women. The natural hormonal fluctuations of their monthly cycle frequently lead to sleep difficulties. As women enter perimenopause, usually about age 45, hot flushes and night sweats mean many simply cannot get to sleep.
Sleep by Remifemin is a natural product made by Schaper and Brummer (Germany) under Pharmaceutical GMP. It supports natural and normal sleep and it contains the combined “actives” from three herbs long associated with calming the mind to induce normal and restful sleep.
