Topic : How do you keep motivated in winter?

I am struggling to keep my routine going in winter. I am more inclined to eat junk food and cuddle up in front of the fire with a good book or movie! Meaning it's harder to keep my weight down and my fitness up!

Is anyone else feeling as un-motivated as me?

I actually find that I am less motivated if I allow myself to stay in my pjays or if I miss my morning shower... for some reason, if I am up, showered and dressed, by the time I realise its a dreary yucky day, it doesn't seem to affect me so much... but if I remain in my pjays, nothing at all gets done!

I am bad at motivating myself at the best of times so I joined a running group now I am accountable to others who are willing to brave the cold its great evrryone has their time to keep the others going and their times to be the one being dragged rou.d!

Oh i am!!! i have been eating heaps and doing very little exercise! I have been dancing around all day cleaning which im hoping has burned a few calories today. im shattered!!

Im thinking I really need to get back into the pilates. I always feel great after doing it, its just getting started thats so hard!

I have been terrible this winter, I would easily stay inside all day doing no exersize....

Yep!  I just decided to go with it this winter - to get through!  I'm just hibernating and eating what I want.  Been through quite a lot of chocolate lately!!  Will have to hit the salads and new resolutions once the weather warms up!!
