Topic : What I love about me...

I was thinking today that we often are free to compliment each other but are often so critical of ourselves.So, I thought it would be uplifting to share 5 (or more if you want) things that we love about ourselves!Oh and don't cheat by saying "I'm a great Mum/Partner/daughter etc" or "I cook a great pie etc"...I mean 5 things that are part of what makes you "you"...C'mon ladies (and gents) give yourselves a well deserved pat on the back!

I'm tolerant of more than most people, I'm virtually impossible to embarrass, I'm totally there for my friends, I can laugh at myself (and often need to), I'm real in that I'm spontaneous, genuine and empathetic.

HAHA you guys made me laugh out loud while reading this! And yes it is a great topic, as I sit here now I cant remember the last time I said something nice about myself, so here I go.....

I like to laugh and make people laugh.

I'm extremely intuitive.

I am very loyal and as a result have a loyal, close group of friends and family around me.

I am totally focussed and driven to get my qualifications done, and nothing, not even surprise pregnancies, will stand in my way!

And I am a total pool shark and love taking people's money when they underestimate my awesomness! And I would die a horrible death at a scrabble game, but thats ok cause I prefer Monopoly anyway!!!

MUMBUM!!!! Your right, that was empowering! Thanking you!

Forget it ekubo, you're a school teacher... challenge a teacher (who is a grammatically correct one at that!) to a game of Scrabble!? I'll do that right after I challenge the local banker to a game of Monopoly... geez!Hmmmm maybe "Sarcasm is my middle name" should have been on my list too!lol

I'm also extremely modest mumbum!

I was just thinking tho, that most of the things I like about myself are also at the root of most of my worst faults. Oops that goes against the grain of the thread doesn't it. Stay positive.

Gotta say your sense of humour is evident in your blogs mumbum. Looking forward to the next one.

Good on ya, MumBum. This is a great idea. Nice to know you more. As for me, I'm almost always cheerful and as long as I've had my cup of Joe, full of energy, too. I'm a good listener, quite sociable, and witty, too.

Since I started this, I'll go first... What I love about me (in no particular order) is:my sense of humour, that I am as quick to apologise as I am to forgive, my generally positive attitude, that I am not phased by much at all and I am fiercely loyal.That actually felt good! :-)
