Terms and Conditions: The Kidspot NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU Competition

1. The competition operates in three stages: Sachet Samples, Brand Ambassador Prize and Spot Prizes.

2. For the Sachet Samples, each judging period opens at 8am on a Monday and closes at 11.59pm on the following Sunday on the following dates:

a) Week 1 opens 20th August 2012 and closes 26th August 2012 at 11:59pm.
b) Week 2 opens 27th August 2012 and closes 2nd September 2012 at 11.59pm.
c) Week 3 opens 3rd September 2012 and closes 9th September 2012 at 11.59pm.
d) Week 4 opens 10th September 2012 and closes 16th September 2012 at 11.59pm.

e) Week 5 opens 17th September 2012 and closes 23rd September 2012 at 11.59pm.

f) Week 6 opens 24th September 2012 and closes 30th September 2012 at 11.59pm.

For the Spot Prizes and Brand Ambassador Prize, entries open at 8am on 20^th August 2012 and close at 5.00pm on 26^th November 2012.

2. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years or over and are registered members of Kidspot Social (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.

3. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions of entry.

4. Comments which are in breach of Kidspot Social's Terms of Service will be removed without notification. The Kidspot Social Terms of Service can be read at http://social.kidspot.co.nz/help_tos.php

5. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Winners are chosen as follows:

Sachet Samples: 20 entrants will be chosen as winners for each week of the judging period. The best entries will be determined by an appointed competition judge - an employee of the Promoter. Each entry will be individually judged based on creative merit and alignment with the ‘Get Together’ theme of the promotion.

How to enter for Sachet Samples:

• Log in to Kidspot Social and join the ‘Get Together with NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU’ Social Group

• Post your response to that week’s prompted question in the comment box before that week’s advertised closing time and date

• Maximum of two comments per member per week

• Kidspot will choose the winning entries based on creative merit and alignment with the ‘Get Together with NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU’ theme of the promotion.

Brand Ambassador Prize: The best entry will be determined by an appointed competition judge - an employee of the Promoter. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, creative merit, reader interest and alignment with the ‘Get Together’ theme of the promotion.

How to enter for the Brand Ambassador Prize:

• Arrange a get together and serve NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU sachets (whether you received free sachet samples or bought your own).

• Convince us you are the best potential NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU brand ambassador by telling us about the fun you have all had here in the Get Together with NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU Social Group. You could also upload a photo of you and your friends enjoying your time together.

• Kidspot will judge who is the most ‘deserving’ to WIN the prize.

• You can share and post as many times as you like.

Spot Prizes: All entries will be automatically valid for Spot Prizes. 5 entrants will be chosen as winners at random times throughout the competition judging period, as decided by the Promoter. The winning entries will be determined by an appointed competition judge - an employee of the Promoter. Each entry will be individually judged based on creative merit and alignment with the ‘Get Together’ theme of the promotion.

The winners will be notified within 14 business days of the competition closing date. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The prizes are:

Sachet Samples: Each winner will receive 100 NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU sachets. There are 120 prizes.

Brand Ambassador Prize: One winner will receive 1,000 NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU sachets, a Prezzy Card pre-loaded with $500, 12 x NESCAFÉ mugs, 12 x NESCAFÉ coasters and a picnic set. For terms and conditions of use see http://www.prezzycard.co.nz/

Spot Prizes: Each winner will receive 6 x NESCAFÉ Mugs, 6 x NESCAFÉ Coasters and 3 x NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU 10pk (3 flavours). There are five prizes.

7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

8. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of entries for the purpose of future promotions.

9. Submission of a comment constitutes agreement that Kidspot may use that information for promotion of the Get Together with NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU Social Group.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit. The Promoter will take reasonable care to deliver the prizes via an appropriate method. The Promoter endeavours to deliver the prize to the winner within 28 days from the date of the draw, unless otherwise specified to the winner. Delivery restrictions may apply. Delivery costs within New Zealand are included.
